It is a lot of food as the bowl is decently sized and comes with an egg roll and drink. The egg roll is delicious! The broth tastes great too my only complaint is the size of the meat that comes with the classic bowl, though it's thinly sliced the piece is huge and not easy to cut with a fork so you kind of have to stuff it in your mouth. I usually love this place. The unique menu's curry chicken and spicy oxtail pho are what drew me in originally and have never disappointed. But I switched it up and tried a chicken banh mi and regretted it. The meat was very tough and one piece even looked undercooked so I don't even know how those two things can happen at the same time. Go pho is like a grab n go pho restaurant. I meannnn every pho restaurant technically is. But what makes this place different is that it's more extended in terms of rice bowls. They have everything a Vietnamese pho restaurant would have but their ingredients taste distinctive. The pho is a bit bland for my taste and needs a lot of condiments to accommodate to my liking. The portions however, do not disappoint. You can 100% guarantee you'll be full. We had plenty of leftovers. The banh mi steak, the steaks were hugeeee and same for in the rice. The disadvantages is if you have sensitive teeth or braces it's hard to chew. The steak itself ain't chewy but because it's chopped up in big pieces it's easy to choke on the pieces or takes work to chew down to smaller pieces. Overall, everything was just mediocre for me. Wanted to try this place for a while, got a little nervous when I didn't see 1 Vietnamese person working in the kitchen though, lol. The counter guy was helpful in assuring us we were making good choices. I'm normally used to cooked zoodles but these were raw, and it worked out just fine. I had been wanting to find a good Pho place for a while and I stumbled across this GoPho. It's in a prime location in Davie with a lot of other restaurants. The restaurant was pretty empty and clean, they also have clear dividers for some tables. The food was great! We had the avocado wontons which where phenomenal and the chicken bao buns are a must! The beef and chicken pho were delicious, however if this is your first time eating Pho you should be aware that you have to submerge the meat in the broth for a while to make sure it thoroughly cooks as you can see in the picture with the pink meat. We enjoyed the food so much we took a tofu pho to go and the tofu was cooked really well. My issue with this place is that the staff were not that nice and seemed pretty aloof. In the craziness that is this pandemic, especially trying to get takeout, I have stumbled upon this incredible place! I saw the sign in the parking lot and needed to go! They had a special that needed to be had. The classic pho was so well developed. The flavor was super delicious and balanced. I loved it! Great amount of noodles and high quality beef! So tender and fresh! Delicious chicken wings, I would say I just like them spicier but still delicious. They have bringers too! Super yummy, the sauce was great. Just. What. The. Hell. They should call this place "GoPhoThisInTheTrash". We ordered about $50 worth of food here - I can say everything was bizarre and was bad. Very bad. The egg rolls were SOGGY. Very very soggy. Pool of oil at the bottom of the container. The shell was completely saturated in grease to the point that they were soft. Ordered steak on one of the bowls, and the steak tasted off - Like it was frozen or freezer burned. The Pho (if you can call it that) was like they used a can beef of broth - Super salty, poor flavor. The bag of sprouts, jalapenos, cilantro and the lime were all not fresh. The meat for the Pho was all stuck together and looked weird. The noodles were completely stuck together - looked like a hockey puck. Only decent thing here was the Bahn Mi. I'm all for helping local small businesses, but it's best we let this one sink guys. Too many cut corners, and the 2 idiots in the back should have never let any of this go out the door. read more
