Good but not great. I've never been 100% satisfied leaving here and I've had 3 haircuts from 2 separate people. My chief complaint as usual with barbers I try is uneven lines left/right. When a blend starts a little lower on one side, the cheek lineup of the bear is not an even angle or level on each side. I had my left side done with a curve and my right side done with a straight angle which was not cool. It was slight but still apparent. Top this with the constant secondhand cigarette smoke since they smoke outside and keep the door open it wafts in. Overall for me not a bad place if I really need a haircut in a pinch but not a first choice. read more

When i went in he greeted me along with all the other barbers. He was punctual he finished the haircut he was doing at 11:50 i was scheduled for noon. He fixed my edge up. He used a razor (which i do not know why but i haven't been getting at barber shops lately). He blended me good for a true bald fade. Roland rocks! My elderly Father had an extremely disabling stroke in January 2019 and he's aging quite quickly due to it. I needed to get my Father's hair buzzed allllll off, smooth like a Buddhist monk. I called, made an appointment, showed up a tad earlier, had my cash on hand for total and tip. ALWAYS tip, people, always tip. If you got the time and the dime to get your muffin coiffed, you got the dime to tip well. So do so, please. Roland took his time aiding my Father in and out of the barber chair (as my Father is slow with his walker) and opened the door for my Father as we were leaving. Roland was very attentive, took his time, reassured my Father (who doesn't quite understand too much of anything post stroke, especially nowadays), and the buzz cut was soooo smooth. Exactly how my Father wanted it: like a monk's head from when he was a boy studying to be a Buddhist monk in a monastery in Thailand. Roland was so awesome, so cool, very patient, and thoughtful. I love the music and the vibes at this barber shop and the service rocks! So whether you're a wee young lad getting his first cut to an elderly, frail man in his last years of life, this place will take extremely good care of your needs. Roland, if you're reading this, I'm sure you don't remember (as you've many clients each day, week, and years), but we'll remember you, and are very grateful to you for your time and services rendered.
