I moved to Rancho Cordova many years ago, but I never for a moment considered switching to a dentist closer to my home. The office is comfortable, and I always get a friendly smile and welcome when I arrive. My appointment always starts on time, and I have never had a problem scheduling new appointments. It is definitely an atmosphere of family. They make it a priority to make sure you are comfortable; there is even a poster of a nice relaxing beach scene on the ceiling that you see when you are in the dental chair. I highly recommend.

I went there and it was a long first appointment with them trying really hard to have my start braces. I was not amused. They also charged me for something that they said was covered. I actually tried to make another appointment and they were booked 6 months out but then would continually call and email me to get me to make an appointment. I was fed up and found Southport Dentistry. The initial appointment went smoothly and didn't take forever. Dr. Dang advised me to purchase an electric toothbrush but didn't push me to purchase one at his office which was nice. The star in my opinion was the dental hygienist that did two of my cleanings. She was very thorough, gave me honest advice, and was very approachable. All the staff I have interacted with was very good and nice. I have a strict no texting policy and they would just call and leave a vm for me. Plenty of parking. There are some weekdays where they care closed and they are closed for long stretch of time during the holidays. Overall, even with my harsh work schedule I was able to book appointments.

Long story short...Eureka Roseville doesn't do invisalign anymore so, they sent me to Eureka Sacramento. Ugh, the drive. Well, let me tell you this......the drive is well worth it. This group of professionals are just that and more. Everybody is so, just really nice. They take their job seriously and treat their patients just as they should be treated. They are stellar in all that they do. I recommend them over anybody I have ever seen. I live in West Roseville and always happy to make that drive for my appointments. I have been coming here with my father for years, we have both had horrible experiences from the…read moredentists and dental assistants. I came in about 2 years ago for an x-ray and found i needed one root canal and they had a cavity on watch. I got the root canal taken care of, and they never said anything else about any teeth, just one small cavity on watch in the front of my mouth. then I could not come back for about a year due to my mother having surgery. When i came in most recently they told me that i needed another root canal and had 6 cavities. I asked why i have so many and what happened, and they told me they did and it's all in the paper work. I had argued with him back and forth and had to verbally tell him to stop because he was stressing me out so bad. When the doctor left the room and the nurse was doing a cleaning on my teeth she started making rude comments to me and my mother. She said "Maybe if you guys came when you were supposed to this wouldn't happen" and some others. she then put all her force when she was flossing my teeth. I floss everyday and never have problems, when i got home my gums were purple from how hard she was doing it. I haven't gone back since but my father had to go a few more times to finish his process. he has had several " indestructible" bridges from acme dental break. When he gone in they immediately started to blame him for this and grinding his teeth, although he was eating a sandwich when it happened. They then were trying to pressure him into buying a mouth guard and were insisting this was the problem although my father kept disagreeing. they then made him pay for another bridge to be put in. it looks sloppy and extremely unnatural. in the past procedures we have had with the doctor he gets visibly frustrated. He throws his tools down and mumbles things under his breath. The doctor is very old and when he is working you can smell his breath and it is very disturbing and smells disgusting. I hope that no one else will have to go here to have an experience as upsetting as ours. They are only there for money and don't do their best so you have to come back.

I had this procedure at another dentist about a year and a half ago. It was so painful. He did not check in. He got frustrated when I would ask him to pause for a minute. And he was very rough. Dr. Mendoza is so gentle. One of my many favorite things about him as he checks in to make sure that you're OK and not in pain. He also tells you exactly what he's doing each step. Today I had Angela and Marife. Both were very kind and nurturing. I also had the pleasure of meeting another front desk associate her name is Rose and she's also very sweet. I highly recommend this DENTIST and amazing staff! A month ago - Extractions Meli was the first person I spoke to when I called as a new patient. Super sweet and professional. Angie was the person who did my X rays. She was very gentle and kind. I was visiting the office because I needed an extraction, and was in excruciating pain. The staff were like my lil guardian angels. Then Dr. Mendoza comes in the room. I was having such an amazing experience. I was kind of scared that the dentist might be like most I've seen. Cold with a God complex. Dr. Mendoza is the exact opposite! He's light hearted, funny and extremely informative. Wish I found this office 30 years ago. Dr. Chan is all about the best care, outcome, and patient needs and comfort levels. He takes his time. He tells you everything he's going to do. When he gives a shot there never is any pain and I have been to other dentist and let me tell you we all get nervous about that and sometimes it can hurt. He does exceptional dental work. He is a very patient, kind, and calm collected person. He's also very professional. He has fit me in over the years for sporadic unexpected dental needs. He also follows up with his patients which shows how much he cares. His staff are very warm and professional.
