I just got off of work. I was looking for four quality tires for my BMW.I walked into this place said hello and was totally ignored for the next 4 minutes while the employee chitchats with a sitting customer about random whatever. Never once acknowledging me. I turn left got in my car so upset. I got pulled over a half mile down the road for doing 35 in a 25mph zone. Schedule an appointment to have mh ABS sensor replaced. Arrived on time but the part wasn't ordered waited on it to arrive. Was told the sensor was installed asked did you see any other issues was told no. Left got 1 block my ABS light came on. I called was told we did the job bring it back we'll do diagnostic nothing we can do we replace the sensor. Took it to another mechanic was told the sensor wasn't even installed because the parts it went on was cracked. Don't evere go to Goodyear for repairs they just want to gouge you and not fix your car. Horrible service. In addition my mechanic showed me my ball joint need replace so he fixed it. My mechanic said he'd never put his name on work like that. Shame on you Goodyear. read more

Got a nasty piece of metal in my tires last night. Woke up and called theses guys. The gentlemen on the phone was courteous and polite. I asked if I could get in ASAP ( as in the next 10min ). He was able to squeeze me in to fix my punctured tire for free! He did advise me that if it was unrepairable they would sell me a tire. Which I felt was fair. Note: if you have a puncture in the center of your treads your good, anything on the side or first set of threads from either end and your looking at a new tire. ( not 100% sure but I believe this is accurate.) read more

Brought my car in to get a evaporation censor checked out, first I had to pay $110 for diagnostics, they then came back and said we found the issue but it's on top of the gas tank so to drop it and actually see the issue it's going to be another $200. Once they found the issue they said it's gonna be another $164, Total after taxes $499. I took it home and the next day the check engine light came back on. I took the car back in they then came back and said it's not the vaule we fixed it's the other valve, but we will do it for cost $105. Once again I pay it and take go home. But when I drove it home it was now louder than normal and puttering at lights. I brought it back to Goodyear and they then came back to me and said sorry it's just "bad timing" but it now needs a coil pack and that's gonna be ANOTHER $300. My car was not having these issues before I took it to Goodyear. I feel like I got scammed. PLEASE!! If you have any other option do NOT take it to Goodyear Tire on Graham rd in Cuyahoga Falls. read more

I will never go here again and suggest you do the same. Six months ago, I brought my car in for an oil change and to check out a vibration in my car whenever I drove it over 55 mph. Goodyear charged me $600 when all was said and done and when I drove the car away, it still was vibrating. When I brought the car back to Goodyear to complain, they told me there was nothing they could do because they had not actually fixed the problem. It was a bent rim that was the cause of the vibration, and that would be an additional $500. I learned my lesson, and moved on. However, a couple of weeks ago I was driving in Cleveland and hit a pothole (surprise). I decided that the flat tire was reason to go to Goodyear again and give them a second chance because I had bought "Road Damage Insurance" with my tires...biggest bait-and-switch tactic ever. I brought my car into the shop and after about a 15 minute hassle from the manager (Tom...pleasant fellow, let me tell you), he finally relented to uphold the road damage insurance I had indeed bought and give me the tire for $30. Much to my surprise, I "coincidentally" ended up finding a screw in another tire the DAY after...Of course, this one was NOT covered and they wanted to charge me $330...While I cant PROVE the source of the screw, this in combination with paying $600 to not have my problem fixed is enough to lead me elsewhere. If you have tons of money and nothing to do, and like wasting 4 hours while your oil is changed, by all means...go here...I will be taking my business elsewhere and I have filed a claim with the BBB for their fraudulent tactics. read more

I will never go here again. Not only did the staff talk down to me because I am a woman by calling me "hunny" but they also quoted me a price for back brake repair that was more than double anywhere else. The printed quote that I was give listed parts, labor, and tax for my back brakes to be repaired on my 2011 Chevy Malibu at $695. I knew that was ridiculous so I called 3 of their competitors right across the street who all quoted me between $300-$350. This store will look to take advantage of anyone they can!! DO NOT GO THERE!! There are plenty of other places within the same block that will give a fair price and far better customer service! read more

I just purchased a new set of tires for my SRX. In and out in under an hour. Mike at the desk couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. The staff was great, the tires are great and I am still in shock at what a great deal I received on the tires.
