My review specifically refers to the family-owned and operated Goodyear location at 5911 Pembroke Road, Hollywood, FL 33023, and reflects only my personal experience there. One of the main concerns for me was an ongoing noise issue that I reported repeatedly during multiple visits. Despite paying for diagnostic services, I was informed that they could not identify the source of the problem at that location. Because the issue continued, I took the vehicle on 5/18/2026 to another Goodyear location -- the same location where my brakes had previously been replaced about a year earlier. During that visit, I was informed that the brakes needed replacement and they were replaced under warranty. This experience left me questioning whether the earlier location may not have fully evaluated that component when I initially reported the noise and vibration concerns. I understand that diagnostic opinions and evaluations can vary between locations. In addition, I sent two emails directly to the owner in an effort to make them aware of my concerns and experience from my perspective, but I have not received a response so far. BEWARE OF THIS AUTO SERVICE IF YOU ARE SEEKING ANNUAL INSPECTION FOR YOUR RIDESHARE CAR OR TURO CAR! This auto service is listed as one of the inspection partners of Turo. Their service is comparably cheaper than the other Turo inspection partners, however it is so for a higher cost: YOUR VALUABLE TIME!!! Never expect to finish a simple 19-point inspection of your car in less than two hours. Turo suggests calling the inspection partner and book a time for inspection beforehand, and I did so. I called this auto service and one of the associates (name is Leandre) responded to my call. I asked him when to come for inspection and said I have two cars. He said that they were available and that I could come right away. I believed what he said and brought one of my cars. AFTER HE WROTE MY CAR UP IN THEIR SYSTEM, he said that one of the mechanics was in his lunch break and the other mechanic was busy fixing another car! And he said that it will take 45-60 mins for them to start inspecting my car and the actual inspection might take 15-20 mins. By the way, it is not a small auto shop, why only 2 mechanics?! And what is lunch at 2:45 pm?! I still said ok, and that I will bring the other car and I did so, I brought the second car in 15-20 mins. Then I started to wait, and they were keeping saying that "your car is the next"..But that NEXT never comes!! Because they are prioritizing new coming cars since they make more money on repairs than inspections! Finally, at 4:45 pm, I asked him to give my keys back and I left!! And they have NO remorse at all, saying that while I was bringing my 2nd car, other customers came to have their cars serviced. THIS CANNOT BE A REASON FOR MY WAIT, BECAUSE: 1) The first car I brought was already written up in their system. 2) I also already asked him to write up my second car since it was going to come in 15-20 mins. He just said no worries. So, his excuse does not explain 2 hours wait for a 15 mins inspection for my first car, at the very least! It was NOT a walk-in, I called to book a time and he told me to come right away. I needed that inspection to list my cars on TURO apps, and they wasted my day and my business lost 1 DAY of rental income from my cars because of this auto service! They prioritize customers who bring them more money over customers who simply need inspection, and they do not care about how long you wait for your turn! Place is clean, quiet, they even have Keuric coffee machine! Easy to find and access. Quick service, no hassles. The attendant was courteous, very friendly and reviewed some of the maintenance that was recommended on my car (which i already knew about). I ended up doing the injector clean up also. She knew some of the customers which shows that she has been at this store for some time and that the service provided is of good quality. Really good place. Came here to replace a tire... I was pretty confused on what tire size I needed etc. I came here because of the reviews... My car has tires from a completely different company however the guy at the front desk was extremely helpful and patient! He took a look at my tires and gave me a few honest options and looked up if he was able to order the tire I needed from outside factory ... nothing seemed in stock so he recommended where to go that definitely carries my brand . The customer service is great at this Goodyear location. With the construction on SR 7 it's a bit hard to turn into when approaching the first time. The tire deal was great with free labor after purchasing a new set of tires for my car. I also just brought it by for an oil change as they had a 4th of July $17.76 special going-on. Comfortable seating area with tv and free wifi was an added bonus. I'll definitely be bringing my car back to Goodyear when repairs and maintenance are needed. read more

I came in Labor Day with a nail in my tire and storm looming. The manager Luis offered to take the nail out...and did not charge me. I was shocked. Super guy. And the technician was also friendly and showed me where the wheel locks were located in my trunk. He then plugged the tire and I was on my way. After taking my car to an honest mechanic, I found out that I did not need 5 out of the 6 repairs that were quoted, and the service was done for less than $200, and my car has been running great. I have bought numerous tires, had dozens of oil changes and other services including alignments, brake jobs and flat tire repairs. The staff is very professional and courteous. I have always been treated fairly. Of course you have to wait for the work to be done!
