I called on July 24th and was told they were waiting on a response from the insurance company. I followed up with the insurance company and was told that they had already issued out payment and responded to their request. I called the shop multiple times to follow up with the the status of my car and was told EVERY time I called that it would be "mid week next week" my car would be ready. I called on August 15th and was told again that it would be another week. I requested for my car to be moved to another place but unfortunately it was too late so I am being forced to wait for this company to fix my car. My car sat for 2 weeks before they even looked at my car for an estimate. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! It's tons of car just sitting in the lot waiting to be serviced. If you are looking for fast quality work this is not the place for you!

The price was very fair so I gave them the go-ahead to replace catalytic converters and O2 sensors. They called me back about an hour later to let me know it was done! On top of that, they didn't throw parts at it and ended up saving me another $500 by testing the O2 sensors and determining they were still fine.
