Like when I get my oil changed they automatically do the cheapest and I asked them to see if they could fix my car door and it's really old so something came loose and usually to look at it and open it and all that it would be 100$ but since it didn't work for fixing it they didn't charge me that and they gave me a good estimate and i love the sales personal they're always so kind and genuine. read more

I called this morning to see if coming in an hour before close would be an issue, they asked if I could come in tomorrow instead as their systems were down due to the major outage that everyone was experiencing. After explaining that I couldn't and that I needed to have an alignment done by Sunday, they scheduled me for later. It's the little things, like communication, follow up, attention to customers when they approach a desk. You'd think these are obvious things when it comes to customer service; however, recently I have found that this is lacking at most auto shops in the area. Fortunately, I gave this Goodyear a shot. Had a great experience. Also in walking distance to shops and restaurants to kill time while waiting for service to be done. I was in and out with an oil change. We hit a big pothole on the way back to Denver from the mountains and quickly exited. Yup, my rear tire was losing air fast as there was a little nick to the side. Fortunately, a nearby auto shop (Pickering) directed us to this Goodyear to get our tires looked at. They couldn't replace it with Goodyear tires since my Audi had Continentals so we had to go to Discount Tires instead. However, the service employees there were super friendly and quickly changed our tire to a donut FREE OF CHARGE and we were safely on our way home. Thanks guys for all you do! read more

My entire experience was 5 Star. A nice lady answered my phone call and got us on the calendar quickly. The waiting room is the nicest waiting room I've seen in a shop. You can still smell the grease but beyond that it's huge with lots of nice seating. The sales guy came out right away and was very polite. Staff member are friendly and service is relatively quick(minus time it takes for parts to arrive) BUT... I recently brought vehicle in for a water pump repair and they broke a retaining clip on my Power Steering reservoir and didn't tell me... couple days later, the power steering reservoir started to fall into the serpentine belt and became damaged... They CHARGE ME for the clip being broken even though THEY BROKE IT. It was not broken before I gave them the vehicle for initial repair. They told me that driving over Pot Holes could make the clip fail... LIES... It's A Jeep! It's supposed to be able to hit Potholes without retainer clips breaking... Unfortunately... I've had two recent experiences with this Goodyear location. Both were excellent. In September I had a vehicle that I was taking out to a niece got tires on it a bunch of work done on it and needed it aligned made a phone call on my availability and nobody could get me in to get an alignment good years a little ways out of the way from my home and they said they could align it immediately just drive it in. This past weekend, November 19th 2022, after a snowstorm and every shop is busy, I called Goodyear and they said bring on this second and I had tires and a bunch of work done on, , having difficulty with the alignment they still got me taken care of and able to get this vehicle back to me so that I can take it out to my sister in Reno. Great job really appreciate these guys they are getting my business from this point forward. read more

Went in for an oil change and to check why my car was shaking when i hit the breaks. The whole process took 5 hours and their diagnosis turned out to be false anyways. They blamed my alignment and claimed to have fixed it, but the shaking persisted. I took it in to Midas a few days later and they gave me new breaks which fixed the shaking. They also said that for the price of two oil changes i could get unlimited oil changes for a year. I agreed, thinking it sounded like a decent deal, but my bill came out to around $350. I called in today to get my free oil change and was told no deal like that has ever been offered by them and that their records show i paid around $150 that day. read more

BE CAREFUL what they charge....establish the cost before any work is done. They advertise one amount and,unfortunately for me, by the time they were finished it was 25% higher. They will throw in silly charges that should be included in the price,i.e.shop supplies for $2.59. They will charge you for an extra quart of oil even though that limit isn't explicitly defined in the advertised price. Know what you're getting in to before handing the keys over. This place is just ok. I mean they didn't screw me over or anything, I went because I had a "winterize car special" coupon for a radiator flush, oil change etc. So they did that, and then we (my boyfriend and I) returned to pick up my car and ask them do "winterize" his car now the guy at the front was all "umm we close at 4:00 it takes at least an hour do do a radiator flush" *look at our watches...it is 2:00* So we had to talk this guy into working on my BF's car aka throwing them business? I hate when people act annoyed or like you are bothering them when it's their job to service you! Of course once he figured out my BF was also interested in buying tires, he perked up into yadda yadda customer service mode.... Long story short - service was fine. Probably wouldn't return here unless I stumbled upon another coupon for some of their services, and I think my BF will go elsewhere to get his tires too. First of all, I REALLY hope some upper management corporate sees this review because every single person I interacted with there deserves a little reality check. I am a young student-mother who needed a simple oil change and the codes pulled for my check engine light on my Nissan. Seeing as my schedule doesn't allow for a whole lot of free time I made an 8am appointment four days in advance for a quick in-and-out service. When I arrived I was received by the front desk in a disgruntled, annoyed, and rude manner. He never once said "hello", "how are you", or "how can I help you today?". Through a series of grunts and purposeful refusal to make eye contact, he eventually checked me in and took my keys without saying a word. I then proceeded to wait for 70 MINUTES. Wait. I don't know if you got that. AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES. To have my OIL CHANGED when I was the very first person there with an appointment!!! WHAT!? In addition, while I was there, I watched as they were continuously rude to every one else that walked in. The most disgusting part was when one of the men told an elderly woman to follow him outside for something and he walked out first and let the door shut in the woman's face. Age and frailty aside, who do you think you are treating ANYONE that way? A CUSTOMER no less?? By the time they rung me up I was livid. The same man who I saw an hour before charged me, didn't thank me, and then gave me a grocery list of "recommended $90.00 services" that he didn't care to explain or account for. As a young woman with very little money, it is beyond infuriating and saddening that when I finally save enough to get an oil change... I have to experience such horrible service. PLEASE. I would never recommend this place. Took a car in and made sure they knew it took a very specific part, not a generic stock part. A different mechanic I went to informed me that Young's put the wrong part in. Went back to Young's to discuss it and they would not refund or replace the wrong part, that they put in. This place is an example of why you need to check the dates on reviews. The latest ones are all very good reviews, clearly there may have been some change in management in the last few years. The customer service is great. My oil was changed quickly, and they didn't tell me that I needed 18 other things done. They found a nail in my tire and instead of trying to upsell me on brand-new tires, they told me that I could use one that I had at home that matched my others. I ran home and came back and they took my car back in right away. They also have free wireless, which is great because I was able to get work done while I waited. Best part about my first trip was the service from Trinidad. I came in to get me brakes and power windows checked. They said my brakes work good and recommended a brake fluid service that cost 100 bucks. I'm currently happy with how my brakes are working. Then they diagnosed my power windows that were not working... And suggested ordering a master switch that would cost $600. I said OK and that I would fork up around $750 on this trip to get my power windows working. Sadly they could not get the power windows working with the power switch. They left me with a window, that was rolled up all the way not working... into a situation with a window that was halfway down not working. This is very frustrating as it is the weekend and most places are closed to get it fixed... And my car is almost begging to be broken into or robbed. I can see myself coming back for oil changes in the future. But currently I'm sitting in a difficult situation of what to do next. Also... my brake light is currently on when before coming in... it was not. They were unable to turn that off. If it was not for the sincerity of Trinidad, I might be pissed off right now with the visit. read more

Came here after quite a bit of research for the best deal on decent tires for my jeep. I waited in the clean, spacious waiting room for a couple of hours while they did the service. There was a big tv on the wall and comfortable seating. They had free coffee/tea and bottled water. They also had a free shuttle service if I had wanted to be taken home. The service was very friendly and not at all pushy. I would definitely recommend this location for quality and attentive service. read more

I will review the technician that helped me, Greg - he was polite, warm and lovely. 5 Stars for Greg and his assistance! He was a pleasure to work with AND I want to add a review about Aaron, I assume he has a supervisory role. Greg is a new hire, and was awesome, however when he had a question about the computer system, he asked Aaron and Aaron could not have been more snotty and condescending to his own employee. The computer system is very dated, I'm a 20 year IT professional in software, it uses all of the function keys and nothing intuitive. I don't blame a new employee in getting caught in bind with it. Greg went and brought Aaron back to help, and Aaron was rude, abrupt and patronizing. Aaron refused to answer the question, just stood there with eyebrows raised and forced Greg to guess, and when Greg guessed wrong, Aaron would roll his eyes and snort. When Greg asked, "Should I use F4", Aaron replied in a sarcastic tone, "I would." I hate when people are unkind. Also, I went in for a Lyft inspection, very simple. And Aaron gave me a list of 10 things that I need to fix "immediately" at a cost of about $344. I just had my car at the dealership last week for a tune up, and my car needs none of it at this time. read more

I took my vehicle in to have a tire checked due to an issue from another tire shop. The staff was very courteous and helpful and they were able to fix the tire without any problems. I did get a call very late in the day that my vehicle was ready, which did not give me a lot of time to pick the car up, so I had to make last minute arrangements. On 8/10/17, I went to Goodyear for brake service on my front brakes. I was first quoted over $900! Then it was adjusted to $866. Still way too high! Turns out they were trying to do service that was not needed to inflate the bill. They said my calipers were shot and needed to be replaced. This was a lie! Midas did the service on my brakes and the calipers were just fine. No need to replace them at all. This type of dishonest business practice is simply inexcusable! I saved over $366 by getting a 2nd opinion down the street. This place cannot be trusted!! read more

Sleazy and unprofessional. They refused fix a flat in a set of tires I had just bought. They stated that the nail was in the sidewall, could not be fixed and I had to buy another $200 tire. The nail was between the first and second row of tire treads, over an inch from the sidewall. Again, no where near the sidewall! THEN, THEY SCOLDED ME FOR NOT BUYING THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. The tires were 6 days old! I was able to fix the hole myself... some mechanics they are! I had a bad feeling when I bought the tires in the first place. I should have listened to my gut.
