What's both funny and frustrating is that this is not really a "win" for me - I'm literally just getting back my extra money paid to another provider to clean up Pacific Pest Mgn's mess. I cannot even collect interest because they filed SC-105 when I was out of the town, so the case was automatically closed after 10 days without the typical 10% annual interests (total $237.55).

In contrast, Luis donned a full hazmat suit, went into the attic, and provided detailed photos of each specific area that needed to be addressed. He said our insulation was perfect, btw. He went around our entire property, checking for all entry points. Went under the house and did the same. Gave me an extremely competitive quote, which I accepted, and he had a team out the same day. At the end, he provided me all the before and after pictures so that I felt assured that the work had been done well. The following week he came out as promised and removed on rodent from a trap. The rest were still clean. Today he called again to see if he could come check the traps once more and I told him that next week would be better. However, when they returned for a follow-up, they did such a poor job cleaning up that they accidentally left numerous traps behind that were supposed to be removed. That did not inspire confidence that they had thoroughly inspected the property before assuring us everything looked good. A few weeks later, we started seeing even more mice along with fresh droppings. We scheduled another follow-up appointment, but they never showed up. I took time off work specifically for the appointment. Since then, I've repeatedly called and messaged to reschedule, only to be told the next available appointment is over a week away. That is completely unacceptable, especially considering the missed appointment was their fault. The lack of urgency, flexibility, and customer service has been incredibly frustrating. Being offered only a single appointment option after they failed to show up is not how a paying customer should be treated. Overall, I'm extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the service and the company's handling of the situation.
