We asked a few people with pets for a vet recommendation and we found ourselves at Furlife. The care that our boy received was so caring, so professional, so warm. Kindness radiated from every staff member. Dr. Jesus and his team spent so much time with us and Lucky, and after a thorough exam, assured us he was okay. The next day, the office even called us to follow up to see how Lucky was doing. When he passed away a few months ago, I notified the office, and they asked me to bring a death certificate so they could transfer the account into my name. I did that and thought it was all good. Today, I received an email that the account was overdue. I called the main customer service number, and I explained the situation, and he charged my credit card as I had put that on file when I thought the account was transferred into my name. Then I was transferred to another person who made sure I could log in to my account, as it was still under my husband's email. She told me that it is not possible to change the account over to a new person (me) and that I had to cancel and open a new plan. The third person I was transferred to was the worst customer service person I have ever encountered. He told me that the contract was no longer valid as the account holder had passed. When I asked him, while they were still charging my husband on his credit card and taking payment from me, even though the contract holder had passed and the contract was no longer valid, he accused me of fraud and trying to access a dead person's account and hung up on me. The man was just so rude, and I still can't believe that just happened.
