Disappointed with the appointment schedule that they have online. I scheduled service on Sunday for 2:30 and when I showed up almost 30 minutes early I was told they are booked for the day. Was told they only have to service members working today and that is why they are booked for the day. I recommend to call first and make the appointment that way instead of online. read more

Progressive roadside assistance towed me to the Goodyear since the car wash offered me absolutely zero assistance. I typically take care of all the repair work on our cars, however changing the oil on my wife's truck snuck up on me this time and I realized it was overdue. I had a $15 coupon from these guys so I sent my wife to take it in. I knew the price would be higher as our vehicle takes 8 qts of oil. The shop fees and disposal charges at some shops can be outrageous. Combine they were $3.77 here which is very fair. We paid $35 out the door for a semisyn oil change with tire rotation. The price was great but what impressed me the most is they didn't try to take advantage of my wife going in there alone. They made two maintenance recommendations which were both accurate for the time and miles on the vehicle and they didn't make her feel pressured to buy. Their inspection was very thorough down to the rotor specs, and they had her in and out in an hour. I would feel confident taking your car here. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Everytime I go there for something minor, my vehicles come back in worse shape. I'm for certain they do something to it so you have to bring it back which means more money for them. My mom took her Tahoe in and when we got it back it was saying to service 4 wheel drive. She's never even used the 4 wheel drive on it!!! That was $600! I just took my brand new car in, a 2016, for an oil change. Now, my engine light is on and I lose power when accelerating. My car battery started acting up and so very last minute I swung into Goodyear so I didn't get stranded. They have been servicing our Taurus that is a company car from day one. We have always had good service here and treated well by the staff. Because my drop-in wasn't scheduled I didn't have a way to get home. I was so surprised when James, offered to give me a ride back home using his own personal vehicle. First he squeezed me in to change the battery last minute and then went over the top to give me a ride home. I picked up my car later that day and it works great. James thanks for going above and beyond expectations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. I will let you guys service all of my cars from now on, not just the company car. I used to LOVE this place. In the recent months all of the staff has changed and they seem to have a huge chip on their shoulder. They are extremely overpriced and now just flat rude. Fixed my tire awhile back but when they did that the person who fixed my tire broke part of my bumper and didn't try and fix it. Literally watched me try and fix it myself and offered no help even thought it was their fault. Joke of a customer service the only reason it's 2 stars is they fixed my tire quickly. Also your website saying it offers service that comes to you but then doesn't tell you it's only in select areas and doesn't warn you at all that the one you select doesn't offer the service is a straight scam/money grab and your corporate office should be ashamed of themselves. This was my trusted place for about eight years. Suddenly, all the people I knew were gone and the level of service changed considerably. About three months ago I dropped my daughter's car off on a Saturday at 8 am for a simple oil change and was told I would be called within two hours. At the end of the day, that is at 5:30 pm, I called them just to find out they had just forgot about it. I went to pick it up right before they closed, no service provided and not even an apology. I decided to give them another chance and this time I took my wife's car for service and it happened all over again! This time the car had been serviced but I was never called. My frustration was more around the service this time since I had requested to check breaks, tires and fluids but wasn't done. Instead, I was told I had a transmission fluid leak and was quoted for replacing seals. When I arrived home, I lifted my car and found no such leak. Maybe I just had a couple of isolated bad experiences but I will be taking my business somewhere else next time after so many years. read more

I was driving home and noticed my "low tire pressure" light on. Since I live close by, I stopped in here to see if they could check it for me. They were fantastic! Not only checked all my tires but inflated them and let me know how often I should check them and what the pressure should be. Got a flat on a Sunday and needed some tires I had off hand mounted and balanced. This was one of the only places open on a Sunday and they said they would be more than happy to mount some used tires. I called Big O tired around the corner and some douchebag answered and was like "we don't doing ANYTHING with used tires". I get it but don't be rude about it. I was able to get my oil changed, 29 point inspection, rotors turned on my brakes, two new tires and an alignment for $230! The service was fast, polite and prompt. No upselling or arguing. Got the car back in better condition then when I dropped it off! He advised me a 4 hour wait but it was done in about 2-2.5 hours. read more

DONT LET THEM CHEAT YOU!!! This location has maintained my cars for 15 years. They have put every set of new tires, brakes, fluid changes. I have trusted these guys with every vehicle I have owned in those 15 years. Brought my 2012 Elantra in for rear brakes for $139.00 and a fluid flush for $89.00. This location told me I needed new calipers, new rotors and new pads and a brake fluid flush. I was told it would be over $1000.00. I then took it to the dealership (known for crazy high prices). Huyandai told me the rotors were fine and could be turned within tolerance. They told me they tested the calipers and sleeves and everything was in working order. They would do pads and fluid change for $300.00. I then called Goodyear back to let them know what the dealership said. This guy stuck to his guns and said my car needed new calipers and new rotors. I have to believe the well trained dealership mechanics are more knowledgeable than the young guys working here. I told them i wasnt going to just change parts that had just been verified by the dealership to be in good working order. Goodyears price did go from over $1000.00 to $600.00. That really made me mad that they would overcharge me that much to start with. This place used to be awesome. They knew who me and my family members were I was always treated fairly. I have refered ALL of our family and friends to this location. After trying to be cheated today, I will copy this review into an email to the dozens of people we have sent here over the years. I would have had to agree with the previous review, and was taking my tire business else wear, but when I had a flat tire and had tire protection on the car, I had to go back... I was very surprised as they have new management here. I was treated well, and they were sure concerned about customer experience. My car is an older one, and the tire size was not available. They did an excellent job. My appointment was at 8:00 am, I arrived about 15 minutes early, when I got to the counter a mechanic was eager to assist me and take care of my oil change. Everything checked out ok with the maintenance inspection. Recommended an Air Filter, I had that done for $16.88 that included the installation. Nile was excellent. This place is incredibly fraudulent. I took my Lexus here because I had previously bought tires and an alignment package. After they rotated and realigned my tires, they claimed that my brakes suddenly failed and that I had an ABS code appear but when I started the car, everything was fine. They estimated me at $3300 to get a new part and for labor. I later took it down to my mechanic who then scanned my car for the ABS code that supposedly appeared and they were able to find that my brakes were working perfectly and that no code or light ever appeared! I will never be going to Goodyear again because it puts into question if they even aligned my tires correctly. read more

He was always so respectful but as I walked in today it all felt so cold. I feel that this place has now turned into one of those places where they will ALWAYS find something wrong with your car even though you were there for a oil change. And maybe I don't know about oil so much but this teacher would have loved to know that if she chose synthetic it would be more expensive. Joe would have told me! When you think of auto repair you either think of wonderful places that are honest or auto shops that try to tank advantage of you assuming you are an idiot. This place is the latter. First, the place seemed shady as they kept trying to force me for upgrades even before I got to the shop as I was setting up my appointment. I even told the gentleman on the phone that he was making things very difficult and I just want to come in for the minimum service for an oil change and tire rotation. He did not want to give me a price over the phone but eventually I got the $65 price. This was on par with the others in the area ($43 for the oil and $20 for the rotation). Sure enough I got to the place and started the process in which 4o min later they said we can not do the rotation as your tire are separating. "We can sell you 3 new ones for $200 +65 for road hazard + 50 for disposal" When I declined they told me the fee was still $65. I inquired to why since they did not do the tire rotation and they told me that the oilchange was $65 and the tire rotation was free. WHAT BS!!! I declined and then went straight to discount tire and in which they said their is no separation and the tires are good for another 5 to 10k miles. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! IT IS MY OPINION THAT THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. read more

We had gone to Goodyear several years ago for work on a previous car. After getting a quote from the Honda Dealer for new rear brakes and rotors being turned we decided to shop for a better price. I called the Goodyear shop and asked for a price. The manager quoted me $139.00. So we dropped the car off. In a few hours the service advisor called me saying it would be $350. He said they would replace the rotors, (which the dealer had not recommended) install new brake pads and brake fluid. I told him no that we'd just pick up the car. He then asked me in an angry voice if I thought $350 was too much for rear brakes. Not wishing to engage him any further, I repeated that we'd pick up the car. At that point he calmed down and said okay. I believe his intent was to intimidate a female customer. We did go back to the Honda dealer and have the work done. The technician said there was no need to replace the rotors. We will not used Goodyear again for any work. If you need brakes done shop around. Buyer Beware! read more

I love a Mechanic that doesn't try and rob you of your money because you are a girl. Today my engine light came on called Austin he told me to stop in anytime that day.. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and fluids check at 10:30am Saturday. At around 12:15 pm, they pulled my car into the garage to work on it. At 1 pm they were done with service and were getting ready to invoice me for the full service when I asked if they indeed had rotated my tires. That prompted him to specifically ask the technician and he realized it had not been done. Then, since he was caught, he changed the invoice to show only the oil change. He said the technician said "they didn't look like they needed to be rotated". Seriously??? On Goodyear's website, it says you should rotate your tires every 3-6,000 miles and since my oil change is only required every 8,000 miles, that is how long it had been since my last tire rotation. So it took 2.5 hrs for an oil change and they were going to charge me for a tire rotation that they did not do. Dishonest and slow!!! read more

I took my car in for an oil change and alignment today to Goodyear for the 1st time. I can understand the extra hour wait, however I was told my struts were leaking on a 2014 Hyundai. The guy who has worked on my car was asked to come and explain and give a quote and he mysteriously disappeared with no explanation. In addition there was no confirmation on the alignment concern, no break down on what was done such as fluids filled, air filter condition ect. This place is horrible! I bought tires and an alignment here in jan2013 and last week noticed my car was pulling to the left so i decided to take it in since the work was under warranty.
