Above average Goodwill store with plenty of parking and traffic flow that helps to avoid cross traffic even when it's a bit busier. Being located inside a shopping center helps to give some additional parking as well if needed. The store has better than average selection, particularly on electronics and books. I also find more items of clothing that I like here and a good selection of costumes. I feel that the pricing here also make it a bit easier to find excellent deals, though some of the holiday items feel like they're priced a bit high. The store is large enough to provide a good amount of space to browse. Checkout is quick and efficient and setup logically.

No more Senior or Military discounts, for shame.

This Goodwill has discontinued SENIOR AND MILITARY discounts! Shame on a supposed charity! They will not be getting any more of my friends or families business or donations. Overpriced, near or over retail on used items, to boot.

This location is large yet organized which I appreciate the employees working hard to keep everything clean. They have a large variety of items and I found everything I was looking for and some. I love the flow of the store and they have outlets near the electronics so you can test out before you buy since there are no returns. The prices are super reasonable and they do a fantastic job of putting out quality items. During check out I had a few items that had no tags and the employee worked swiftly to get someone to price them for me. I definitely thought I was going to spend a lot more but I got about 20 items for less than $60 which surprised me. I love this location and will make more trips here. Not sure if my wallet will hate me or love me for it.

Like they say "One man's Junk is another man's treasure" never were truer words spoken then stores like Goodwill. Stores like Goodwill serve a purpose 1) It allows you to donate and clear things out of your house that you no longer want or need (ie. Your junk) 2). By perusing the store you can potentially find something of value to yourself. (Ie. Someone else's junk lol) Sometimes you really need to have the time & patience to find something that you want, but you can find some great deals One of the items I usually go to is the book section to look for paperbacks from specific authors that I enjoy reading. Why pay $10 plus for a new book when you can get the same book for $1.99? I also enjoy perusing the DVD's & CD's as you can find some great deals on classic movies & musicians

    Really nice $2 bowls

You had me at hello... From the moment I walked in and turned the corner, there it was, the trench coat for $10 that called out my name. I tried it on, and it was literally the perfect size (I mean perfect), and it ended up being the fastest shopping purchase made all year! The truth is, I wasn't even in the market for another jacket and stopped in for a couple things for a work event I was hosting. I needed a shirt for a costume and clear bowls for some dessert treats. No sooner than 15 minutes later, I found the perfect costume shirt for $6 and two really nice glass bowls for $2 each (so much cheaper than plastic bowls from the grocery store). I always stop at Goodwill first when I'm looking for decor or other items for a work event. Every single time I luck out and ask myself why I don't come back more often to look around. I mean...even for the dishes alone! Aside from great bargains, it feels really good to shop there. Aside from the Goodwill mission, there's always the recycling aspect. Why buy new?

I went there today to find some clothes and then I see this beautiful bomber jacket for only like 7 dollars, and I was stunned because usually bomber jackets are very expensive but this one was very cheap. But one thing is that they didn't give me a bag when I was checking out, idk I was kinda annoyed by that but it's ok. Overall I fairly liked me experience

Twice at this location I've had items snatched out of my cart. Pricing is decent but other shoppers behavior here is unacceptable.

A lovely place with lovely people…read more I went in looking for a specific dog I had found online. Unfortunately, because of a health condition he has he wouldn't be able to go to a home where he would be left alone for a typical work day. At first I was sad, but the owner Kelly was upfront and made it clear to me this was for both mine and the dog's sake. The next step: They asked me what I was looking for in a dog, if I had any breeds in mind. Next thing I know I'm in a small room with 5 dogs saying hello. They both explained to me each dog's personality and let me socialize with the dogs midst the chaos. I would have never expected to end up adopting a Chihuahua - but he stole my heart right away. I'm in the middle of a move so could not adopt him until a couple weeks later (but still provided my payment) and they were more than happy to keep him the extra couple weeks until I could pick him up. It's been a very long two weeks, and I'm thrilled to see him this week! Overall it's a great organization with fantastic staff and volunteers. We live in the city of Chicago, but I know that if I ever adopt another dog in the future, I'll be going to Tails of Hope.

They do make exceptions and take in pets that would otherwise be put down at another location as well. To me that was an amazing mission statement. And they are a no kill shelter. Who could ask for a better shelter?! These ladies truly love the animals and provide them with the best care possible as they try and find the perfect families for these animals that have fallen on hard times. My coworkers and I took a group of students here to learn about the animals and the work that goes into running a shelter. Tails of Hope was super accommodating and helped us organize an engaging field trip!
