Not so good with the clothes selection but I found a sweet knick-knack for 10 bucks. Right on!

Reasonable prices for the most part. Cheaper than their location off of Santa Fe (simple example: 2'x2' carpet squares are $2 a piece at this location, $3 a piece at the other location). Workers are totally willing to cut you a deal if you're not an asshole and without your even asking. Check out groupon as there is normally a $25 for $50 offer that will make your next construction/home maintenance/whatever project even more doable. Great stuff. Good people.

That was when I grew up, these days the kids are completely shut off and unresponsive. I went into the Habitat for Humanity on Quincy in Littleton on 05-17-2026 and there were 3 young people who literally ignored everyone. One guy in particular who walked around with his hands permanently stuck in his pocket came by me, stared and kept going. He annoyed me so I watched him a little. Apparently the job description given to him was to walk around the store, talk to no one, ignore people and wait for your shift to end. I feel for managers having to hire these unambitious, uninspired people who really accomplish nothing during their day..the cashier? He was a real charmer also. No greeting, no eye contact...he simply did the very least he could and rang us up, told us our total and let us walk off without a single word...this country is in trouble...one person said they were "COVID" kids and I said hooey..they have a conscious..

We love our neighborhood Goodwill! Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. We love how…read moreclean and organized this Goodwill is compared to others. They are constantly reorganize and moving things around, but we don't mind it. I do miss the regular aisles instead of the round racks, but that's a small preference. I do wish their dressing rooms were open. We frequent this location enough though that returns are not too much of an issue. Sometimes we'll just go in to peruse, and we always leave with some treasure!

Been here a few times, had both good and bad experiences. Good- the cashier was very nice. I asked…read moreto put an upholstery steamer near the checkout while I continues shopping and got approval, however about an hour later when I was ready to checkout the steamer was nowhere to be found it never reappeared. We think just took it being that it was near the front door. While this was a bummer, i was really appreciative of the cashier. He was very apologetic and spent a good 10 min checking everywhere And calling the person in the back as well. Was not their fault. Theives succeed even when you do all the right stuff. He discounted one of my items about $7 and he didn't have to do that so it was really nice. This young man is always very nice and welcoming. Bad- to contrast the young man I just mentioned, there is a manager that works there that I found very rude and disrespectful. I came to the store with about 10 min to spare. I just needed a tool box. I pulled up and as I was about 15 ft in front of the doors, the manager person came up and locked the doors. He could clearly see I was about to enter. But he locked up and just walked away pretending he didn't notice. Normally I'd just leave, but the fact that I saw him look at me and then walk away and just mosey around while I stood outside the doors pissed me off. So I stood there waiting for him to look and see if I was still there. He did, I waved, he came over with a scowl unlocked the doors and said we close in 3 min. I looked at my phone, they closed jn 7 min. So I said oh yeah in about 7 min actually- he cut me off and said do you see any yet customers in here ? We have already started closing down and we're mopping the floor. I said oh ok that's no problem at all I will come back another day. But do you happen to know if you have tool boxes or any kind of locking boxes ? I just wanted to know if I should even bother coming back so I was hoping he'd be cool about answering a simple yes or no. But instead he huffs and turns around to the guy mopping and annoyed sounding tells him to go see if we have any "tool boxes". I was fed up with his attitude and his disrespect to a customer looking for one item that was well within their store hours. I just said no don't worry about it's not a big deal sorry to have interrupted your night I'll come back Another time and just went back to my car. Manager said nothing after that just locked up again and went about his way. I realize 10 min before closing is not the time You want to see someone enter your store When you live already done closing procedures and hoping to leave work right away. Been there done that. But to not only lock the door on me as walked up, and then walk away like u didn't see me and make me stand there for 3 min before you peek over to see if you've been rid of me, was really offensive. As a human being to another it's just rude. But then to explain why I have no right to enter as if I'm a huge burden to you and your staff and go out of your way to be as in accommodating as possible becuz I just want me to get lost asap, was just kinda disgusting. No apology no kind words no help nothing but hostility and annoyance and disrespect. Funny thing is, I've worked as a customer service manager for a large company for a long time and I get it, so if he would have just met me at the door when I walked up and said hey miss I'm sorry but we're about to be closed in a few minutes. But we will be open tomorrow morning at X time. I would have appreciated the kindness and happily so ok thank you I will see you tomorrow. But the fact that he locked me out 10 min early and paced around knowing I was standing outside is the reason I didn't just leave right away. Wish I had his name, but i imagine that the way I described this encounter- the staff there will know who I'm talking about bcuz I can guarantee this isn't a one off event, this is a description of his personality, and is normal behavior.

The thrift store for those who can afford not to "thrift"…read more I have put off writing this review because I appreciate the mission, enjoy the atmosphere, and the staff has been (mostly) friendly. The issue I have is that more than 50% of the time I have been overcharged and/or charged for items I didn't buy. A couple of times one of our party has caught it in time. When we caught it as we were loading stuff in the car this time, I immediately went back in and I was told I could get store credit (which requires a commitment to return to a store I struggle to trust), and, "there is nothing else we can do." One time, I can suck it up and deal with. A second time, okay, there is still room for grace. But to repeatedly have this experience, I need to tell people to- BEWARE! I go to thrift stores because as mom of a large family, I DO need to count my soon to be discontinued pennies!

I went to Yelp and it clearly showed me the way so per usual, thanks Yelp! There seems to be some construction going on with the car dealership they share a lot with so the parking situation was a bit of a hot mess, even on a Wednesday morning. But the sales and prices clearly made up for that, I was greeted by volunteers telling me the specials of the day which included a color tag and then women's tops. I found some great brands because it is so well organized and the prices were reasonable. I just loved this place and had such a great time exploring the racks. I even plan on bringing my donations here next time it's for a donation run! Support local thrift stores and visit here.
