I went in and got 4 new tires and an alignment on my truck. The service was pretty guck and they did a really good job. I dealt with Jim, he's a real pleasant guy and seem to be honest and he's very knowledgeable. I wound up here because of two bad experiences at two different Discount Tire shops. $36 labor to change a headlight - my boyfriend changed the same headlight in the past in 5 minutes. Ended up paying $80 for an oil change and one headlight replacement. Go here if you're willing to pay exorbitant prices. read more

Got a same day appointment to have tires rotated. While they were rotating the tires, they found a nail. Told me they would repair and would take another ten minutes. In and out very quickly. Bonus = Carlos notified me that the service was free for tire repair. Way to go Carlos (Service Manager). Nice staff members too. Service is the worst. Wife went in today because I thought the battery was starting to die, I was correct. They told her a new battery would be 200$ + 10$ to install. Since when does a basic battery cost 200$, nothing like over-charging a customer, or was it because it was a woman. So I went to NAPA and bought a battery for 110$, that's right 110$ and I didn't charge for installation. Anyways that's not the only issue we have had with this place. About a month ago my wife's car also had the AC compressor replaced. After driving for 10 minutes at best, the AC stopped working. We took it back and left it over night so they could look at it, and guess what, nothing was wrong. The AC works off and on at best, most of the time off. We have brought it in many times and they say nothing is wrong, they either don't know what they are doing or just don't care. If I were you I would avoid this place at all cost, because that's what they will charge. And if you do decide to go there, be sure to bring an extra arm and leg so you can pay for crappy overpriced craftsmanship. read more

Taken my car here a few times; friendly staff, prompt service, fixed any issues i had the first time and they're decently priced. Staff always does a good job at communicating what exactly is wrong, and consults with me before taking the next step, and telling me what that does to the total cost of the service. Can't ask for a whole lot more in an auto shop! read more

I have been taking both of my vehicles there for years. There have been a whole spectrum of car problems they have helped with. Anything from the normal purchase of tires to crazy electrical problems. Sometimes it takes longer than a day to diagnose and fix but they are always fair priced and they have never tried to charge me for something that I don't need fixed. I have been going for years for tire maintenance and had great service...so I decided to take my car here for routine maintenance instead of the dealership. Goodyear tried to sell me on 3 different additional services. The 3 issues: alignment for my tires (which computer read out showed was barely off), and the other two were some type of dirty engine fluid that needed flushing. I asked them which was the most important. They told me the alignment, and then they didn't give me a quote for a single alignment but charged me for a 2 year program without disclosing the different options. When I asked him which was the most critical service, he told me 3 different things, and finally said the alignment was most critical (lie!) when he found out I only had 30 minutes...he picked the one they could finish in the allotted time and flat out changed his comments just to sell me on something that day. I called my dealership and another auto repair company to ask them which was most important because I suspected they were dishonest. As suspected, the alignment was the least important of the three. Had they been honest with me, I would have actually rescheduled to go back and get it the services done. But now, I no longer trust their service and will no longer continue taking my car to this center after using their services for over 10 years. read more

Returned for another oil change and asked them to look at a leak. Was able to show them the vicinity of the leak due to drips on the ground. Stephen set a 5 o'clock pick up time and said they would call with info. At 4:45 I had not heard from them and placed a call. They said a tire had a nail, and the leek was the radiator cap(nowhere near where the drips were) that they replaced and I could pick it up in the next 30 minutes. On my drive home I noticed the AC was not working; it was working on my drive to drop the car off. I called immediately and Stephen said to bring it back the next day as everyone was packing up. The next day was Sunday, when I showed up I was told there were no master mechanics on. I drove back in on Tuesday and asked to speak to a manager. Mike fairly quickly assessed that an AC hose was leaking and told me it would be about $150 to fix, ignoring the fact that they had fixed and charged me for the wrong thing. On Wed. I called and asked to speak to the owner/manager. Stephen said he was in a meeting but would give him a message. It is Sunday and I have yet to receive a call. Both crappy work and crappy customer service. read more

The manager Bernie is friendly enough. However, the Labor Fees are outrageous and the work on my car was incomplete. There was a complete failure in proper diagnostics for the Radiator issues on the first visit. After paying the repair bill for the new $141.00 Radiator and the hefty $197.00 in Labor Fees, my car broken down within 10 minutes of driving it off the lot. I immediately returned to the shop to find that the Thermostat had gone bad, which should have been detected if the proper diagnostics had been done on the first visit to the shop for the Radiator issues. On visit two I was charged an additional $73.50 in Labor Fees for the new $21.56 Thermostat. 45 days later, the Radiator issues continue. As much as I did not want to return to this shop, I did and I had the car towed to the shop thinking the new Radiator was bad and there was some sort of guarantee. Well, on visit three I was told that there was a hole in the Radiator hose and I am quoted $24.00 for the new hose and an additional $84.00 in more Labor Fees. Again, proper diagnostics should have been done on the hoses in the first visit. Three visits to this shop and $354.50 in Labor Fees alone. I will not be returning. read more
