This tire shop was forty yards ahead. I turned in and parked my car near the front office. Keep in mind, I'm not a customer of this business and have never been there before. So, I was surprised they got right to my tire and twenty minutes later he said I was ready to go. The surprise? No bill. They patched my tire for free. I can see a business doing this for a loyal customer but for a complete stranger that had never darkened their door previously? To say the least, I was impressed. They even gave a taco truck in the parking lot and I placed an order while I was waiting. Guess what? When it's new tire time I will absolutely shop Lightning Tire.
