    Chicken tender meal
    Michelle H.

Was staying at a hotel nearby and stumbled across this place. They have burgers, chicken tenders and milkshakes. I had the three piece chicken tender meal and my fiancé had the burger. It was on the pricey side but I was expecting that since we were by the beach. What I did not expect was the size of the chicken tenders, they were very small and for the price I was expecting larger. The food itself was good and came out quickly. They also had a variety of unique sauces like Old Bay Mayo, Honey Siracha etc.

We only had the shake to determine our review for four stars because we bought the peach shake and it was $8 with $0.50 so for eight dollars we didn't know that it was going to be a few pieces of peach and a lot of pieces of cake inside the milkshake which was too sweet for us so it wasn't that refreshing in this hot Florida Clearwater Beach heat. I would've liked it to be more fruit and no cake whatsoever. The cake was like thick flower with lots of sugar and artificial flavor, so it was not good or healthy. The bathroom was amazing and it had lots of space but the best part for me was that it had this Bradley sink, which has an all inclusive water plus hand dryer plus soap dispenser, all touchless dispensers in one. Overall, it's right by the water and it's a great location and it's air-conditioned inside with some beach views so there are no complaints about location. And I'm sure the food is fine. They have burgers and fries and other things.

Decided to give them a try with carry out... thinking maybe it would be better.... Wow! If you like grease this is your place.... Fries have good flavor but greasy. Onion petals are so greasy they leaked through the bag and even left a grease PUDDLE on my console. Burgers were not bad but for the price... way over the top. Don't take my word for it.... Check out the photos...

This burger restaurant is under the hotel where we are staying (Hyatt Regency) and is right across the street from the Clear Water Beach, FL. The decor of the restaurant was nice and clean. We ordered our food at the counter and they gave us the buzzer for when our food ready. The guy that took our ordered was very patient since we were trying to figuring it out what the kids might like in their burgers. We ordered the farmhouse bacon cheese burger, snack sunny's fries, farmhouse burger, and farmhouse cheese burgers. The burgers were okay. They overcooked the outside of the patties, so they were crunchy on the outside and it needs seasoning for the patty itself. The fries is not really crunchy but the portion was pretty good. We are here on vacation so most likely wont be back eating at this burger place but it is very convenient location since it's across the street from the beach and they sell shakes to.

Steakhouse burger and "snack fry" at Clearwater Beach Good Stuff Eatery

This fast-food place opened less than two weeks ago and I've already dropped by three times. On my first visit, I had a "Steakhouse" burger ($9.75) and, on my second, a "Farmhouse" burger ($8.95). Both times, I added a "snack fry" and soda for an additional $5.25. Today, I just had a toasted marshmallow shake ($5.95). I really enjoyed the food. Both of my burgers were delicious. The toasted marshmallow shake was one of the best shakes I ever had. Clearwater Beach needed a place like this. In addition to burgers, shakes and fries, Good Stuff Eatery also sells salads and "Southern fried" chicken sandwiches. Although the burger prices seemed high at first, after experiencing the burgers' great flavor and considering the restaurant's high-rent location (across from the beach, in the Hyatt Regency), I now consider the prices to be fair enough.

Just came for the drink on my Passport but my bartender was super sweet and friendly offering lots of advice and insights. Having said that, this was my LAST stop on the Cocktail Challenge, and I enjoyed my drink on a humid day and, if I'm being honest, lived my Dockside Lemonade the best of all the drinks on the challenge. I had the Banana Hammock and, of course, the Rum Runner, which was outstanding, but this Dockside Lemonade was cool and refreshing and welcomed. A little sweet as a heads up, but really a nice summer drink! At the end of the day, this was a great way to finish my challenge and had a pleasant experience! For the record, if you are interested in the challenge. Go South Beach, Rockaway, Saltwater (for the views and true on-the-beach dining). End with a grouper sandwich (the best I had) at the Original and then cash in your passport at the next block at Off the Hook!

Courtney was my waitress, and even when slammed, she never forgot me. She was professional and did an outstanding job both times I ate with her. As for the food, it was the best I had in Clearwater. I prefer Diner and Dive local eats compared to overpriced and pretentious restaurants. I had the seafood platter and the Grouper sandwich, and both were outstanding and grilled to perfection. I enjoyed my seafood scallops and grouper with green beans on the platter, but I LOVED my sandwich and fries! This was also my FIRST stop on the Cocktail Challenge (four stops for four signature drinks at four locations), and I enjoyed my drink on a humid day and, if I'm being honest, loved my Dockside Lemonade the best of all the drinks on the challenge. I think the…read morewaitress knew because she never asked how our food was and seemed to hide out during the meal. There were plenty of open tables while we were there on a Sunday afternoon. My, "char-grilled" grouper filet seemed like a frozen fillet that would be normally breaded and put in a sandwich. It tasted like it was cooked on the plate in a warming oven. The coconut rice was old, dried out, and smeared onto the plate. All of this was nearly cold when I got it, like it had been sitting out for a long time. Then the coleslaw side was about 2-3 tablespoons worth in a plastic dressing cup. It was such a mistake to order. I get it, it's on the beach and convenient, and the waitstaff was polite enough, but if you have a health condition where you need to avoid fried food, I'd go somewhere else. It definitely left me feeling taken advantage of.

The menu is huge so our server had to come back several times while we decided. LOL! We finally decide on the French toast breakfast with roasted potatoes and a few over medium eggs. The French toast was delightful and came with a cinnamon sugar butter ( no syrup necessary) my eggs were over cooked which is why this is a four start review and not five. The potatoes were roasted to perfection and salted, so good! The chorizo breakfast crepes were also delicious! The crepes were light, and flavorful the eggs, chorizo, cheese and side of sauces were perfect and was just filling enough not to be heavy. My dates lobster Brie Bennie was delicious as well, their only complaint was the water crest they added as a garnish atop the sandwich which she easily picked off. The ambiance was a bit busy for my taste even if it was a Saturday morning but other than that, five stars. Because it's right near the beach, get there early unless you don't mind waiting.
