He drove all the way to Grafton in his big Green Steed to save my hide and I have nothing but praises for his professionalism and expertise. Let me explain ... Against my better judgment, I drove 2 miles to Costco tonight to exchange some Cashews. I should have walked because I needed the exercise and it was time to take my Service Dog out for his last walk. But noooooo, the lazy lady in me decided to drive because I was craving a sweet treat and could only get it if I took the nasty Raw Unsalted Organic Cashews (I bought last month) back to exchange them for something yummier (preferably chocolate) -- LOL. Everything was going fabulously. Costco didn't even give me a hard time about not having a receipt. The exchange went well and I controlled my instincts and got healthy snacks instead of chocolate. I was feeling all victorious and decided to go home and walk the dog through downtown Grafton. Then, it happened. I tried to start the car and got NOTHING! I called AAA and after puttering around with a stupid BOT much longer than anyone should, a human ordered the tow truck from Bob's Main Street Auto & Towing! I was told it would take an hour but in about 30 minutes, I saw the big green steed powering through the parking lot toward me! I happily waved it down and out jumped my knight -- Dave! Dave came over and introduced himself. He got the keys and checked the car. He declared he could probably get the car started and got busy. After a quick assessment (on-site), he let me know that the battery was dead. Even though the lights were on in the car, the battery needed charging and probably should be replaced. I was able to drive home and he will help me get AAA to send a battery replacement tomorrow. Dave was so pleasant the entire time. He was all business but very human about the whole thing. He was the type of human being that I was happy to interact with -- polite, willing to help, patient, and empathic. It's nice that when I was feeling a little harried and kind of jumpy to encounter someone confident and reassuring. He made me feel safe and like I would get home without any unnecessary drama! I'm very grateful to have met Dave and his trusty steed tonight! I hope to never need the service again but if I do, I sure won't hesitate to call directly or ask specifically for Dave at Bob's Main Street Auto & Towing. Thanks Dave! They care about their customers and it shows in their workmanship. PS, I previously owned a different camper bought at a different dealer, but took it to Scenic for annual maintenance. They treated me as well as they are now treating me...which is indicative of the reason why I decided to purchase from them this year. They are the best!

Have bought two trailers thru Scenic Traveler. First one was a disaster as it leaked like a sieve…read moreand had it in numerous times to get repaired. Finally, two years ago I gave in and bought a new Salem Forest River from Scenic. Sales department was great but there service department leaves a lot to be desired. Called last week on this new trailer because in 2 weeks time, the ac unit quit working, the stereo system died and we had a LP gas smell. Took two days to get on site even though we were staying at trailer. Service man confirmed ac needs to be replaced, could not attempt to fix stereo system, and found a stove valve open, but did not check further. Later that day, gas smell returned and we found out that the heater gas valve is bad which should have been checked during visit, but they were in too big of a hurry to replace another ac unit in our campground to do a thorough check.. Obviously no warranty at this point in time. I am now purchasing the ac unit direct for $480 when they quoted me $800 for exact unit. Wanted additional $200 to install when it takes about 20 minutes ( 4 bolts to remove and replace). Never again will I purchase or have any service done by this company. I know that it is right off the highway, but it is very much used by everyday "Benders" as well. I like that the people working here are generally nice. The place is very clean and has a more modern feel than most other gas stations. I also noticed the Krispy Kreme doughnuts for sale next to the coffee machines... nice choice. The gas prices make me so peeved that I generally try to line up my fillups with when I will be in Milwaukee (I commute) as it is often up to 25 cents less per gallon. When I must fill up in West Bend, I only put enough in to get me back to Milwaukee. I would recommend people do the same, especially if you live or work out of town. If you go down Paradise Road a bit more, there are other cheaper options at the next round about.

When I got inside the girl at the register was very nice she asked me how I was doing when I left she told me to have a nice day and stay warm. I asked if they always have people filling up your gas stations and they do it's on a schedule. It's something like Monday through Friday or Saturday from the morning time till two or something like that. Inside they have some ready-made food,donuts, snacks, all sorts of drinks, coffee and alcohol. Anything you would need or expect to get from a gas station or convenience shop. I think this is my new favorite gas station LOL
