We ordered for pick up after a strong recommendation from the front desk here at motel 6. Large buffalo chicken pizza, well done, square cut. Now that I look at the specialty menu, we played it unnecessarily safe! Great options... of course, I'd probably still be making up my mind... I am delighted to have a local business to support along this trip. From first contact the staff was friendly and helpful. It's not square cut and it's not well done lol-- but it is yummy!

When I see a pizzeria that's been around for over 40 years, I go check it out. It didn't disappoint. It's cozy with a local feel. Has my favorite beer on tap (Sculpin IPA) and the pizza came out with a great crisp and tons of flavor. Definitely recommend

We snagged a carry out to share with friends. I called the order in over the phone. It was walking distance from where we were hanging out so my husband strolled over to pick up. They were efficient. The pizza and knots were ready when promised. The garlic knots were tasty. I do like their sauce. I think they have a nice selection of toppings. Overall it is a little pricey, but it is not a chain. I think we will try them again.

This place was recommended by a guy at my hotel. I'm not staying in the best neighborhood and there's lots of fast food places. It's fairly small inside, but the staff and regulars were super friendly. I had the Casper (white garlic sauce, ricotta and mozzarella) and swapped the tomato for spinach. Amazing choice and a nearby table followed my lead. The menus are sticky and in need of replacing, but everything else was great!!

I got the buffalo chicken pizza and the green chile fries. The pizza was a little dry and I asked for a side of ranch that I never got but the fries were amazing!

Way too expensive for cheese tomato sauce and bread. 9$ for garlic rolls.. food was OK but not worth the price point. Friendly staff

This Pizza is gross and overpriced! It tastes like it was frozen and reheated in the oven.

They took away the ability to make requests on Grub Hub. So basically you're left with a sub par pizza place.

I love this neighborhood gem…read more I have been coming here for years and this is my first recommendation for people new to the area. Everything is always delicious It can be a little loud, a little crowded, long line, but it's worth the wait and you don't have to wait long. I was sorry to hear that they recently had a fire. I hope they can remodel and open soon. It is a little suspicious that so many great local restaurants are experiencing fire and damage lately, I hope it's just random bad luck and nothing more nefarious.

The "Restaurant Kid" Litmus Test: Parisi Passes with Flying Colors…read more On my first day in Denver, a childhood friend took me to lunch at Parisi, though he was admittedly a bit apprehensive. Having grown up with Italian heritage on both sides and parents who owned an Italian restaurant, I am notoriously hard to please when it comes to authentic cuisine. He was worried I'd be overcritical; instead, I was completely charmed. Located in a quaint, quiet neighborhood, Parisi offers the kind of authenticity that is rare to find. Here is why it earned a perfect score from a tough critic: The Main Course: The Tagliatelle Ragu was balanced and traditional--exactly what you want from a high-caliber kitchen. The "Woodfire" Factor: The aroma of the woodfire pizza oven hits you the moment you walk in. While we opted to eat inside rather than on the lovely patio, those scents alone convinced me that I have to return specifically for the pizza next time. The Grand Finale: I had to finish the meal with my favorite, Stracciatella gelato. It was the perfect creamy, artisanal end to a fantastic lunch. The service was seamless, the ambiance was inviting, and the food spoke for itself. If you're looking for a spot that feels like a true slice of Italy in the middle of Denver, this is it. I'll definitely be back to tackle that pizza menu!

The decor is charming. Our server, Holly, brought us our requested water. My husband ordered bread and butter for the table. He chose the split plate of spaghetti and ravioli. He requested Bolognese instead of marinara. The meals came with salads and he decided to get the Italian dressing. My son chose ranch with his salad and ordered the fettuccini alfredo adding parmesan chicken on top. I chose the fettuccini and meatballs with marinara. I selected Italian dressing for my salad. The salads came on cold plates which made the veggies seem even crisper than they were. It was more than just the usual side salad with the addition of garbanzo beans. We all enjoyed the freshness. My dish was ample and tasty. The meatballs are fork and knife size. The marinara had a bright tomato flavor. Overall enjoyable and enough to bring home for lunch the next day. In fact, we all needed a container. Holly boxed everything up for us. This was a pleasant evening out.

My favorite dish is the chicken piccata, which has been flawlessly executed time after time, for decades, and is the best I've had anywhere, including Italy. I sometimes order other entrees and have never been disappointed. The waitstaff have been there for years (I'm guessing in part due to the 20% charge that is shared among all employees, both wait staff and kitchen). I usually tip a little extra, but it isn't expected. We now live a 45-minute drive away, but we still make the trip for special occasions or business. I'm joining a friend for lunch there again next week. We'll see if I can tear myself away from the piccata and order something else this time!

Wow, wow, this is how a restaurant should treat their customers so that they will spread the good…read moreword about their eating experience here, and then to come back in the near future! My husband and I went here to celebrate his birthday and Father's Day this afternoon. We were promptly seated without a reservation at one of the table on the patio to enjoy the fresh air. We started off with an order of garlic knots and Italian /chicken lettuce wraps. We asked about the honey dipping sauce and were told it was on a spicy side, so we skipped paying the extra $2 for it. However, our waitress wanted us to try it, so the honey was on the house. And, boy, that honey dip sauce was indeed very spicy! And the wraps? It was delicious! Fresh cherry tomatoes with diced chicken breast and bean plus seasonings. We loved the dish and finished everything on the plate except for the 3 sauces. We ordered our main entrees after finishing our appetizers. I had the Linguini & Clams, while my husband ordered the Rigatoni & Sausage. What a disappointment my Linguini & Clams dish was to me. The lack of flavor from one of my favorite dishes made me sad. I was looking forward to it. Adding hot pepper flakes, then black pepper, and the worst was adding salt. If this dish were to be prepared correctly, I would have been happy to eat it all. However, I gave up after adding my own spices. The Rigatoni & Sausage dish? OMG, out of this world! The red sauce with the meat sauce smothering the pasta was one of the best dishes I've ever tasted. I'd wished I ordered that dish, but at least I was able to try a couple of bites. When the bill came, our waitress said she took off the clam dish because I didn't like it. THIS, this! is how they gained a new customer! I'll come back and will give them my business. Thank you for treating this customer right and making sure my eating experience will be different the next time I dine here.
