I had brought my van in for AC check. They called and told me it was the ac compressor. They told me 1300 to fix out the door. I told them only if my van can be ready in same day. They said they would call back. They never did when I arrive to pick up my van they were closed right at 6pm. My van stayed overnight. Called back next morning asked if it was ready they said it had another leak, the hose. And it's in roswell. They added another 500 totaling to 1800. I paid that left and my van was blowing hot air out. I called customer care they said district manager will call me the next day. I waited 3 days he never called back. Called in again. And got a rude customer service rep. Basically telling me we can't get to you know they are busy. But all techs are sitting in chairs in the shop. not one tech is working. This location has trash technicians that are installers. They can't properly troubleshoot the problem so instead they play the guessing game. Let's replace this , that didn't work, let's replace this. I will never bring my car or vehicle to a Goodyear again. read more

The worst service ever!! Go elsewhere!! Took 6 hours to only check my tires!! Then they lied to me when I asked if it was ready. They told me someone was working on it. I saw my car parked and no one was working on it!!! They don't just do a bed service they lie too!! read more

I went in for a routine wheel alignment. I had the 3 year plan. Times before service was ok. This time, I waited a couple of hours, with an appointment. when the car was pulled in, the guy drove faster than he should on a parking lot and one tire hit the pothole in the lot. I thought to myself, he's kind of reckless. I get the car back, get in the car put my foot on the break to start and it just didn't feel right. I've had jack leg mechanics before in my youth so priming the breaks was something I was familiar with. Didn't stress over it. Turned out of the lot and could not stop the car. There was no break pressure. I ran up on the curb to slow down and make a U-turn back into the shop. Tell the manager what happened and received an emotionless response after an awkward silence. Long story short, the break line was busted and it was ok when I brought the car. After the wheel alignment, now all of a sudden, I need a break line. I had to get my daughter to take me home because they didn't have the part. Without a car for the weekend. On Monday, the manager says the dealers didn't return her call, she was looking for the part. funny, I called and located the part on the first try and relayed the info. car was repaired and guess who got to pay for it. Me. There was a small discount given off the price of the part. I could understand paying for the part but the service should have been free since the service was the reason the break line was damaged. The whole situation could have been handled differently. I made the mistake of buying Goodyear tires because one location in my old home town came highly recommended. I still have Goodyear tires on my car, and I sadly needed two new tires. This Goodyear Service Center is closest to me, so I called. They told me the date and time the tires would arrive. They told me that I would receive a call when they arrived. So, the promised date and time arrived, and I received no call. I noticed this fact at 5:30p and called this store frantically. I needed those tires. Was there a delay in the shipment? Nope, I simply wasn't called. The person who took my call offered me the chance to come into the store and have the tires put on before close. This seemed reasonable enough. The store closes at 6:30p. Even with bad traffic, I should arrive well before 6. I received an interesting call on my way to the store. The service advisor informed me that his staff goes home at 6p. If I can't arrive before 6p, they won't give me the tires. I understand that they would stop taking in cars well before the closing time of 6:30p, but what is this nonsense about the staff going home at 6p? Does somebody just sit at the front desk and twiddle his thumbs from 6:00-6:30? I arrived before 6, and the service was performed. Stop here, and I say whatever. Maybe 3 star experience. Unfortunately, the smart guy that put my jack and the donut back in the holster couldn't figure out how to do it properly. Rather than leave it in my trunk, which would've been perfectly fine, he jammed my jack and spare together. This could've significantly damaged my spare. To add insult to injury, these hucksters charged me for the road hazard warranty without my consent. Yeah, I signed the damn paperwork, but sometimes you have a migraine and can't read all of the fine print. Some times, you mistakenly trust a business to operate honestly and ethically. Goodyear sucks. I certainly won't do business with a service center again. Two terrible experiences at two terrible stores in two different states is far too much terribleness. read more

Bought Goodyear tires about 18 months ago from this location. I now have 32k miles on the tires and had a flat on one of the tires today while out Uber'ing. Made it back to my hometown store and was pleasantly surprised to learn they would repair for free. Not only did they repair, they also programmed the TPMS and mounted the donut tire and jack in the storage compartment. Wow, was I impressed. read more

One star is too much for this place. I had a 9:30am appointment for an oil change. I called at 2pm to see if my car was ready to pick up. It was not. They said they were just pulling it in. That is completely inexcusable. There is no reason at all for a car that has been there since 9:30am to just sit in the parking lot until afternoon with absolutely no work being done on it. Also, I am sick of them moving my seat. Not only do they slide it back as far as it will go they insist on leaning it back as well. I have an older car and it is very hard to get the seat back in the right position. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. They do not care at all about their customers. read more

Took my car in on Saturday morning for some new rotors and tires. Larry beat his estimate by 2 hours and $40, and even took the trouble to call me afterward to let me know that he had forgotten to check a box on the mail-in rebate form. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received. I'd recommend this facility to anyone needing repairs. read more

Around 11:30am one day I went it to get an oil change and the guy told me it may rollover in to the next day because they were "closing early." they closed at 6pm that day. An oil change doesn't take but 15 minutes. Went down the street and had it done in 10 minutes read more

The customer services was great only reason they are not getting 3 stars is due to the wait time . I was there for almost 3 hrs. and then I had to go to work, but I will be going again the place is really good. I also like the tires a lot the capital tires r cheap but they drive very well for the price. I thought that Goodyear only had very expensive tires but they have cheap ones. Those are just as good as the Goodyear brand and not even half the prices. i am a very happy customer. :D read more

Went in for brake issues and they tried to convince me that I needed a long list of work for a total of $600+. Went to a dealership for a second opinion and found that I only needed 2 new brake pads for a total of $200. They are dishonest crooks. Not to mention their customer service is nonexistent - waited all day, no phone call to let me know my car was finished, barely looked up when I approached the counter. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I've used this team for 12 years. Won't go anywhere else for anything above an oil change. Great service, fair proving, caring staff, and customer first focus. You may have to wait a little (but rare)...they're busy because they're the best. Worth the wait if necessary read more
