The Goodwill boutique used to be a great place to find a wide variety of vintage things at reasonable prices, particularly household items. Unfortunately, over the past year, they apparently have someone else picking their household items out and now a lot of it is junk that was made in China two weeks ago. Yeah, it's ok. It is small. It's supposed to be a boutique. I didn't really see the higher priced items like others mentioned. Maybe if I was a woman, I'd notice more? I was looking for a brown sport jacket, but couldn't find one (I couldn't find one at a bigger place either). The book section seemed acceptable for it's smaller size, and if I was looking for a book that day. I did end up walking out with a nice and clean stuffed Mickey Mouse doll. I just couldn't resist it for a couple dollars. I keep it in my car hanging around for fun! I wonder if they clean their stuffed animals, since this one seemed nice and fresh smelling. They do have a bathroom, so that's a plus for me :) Next time I go I will pay closer attention to their men's brand names. I felt like it was for older people though. read more

Not the best thrift shop in town but definitely considered a hidden gem. I found great stuff here for half the price.

Literally nothing. Priced like an antique store with almost nothing in it, I completely wasted my time driving out of the way to get there. Clothes are priced higher than retail and the knick knacks I can go to a Marshalls or Homegoods and get cheaper. Won't try this one again for sure. read more

This used to be my go to for work clothes. Recently the store got a much needed remodel and it is very nice now. But with the remodel came much higher prices, 25%-100% more, which makes me sad. I went in the other day and things were priced like a Ross or TJ Maxx for used clothes and housewares. It is a shame to see a ""charitable" organization become so focused on profits, rather than helping there community. I am really hoping they reconsider the steep escalation of their prices, because I know many people who shop here because they cannot afford Ross and TJ Maxx even and this was an awesome alternative. read more

As an avid thrifter, I had to give this Goodwill "Boutique" a try. I'm glad I did. It's a nice Goodwill store. It's a little smaller than the ones I'm used to, but it's very organized- it doesn't have that typical Goodwill "feel", it's more quaint like a family owned shop. They have some really nice items ranging from clothing, shoes, accessories and home furnishings. They are a little more costly than some of the other Goodwills and thrift shops I frequent, but the prices are still very reasonable. read more

Large selection, sizing is a little difficult to find. $20 for a good quality dress. Affordable price, not exactly cheap. I fiund a really cute jewelry box in here with only $25, the new one are $60. Definitely will be back :) read more

It's hard to give Goodwill Boutique a review. On the one hand, I like that everything in there is well organized and nice. On the other hand, I have a hard time paying $125 for something at Goodwill, even if it was originally $800. That being said, it's a great place to pick up formal wear or work clothes. I almost always find something in there, despite having a mental inability to spend more than $15 on a single item. They often have high-end brands, like Coach, Trina Turk, or Tory Birch. The people who work in this shop are super nice, too. They also carry Old Navy and Target items, which I find are over-priced because I know how cheap you can get that brand new. read more

As stated, this place is very clean, and quite organized. But due to the size it has to be. This location is incredibly small. Probably the smallest Goodwill I've seen. Most likely because they call themselves the "Goodwill Boutique" that I failed to notice until I was pulling out of their small parking lot. Its primarily clothing, a small book area and half an aisle of housewares. There was a small wall section of kids toys and a few pictures hung on the wall leading to the restrooms. Since I was on a avid search for picture frames at the time I wasnt too thrilled and I'm also used to rather large Goodwills. But if I revisit my clothing addiction I'll be sure to make it back to see what gems I could find at this location. read more

Hm for being a "boutique" Good will it was nothing fancy. The building was super small and it doesn't take too many people to be inside to make it feel cramped. I know Goodwills are really about digging deep to seek out some great finds but overall it was just a lot of old fashioned ugly stuff. I had a total 'Friends' moment when I found a pair of leather pants...and all of you Friends fanatics you should be mentally yelling "Ross has leather pants!!!!". Other than that moment of laughter I'd say this place is something to skip...theres so many other vintage and consignment shops in nearby areas that this spot wont be missed. read more

I was happy to find this location. I'm from another state and most Goodwills where I'm from have their own boutique section. Down here Goodwill boutique is only in this location. The prices are high to be Goodwill. You can find nice things, but you won't get Goodwill prices as compared to boutique items found in other Goodwill locations. This is more of a consignment shop/platos closet price wise. For example I saw a pair of shoe dazzle shoes for 20 dollars. There's no way that brand, used and from the goodwill, should cost that much. The brands are ok, but you can find comparable or better deals shopping at Ross, Burlington or even Macy's. What saves them is they have color of the week which gives you half off items with that color. My old Goodwill has dollar day on Sunday's for the color of the week and I wish this one did the same, maybe even 3 or 5 dollars would be very exciting. They would still not be losing anything and clearing out the inventory at the same time. read more

Lots of clothes organized by color not size. More pricey than other goodwill stores but they still have a 50% off tag color so look for it when you come in! Not much other than clothes here though so unless that's what you're looking for don't bother. read more

The place to find high end treasure! I shop here to find designer clothing for my kids and me. They often still have the tags on them! The sales staff is very helpful and keep the store clean and organized. I have also bought small furniture here too. I spent $15 on a small octagonal table and painted it for my son's room. read more

This is where everything that comes into central Florida goodwill with tags on it goes. Some deals to be had for sure. It's a mixed bag really good finds for cheap but still a fair amount of stuff that should not be at the boutique/ is too highly priced. Can someone say is OUTRAGEOUS!!!! I checked this out just for lack of anything better to do about a year ago. I pop my head in every once in awhile and was usually pleasantly surprised. As of late everything is through the roof. For example, Red 100% cotton button down bcbg plain shirt NWT $50 (who cares what brand or if it's new?), Used mini tapestry sofa (my mom gave me one for my cat) $50, Black & Decker NIB zissers (electric scissors) $20 Tuesday Mornings $9.99, Fake CZ $50, fur coat with missing pieces of fur at collar and pockets $250. I've asked people who work there and they too are overwhelmed with the pricing structure. Bottom line, the items found in a Goodwill are DONATED, (they got them for FREE) and then to turn around to the average consumer who shops there and charge these prices is price gouging in the current economic situation our country is in. If you ask me STOP GIVING YOUR ITEMS TO GOODWILL and have a garage sale, take them to a consignment shop, or take them to a girls and boys home. That is at least until Goodwill boutique can come down from their money grubbing ways and give back to the community just as they were given to. read more

This location used to be a great place to find popular name brands at reasonable prices. Something has changed in the past few months and now their prices on many items are the same as what you would find at Ross or T.J. Maxx. While there are more new with tag items now, they are mostly mall brands, house brands and discount store brands. The limited higher end designer brands are extremely over-priced for a boutique thrift store. They seem to now price anything with the tags still attached at 50% to 60% off of the retail price on the tag. We used to make sure we stopped by at least two to three times a week and purchased on average over $75.00 per visit. Now we stop by maybe once a week at best and have left many time without purchasing anything. read more

I used to come here several times a week, but that has changed. I have never seen such a price increase in any other thrift store in town. This is Goodwill, a thrift store, not a consignment shop or a high end boutique...it is just a thrift store. I have found most products to be nothing more than what one might find at Marshall's. What blows me away is the high price for used clothing that I can get for new, at Marshall's; and there is one but maybe 2.5 miles from Goodwill. Today I stopped by and found a cute ceramic basket (with a T J Max sticker on the back) but no Goodwill price tag. I take it to the counter and ask how much. A woman with really long sparkly nails said she could NOT give me a price today, it would take 24 hours...WHAT????? And you guys call yourselves a boutique???? She gave me some lame excuse that the folks in the back could not stop what they were doing to give me a price; talk about killing a sale! Funny thing was, she took delight in telling me no, AMAZING. Anyway, I capitulated and gave my name and number to call me; my guess is it won't happen. Listen, if you want to be a boutique and compete with other true boutiques, act like it; starting with better clothing, better customer service and STOP asking if I want to "round up" my bill. I find that incredibly cheesy....the product cost you nothing. I donate to Goodwill all the time with my gently used clothing and by being a patron of your establishment. Very disappointed. Clothes were not exceptional. I have found better quality in a regular Goodwill store. The housewares were so outdated and very limited. The prices were outrageous. I will be continuing my shopping at the regular Goodwill stores. "Boutique", I think not. read more

I love the WP Goodwill Boutique! I swing by there every time I'm in that area to check out what they have to offer. I am a plus size woman and they have a large variety of nice clothes in my size. I buy many items of clothing for my husband also. I love their book selection too. The only thing I am disappointed in is their artwork and the fact they have no furniture section. Being in Winter Park, you would think they would get donations of nice furniture. Oh well, can't have everything I guess! read more

Definitely a fan! This small boutique resale shop is the best of the best when it comes to Goodwill stores. It seems to be sort of a hidden gem, in a quaint part of Orange Ave in Winter Park. Totally worth a look (or 30 min drive if you aren't nearby). Although the isles are a little tight (if you have a shopping cart), it never is arm to arm or uncomfortable to shop in. It is nicely organized offering an array of items, shoes, children's, men's and women's clothing, work/career attire, all types of dresses including wedding/prom/formal/cocktail, purses, accessories, books and some miscellaneous items. The prices are normally fair and it's because the items are all mostly in great-excellent gently used condition and many items have tags on them still. I've found name brand and designer apparel here. Most recently I stocked up on work/business clothes. They offer the "color of the week", same as a regular Goodwill which offers you an even better deal off those clothing items. Small parking lot but usually always has a space available or street parking. Located across from Avalon Exchange (Buy.Sell.Trade store for men/women) so a good opportunity to shop two different places in one trip. read more

I used to love this store, and I have been shopping there for about 12 years now; but lately the prices are so ridiculously high I have to laugh!!! An average t-shirt is now $9.99 to $14.99 ...for something used! Blazers are jumping into the $50.00-$65.00 range. One of the blazers I looked at was a RLR "model" from 1999, I should know I own 2 of them, and the price marked was $49.00 for a used blazer. Originally this blazer retailed for $250.00 at Dillards in 1999 (where I worked at the time) and 18 yrs later they want how much at Goodwill???? This isn't a vintage piece of clothing. The jewelry is almost always costume and plastic...cheap necklaces and they are now pricing at $9.99 and up..this is WalMart stuff. Honestly, I love a "treasure hunt" and I hit a lot of thrift stores, but, the Winter Park shop is not what it used to be. Something else they do while you are checking out is ask if you would like to round up your amount due. I find this really insulting and tacky...my church doesn't even do that at our "Mabel's Table" sales! Sure,on rare occasions there will be good finds but, for about the same price, I can go to Steinmart and get something new. I do want to say ALL the staff are very nice and eager to assist and that is a plus. Looking for a bargain head to Steinmart or the Dillards closeout at Fashion Square, where you can get up to 80% off items and there is NO shortage of merchandise. read more

What this title of "Boutique" does is enable Goodwill to price items at 3x's the amount of their regular stores! Don't be fooled! I consistently buy big brand names (Ann Taylor, Coldwater Creek, Liz Claiborne, etc) at my local Goodwill for a fraction of the price at this so called boutique. The clothes are just as nice. The only thing I found at this boutique was a pair of sandals with a $2 price sticker on them. When I went to pay for them I was told they were $8.99! Ridiculous! They get away with the "boutique" title because it is located in Winter Park and people will pay the extra prices. read more

Honestly... This place is nothing to write home about at all. There is nothing boutique about it at all and it is EXTREMELY over priced. I very rarely see name brands, like the name suggest, and every single item is marked way higher than it should be. No lie, I picked up an ok looking dress that still had the original retail tag from ROSS attached for 4.99...right next to that tag was their goodwill tag marked at 9.99!! How on earth is the thrift price 5 dollars more than the original retailed price? I picked up a pair of target brand pants for my husband for 7.99. AFTER I got home, I noticed that the pants still had the original target tag on them and were on clearance there for 7.00! Total rip off, nothing cute or name brand, and definitely not what a thrift store should be. You're better off shopping at target and old navy clearance. I will say, however, that the staff is very nice. But I do not shop here anymore. read more
