Response: I think YOU'RE missing the context here. There was no "important context" missing from my review. I said the wings had no flavor and no salt, period. I did not say they were soggy or that the texture was affected by sitting. Anyone with common sense understands that food sitting for 30 minutes does not magically make seasoning disappear. The wings were flavorless when I received them. I placed my $70+ order directly through your establishment's website. If your business uses a third-party delivery service, that is not the customer's fault . Whatever happened with DoorDash is between your establishment and the delivery service. My review was about the product I received. And honestly, if you believe letting wings sit for 30 minutes makes the flavor somehow disappear, then that's something you need to address operationally. If you can't ensure the quality of food when customers order online, then you need to reconsider how you're handling online orders or the delivery services you're using. Again, none of that was my problem--I received the food, I ate it, and I gave my honest feedback. Also, I want to be clear that your staff was not the issue. I'm just coming back from a Philly/NYC trip, and I had some really good cheesesteaks from the big dogs. Angelo's, Del Rossi's, etc. I will say this: their cheesesteak ain't that far off. The seeded rolls, cooper sharp, and ample amount of ribeye made me very happy. Well seasoned, tender, and the bread was a good consistency. Not to mention at around $16, I think it's a very fair price, and even cheaper than Philly! For Vegas, this is a cheesesteak for the people. This was my wife's go to place, we ordered here at least once a month. Recently they messed up our order. When we called, they were confrontational from the start, and told my wife it was her fault. Did not offer to remake the order or anything. After hanging up, some one else called us back to continue to argue and tell my wife it was her fault. The most insane customer service I have ever experienced. I am not sure if a new owner bought it, we had an issue over a year ago and when we called they remade our pizza no problem. Unfortunately when spending 90$ on food doesn't even get you good service, then you have to go somewhere else. Good luck to anyone trying to eat here. Edit: I guess the hill the owner wants to die on is that my wife selected the incorrect options online and so he didn't have to offer to remake the pizza or clarify the mistake. Ever since I got to Las Vegas I was seeking a taste of home and I believe I have finally found it. Based off recommendations on Facebook I found this place. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I noticed the walls smattered in Philly swag and I could not have been happier. Philly cheesesteaks are an art form and the key to that art form is the roll and seeing that they get Liscio's rolls imported from Philly gave me hope. I really like their Joey Philly Cheesesteak. It had chopped up ribeye, onions, peppers, and if you order it, don't forget to order a side of Lucino's fries. The fries taste like an Alfredo pasta but in fry form. Their upside down pizza is really good too. The name from how it's constructed where the sauce goes on last. I just finished eating here and the food was so good! We saw this place on instagram and came right away. We got the box combo and it exceeded my expectations. The flavor on everything was on point. The core issue remains simple and unchanged: I placed a clear order for a three-cheese Philly cheesesteak pretzel Stromboli with no vegetables, double steak, and double cheese. What arrived contained peppers and onions. That is the only fact that matters regarding the food itself. When a customer calls back about an incorrect order--especially one involving an allergen--the expected response is professionalism and a willingness to correct the mistake efficiently. Instead, the conversation shifted into cross-examination of my order history and skepticism about the allergy claim. Questioning a patron's honesty over the phone while they are still trying to resolve a problem is not customer service. It is confrontation. The staff was friendly and helpful when it came to suggestions on what to order. It was nice to see that they also offer stromboli, pasta, wings, breadsticks, sandwiches, salads, and desserts. We got a few pies and I opted to get the Ono Ono Aloha--ham, bacon, pineapples--and the Meat Lovers--sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, ham, and bacon. My husband opted for the pepperoni. All were delicious and I liked that they were hand tossed pies. The toppings were plentiful and the sizes were also generous.
