When I called them out on quitting, they said it was a language barrier. Really? The owner had no problem selling himself to me and setting up my program. I bought 8 rat traps for $40 and caught 4 rats the next day. I've caught a total of 7 rats and found where they were getting under my house. I filled the holes and the rats are gone, all for $50. Sunday morning! They evaluated the situation, gave a reasonable quote and came back that afternoon to trap and relocate a raccoon family between the siding and wall space. I am writing this to help people who have gophers issue. No need to use this company. Really bad service. We had gophers and they came and quoted for months of service and setting traps. They will show you what they caught but that's because they put lots of peanut butter to attract the gophers to them so they can keep showing you they caught more and more, but that's because they are attracting them to your property. It seemed to have create more gopher issues after that. We later stopped the service quickly as it seems exhorbitant to set up some traps and was creating more problems than it was solving, so we googled online and used some soapy water and filled up the gopher tunnels, redid that for a few days and they were gone and never came back again. read more

We called GCF in a panic because the gophers were quickly invading my newly landscaped front lawn, and were pleasanty surprised when Hector said he could come that afternoon!
