Not satisfied with any of their services. Gophers/voles were difficult to catch. Their rodent service even worse. They caught zero or maybe 1 and they keep billing. The worst, they don't make appointment for their visits; they just show up and go in your yard. The owner seems friendly but it's just an act. Our neighborhood has a growing gopher issue. They finally got to our yard and we started noticing holes, collapsing tunnels, etc. Got to a point where it was becoming unsafe to run around and I realized that we had to get rid of these little ******* for safety reasons. I read reviews of a bunch of service providers and was impressed with the customer comments of GotGophers. I reached out, and Georgia got back to me quickly. She had one of her guys come out and take a look. He estimated that we had 2-3 gophers and set a half dozen traps. All hole and tunnel activity stopped within 24 hours of the traps being set. They came back out in a week and pulled out a couple of the little *******. It was quiet for several weeks and then I saw a new hole. They came back out and set another trap. We had a problem with a gopher on our front lawn and reached out to Got Gophers. The owner - Georgia replied right away and sent their tech - Miguel out within a day. Miguel put out a few traps for the gopher and the following week, he returned and had caught the gopher. We are now having issues with voles and Miguel has been coming out every 7-10 days to "treat" the voles. Miguel is very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. We have had a gopher digging out new piles of soil, almost every day. At first, we tried to deal with it ourselves - by using poisonous bait (bought from store), by smoke (through lighting up something bought from store), and by applying castor oil (just to drive it away). None of those methods worked and our backyard has more and more piles of soils coming out. We contacted Got-Gophers and scheduled an appointment, and later Amador came on time (early in the morning despite of the traffic), dug out on top of a fresh pile of soil to trick the gopher (as if the tunnel has not been sealed), and then installed a trap into. We were lucky and the trap got the gopher a couple of minutes later. Thank Amador, and Got-Gophers, for being punctual and for the very effective service. read more

My next door neighbor has used Got Gophers for years. We've had gophers since we bought the house 40 years ago and the woman we bought it from told me about standing next to a plant and watching it shake and disappear underground, just like in the old cartoons. When we had dogs and cats they kept the gopher population under control, sort of. Emily, our first English Setter, once brought Alan the back half of a gopher at the dinner table. He was not pleased by the gift. We have found an array of gopher and mouse guts in the living room, thanks to the cats. We haven't had any animals for a couple of years, though, and the gophers have proliferated, despite the owls I hear in the canyon behind our house. Karen has had an increase in gophers and other critters due to construction uphill from her house. She noticed all the gopher activity in my yard and suggested I use Got Gophers too and when I agreed, put me in touch w/ the owner, Georgia Eaton. Georgia was a pleasure to deal w/, giving clear information about what to expect and the process. Marco came out toward the end of June and set traps. Got Gophers was great to work with. We were having an issue with some underground pest in our yard eating the roots of our plants. We had been dealing with some pest for years and I never caught them with the traps I set myself. I called Got Gophers and they set up an appointment for the next day. Miguel came out and immediately identified the mounds as gopher mounds. He explained the pricing and after we agreed, set the traps then and there. I wanted to watch out of curiosity and Miguel explained what we was doing very well. Miguel came out the next week to check on the traps and found two trapped gophers. He kept the traps for another week just in case. Jose came out the next week and found a caught mole as well. Overall the process was very seamless.
