March 2024 - Ordered a set of tires and had them installed on loose wheels brought in. Upon installation at home, I found that one of the rear tires was installed backwards. Had to make another trip back to the store to correct this. Dec 2024 - Ordered a set of snow tires through the website, made an appointment, etc. After some time, I was told that they could not get the exact tires I ordered, and was up-sold to another brand at about $150 more total. At the store, the salesperson up-charged me another $20 by adding/removing tire certificates in the up-sell process, and it took another salesperson to look at the transaction to convince them of the issue. These tires were installed on a loose set of wheels I brought in, and I later found that they are terribly out of balance, which will require another trip back to fix. The date code on the "new" tires I was sold was 2020, sold in Dec 2024. If you love taking multiple trips back and forth to the tire shop, go ahead and use this store.

Well in less the 10 mins they were done charged me $181.00 Gave me an estimate to change a MAF valve ( maximum air flow ) of $641:46 to change a two screws and a clip valve right on top of the engine. What really disgusted with this place was they said they looked at all 4 CV axles but never told me that both front tires were so worn down on the inner part of the tires that metal band was sticking out. Fact is they never looked at the CV axles otherwise they'd of seen how bad these tires were. Tried to talk to the shop owner about it and get a refund , got nothing but bullshit from him . What gives them 5 stars is when I drove home and on the highway the next day I had some terrible left pull and dangerous tracking when changing lanes even though my alignment was "within spec" I called and Ryley told me to come in and that he would do his best to try and improve the alignment. He spent several hours troubleshooting and playing with the alignment and I now have a wonderfully aligned vehicle that also drives and tracks well. Very appreciative for the Les Schwab team, they listened to my complaints and did not write me off, they will have my business in the future for it.
