Incredible dining experience! I've watched the show but not a super fan so wasn't sure if the restaurant would live up to the hype but it was absolutely superb! Came with a friend for dinner and ended up just splitting several menu items. Our server was Christina and she was great! Super friendly, great recommendations and good conversation. The lobster risotto was quite possibly the best thing I've ever eaten- the risotto was perfect and the lobster was prepared perfectly. We also enjoyed the scallops and the celery root purée was absolutely delicious, we wanted to lick the plate! Mac and cheese and Caesar salad were both way above average as well. I recently came here as I was excited to try a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. Overall, it was good. Was it amazing? Ehh, not sure. I tried the scallops as an appetizer which were good! I had the chicken scallopini which was also good, but didn't blow me away. The beef Wellington was my favorite thing I tried and probably the most classic, however I don't think it's worth the $75. All in all, I enjoyed the experience but there's better restaurants to return to. read more

I enjoyed this touristy hot spot downtown. Hell's Kitchen offered great drinks, good service, satisfying food and a decent menu. A few things to note- even with a reservation you'll likely wait 15 mins at the bar. This is fine because the drinks are great, but for a multi level restaurant the punctuality should be better. Our server was knowledgeable and tempted me into a dish I otherwise wouldn't have gotten. I loved it. The star of the show here is the vegan menu. If it's one thing I can take away from our experience here is that the staff is excellent from valet to server. We stepped into the restaurant and we were told to wait for our table at either of the upstairs or downstairs bars. We headed upstairs and were whisked away within 10 seconds to our table on the second floor. The restaurant is modern and the open kitchen looks just like the set of the show. I came here with my foodie crew and we tried so many things. Unfortunately, I was not too impressed by any of the appetizers. The shining star of the ones we selected was the lobster risotto and meatballs. Everything else I could have skipped. For my main I chose the 8oz Filet Mignon that came with a phenomenal béarnaise sauce. The steak was seasoned and cooked absolutely perfect. It definitely rivals some of the better steakhouses I've been to. I absolutely loved the puréed potatoes and mushrooms for a side. Wow! One of the best restaurants I have been to in Miami in a very long time. The food was excellent and everything was cooked to perfection. The scallops were definitely the star of the show, I was just a bit disappointed when they brought out only 3 scallops and not 5 like I have seen in some other reviews. We had a party of 9 and our server Mauricio took care of us really well and was very accommodating to all of us. Heads up, you do have to pay valet when you go to this restaurant! We heard amazing things about the Hell's Kitchen restaurants and when we saw the new location in Miami open we knew we had to go! We made reservations a few weeks in advance. We dined on a Saturday evening around 8 pm and had no issues getting a reservation (but you should do so plenty in advance). We arrived at the restaurant and utilized their valet parking service ($25), no self parking available. We were warmly greeted by the restaurant host staff and were seated in a booth on the main floor. Main floor you can see more of the kitchen and activity and top floor would be more of a private experience. We ordered drinks (around $20 each) and they were all outstanding and loved the handcrafting of each. We each ordered the pumpkin soup to start ($16) and it was truly amazing fresh and flavorful. We each ordered a different entree. My husband ordered the Beef Wellington ($67) and I ordered the filet mignon ($58). All of the entrees were outstanding and the meat quality was great as well. Throughout the entire meal all service was outstanding and was a true luxury dining experience! I highly recommend giving the Hells Kitchen Miami location a try! read more

Service was good, and the atmosphere is always a 5. Unfortunately, the food was a huge disappointment. I have never sent anything back before, but none of our dishes were prepared well. I've been to multiple Gordon Ramsay restaurants in Las Vegas, as well as Hell's Kitchen in Lake Tahoe, and I always leave already planning my next visit. This Miami location was completely different. The Beef Wellington was completely raw and not cooked at all. The short ribs were extremely tough and about 95% fat, to the point that I had to send them back. So excited that Hell's Kitchen has arrived at Miami! I have dined at another location - the Las Vegas one and I absolutely love that this is a mirror and replicate down to the dining room. Getting here was easy as it wasn't in a crowded / touristy area in Miami. The restaurant offers valet for $20 but I found a short walk of a parking garage across the street. Thinking it was cheaper, it actually came out to more. It was $30 for the duration of our dinner. I remember how amazing the food and desserts were. I wanted to come in for the beef wellington as no one makes this dish better than a GR restaurant themselves. I also ordered the Caesar salad, lobster risotto, spicy corn elote (this was spicier than I thought), scallops, and the sticky toffee pudding. Absolutely loved every bite. I must say the Caesar salad is huge. It is never ending. The beef wellington came out a perfect medium rare and the only feedback I have is that it was lukewarm. All in all, a great experience! The Pros: -Excellent service by Luis!! He was phenomenal. He made us feel welcomed and constantly checked in on us, asking if we needed anything. He was very nice! -Skirt steak, Fries, Queso and Sticky Toffee dessert were enjoyable. -Nice ambiance. The cons: -Valet Parking only, unless you find street parking. It can take some time for them to retrieve your car. Its $8 before 3pm, and $20 afterwards up until a certain time, I believe. The lanes on the street in front are only one way, which causes a back up. -When I went, and this may be a unique situation, but our entrées took a really long time to arrive. Ambience - this place definitely did a great job at creating a trendy and classy ambience. Beautiful interior, modern decorated, great for any celebratory occasion. The lighting and volume of the music is just perfect as well. Service- our server was very sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. Was able to give great recommendations. Also put a candle on my dessert for my birthday, which was nice. Food- the most important part of this review. I must say, I've had many scallops in my lifetime, and these were not the best one. They were very thin and overcooked. On the other hand, The lobster risotto was quite delicious and actually came with a nice serving of lobster. The best thing we ate - if there's anything you need to try in this place, it has to be the beef short rib and the beef Wellington. Both dishes, seasoned perfectly and melted in your mouth. Had to stop by and try this place. Made a reservation for 11:30am on a Sunday. Shared the pan-seared scallops and the lunch prix fixe menu. The pan-seared scallops were so good, full of flavor and so tender. The lunch prix fixe lets you choose between the soup or salad for appetizer, and then the main course was the petite beef Wellington and the dessert was the sticky toffee pudding, We chose the soup--the menu said pumpkin but maybe it's based on what's available because the server introduced it as a maple butternut squash soup. Either way, it was decent, not personally to my liking since it was room temp and had more walnuts that I would've liked. The beef wellington was my favorite. The meat was so tender, the crust soft but crusty on the outside, and in between was a nice mushroom. But honestly hard to justify the price. I can definitely see why the sticky toffee pudding is a lot of people's favorite dish. The cake was so soft, loved that it was practically in a soup of toffee syrup, though more crumbly than I expected. The online reservation has you place a credit card on it since there's a $25 per person fee if you're a no-show). The place was pretty empty since it just opened for the day. Environment was great for fans of the show. Service was very attentive, though know that there's an automatic 20% charge added to the bill. We did parking at the local parking garage, which gave me the options of paying $15 for 2 hrs or $10 for 1 hr. All in all, the food tasted good, but pretty pricey. Everyone has heard of Gordon. And almost everyone has heard of Hell's Kitchen. Had to check it out while we were in the neighborhood. We ordered two of the prie fixe menu for dinner. Let's start with the service. A waiter and a waitress both took care of us. She was more attentive, and quite friendly. He seemed hurried and sometimes didn't do what was asked. It felt like he was pretending not to hear us at times also. Forgot the simple syrup for the tea, forgot to put the foie gras on the aside. Still over all the service was good. She was a 10 out of 10. He was more like a 6 or 7. We ordered the salad, scallops, Wellington, elote, foie gras and sticky toffee pudding. The scallops: they received mixed reviews from our party. I personally liked them, though I felt like the delicate sweetness that comes from a scallop was overshadowed by other stronger flavors. I would order them again. The other in my party felt they were too salty and that hers were undercooked - cold - in the middle. The salad: excellent, we are going to be trying to recreate the vinaigrette at home now. Haha. This was a dark horse that exceeded our expectations. Wellington: the steaks were perfect: Tender and flavorful. The mushrooms were inconsistently salted. One of mine had no salt. One was salted but not enough, and I tried my dining partners and hers was perfectly seasoned. I expected more for the price though - especially as much as Gordon yells about consistency on the show. Foie gras: this is hands down the best liver I have ever had. Melt in your mouth, flavorful. Perfectly seasoned. Elote: this is our other stand out favorite of the night. We are inspired to try and make this at home. Sticky toffee pudding: sweet and wonderful. The ice cream is a perfect addition. It's one of the best deserts I've had in the past ten years at least. Ambiance: dark and romantic. Lots of things we see on the show. We liked it over all. It's a little on the loud side. But enjoyable. Another angle: bring tums. Every thing was heavy and rich. Excellent tasting. But I was wanting something acidic to cut that a bit. All in all for 350$ it was good, but I certainly expected fewer errors and better service from our primary waiter from a place with Ramseys name on it. read more

What is there to say that hasn't already been said? My husband and I went to Hell's Kitchen for our three year anniversary - and I am so glad we did! We started with two different cocktails, which were both delicious: meet your maker and ancho paloma. For food, we shared oysters, lobster risotto, the beef wellington and sticky toffee pudding. Everything was delicious and perfected cooked! The sticky toffee pudding was the best way to end our meal! I will say, my one sticking point was, it was our three year anniversary - which they congratulated us on at the hostess stand; however, we saw several tables celebrating various things (including an anniversary right next to us) and each got a dessert with a candle and our server didn't even recognize it in passing. While it's always been on my bucket list to dine at the Vegas location, I was thrilled to learn that they opened a Miami location. I was impressed to see it mirrors the show's aesthetic with the open kitchen and the chefs donning those iconic red and blue bandannas. When it comes to the food, I must admit I had never tried beef Wellington before, so I can't compare it to other restaurants. However, I was a fan of the dish and the potato purée was the perfect complement to the main course. As for the drinks, they were a bit on the weak side. Our family was so excited to eat at Hell's Kitchen. We were able to get an early dinner reservation and stayed for about 2 hours. We were seated upstairs away from the kitchen. We did hang over the balcony to watch for a bit, but then people were seated at the tables by the balcony and it got weird. Our server, Alexa, was GREAT. Best we have had in Miami. Personable, took time to answer questions, kept our water filled. Food was great. Most of us watch the show, so we were prepared. And the known items were good. But I'm going to highlight only a few things. The risotto is amazing. With or without the lobster. I could eat a bowl of it on a cold day. Elite is sooooo good. Fresh corn, nice bite of lime, cheese and a little kick from the hot sauce. Definitely to be added. Mac and cheese was ok. Not the best I've had. Finally, sticky toffee pudding. Our server recommended it and wow, she was right. Not too sweet and the sauce is yummy. It will be expensive. But we only live once. Note: There is a 20% service fee like other Miami restaurants. A lot of hype that did not disappoint. Food - started with Cesar Salad and the Scallops and they were both a 10 out of 10. The scallops just melted in my mouth with such great flavor. The Cesar Salad was dressed perfectly and the cheese cracker wafer made this even more tasty. We got the Lobster risotto and Beef Wellington for meals. Lobster Risotto 10 out of 10 and the Beef Wellington an 8.5. Lobster also melted in my mouth and the risotto flavor was dead on. The beef Wellington was the only thing that could have been just a little better. You can only get it medium rare and ours came out cold and was rare. The pastry was warm and mushroom was tasty but just biting into a cold piece of meat left this meal a little underwhelming. If they can find a way to get a warm center, I'm sure there will be a lot more happier customers. We had Sasha as a server and she was absolutely great. Service runners were also spectacular and polite. They take the time to describe the dish as they deliver to you, this is a plus. Ambiance was really good too. Nicely spaced out so you can enjoy comfortably and a bit private. Classy and romantic without overly being done. Now, they have to find a new valet service or this will haunt them. The lady new no English and from the time I arrived I knew this was not going to be a good experience. It's not because of the non English but I can see she was already confused on what to do. Nevertheless, upon leaving they brought us the wrong car and the couple next to us as well. Then was going to bring us an even different car until we just showed her the correct keys. I am a huge fan of Gordon Ramsey and the 'Hell's Kitchen' show. Ambiance is definitely a 10/10 as you're seated inside a blue vs. red team restaurant setting with your entree dishes coming from one color and your appetizers coming from the other. Drinks: The drinks were both innovative and flavorful. We tried the top 3 [ notes from Gordon, 18 stars and smoke on the water ] and all 3 were perfectly crafted. The same can be said for the appetizers, which felt very representative and catered to Miami's love for Latin spices and flare, especially the croquettes if you're not afraid of a little heat. Entrees: When it comes to the entrees, we were not necessarily wow'ed. The top 3 recommendations were: the Beef Wellington, Roasted Chicken, and the Crispy Salmon Skin. All 3 were cooked accordingly and as expected, but there was nothing memorable about them and no one in the party finished their individual plate. Desserts: The desserts were spectacular, we ordered the Lemon Berry Cheesecake and Pineapple Carpaccio, and both were exquisite and I would highly recommend. If you're a native Miamian or wanting to stop by on a whim you can enjoy the full menu at the bar during service hours without a reservation. That being said, I would more than likely go back to enjoy the drinks & appetizers, but skip over the entree portions of the menu; making this spot a more cozy, intimate happy hour vibe for locals or those wanting to interact with the AI version of Mr. Ramsey at the entrance and immerse themselves in the 'Hell's Kitchen' show experience. When I heard Hells Kitchen had a location in Miami, I had to try it. I brought my husband for his 40th birthday because we love the show. I made a reservation a few weeks in advance. While waiting for our table, we sat at the bar. It was pretty dark and hard to see the menu but the drinks had some quirky titles. I tried the obligatory vodka drink which was made with grapefruit, it was very tasty. My husband tried the fujiwhara effect. He said the homemade ginger beer was a bit too strong for him. There are two floors in the restaurant. When the hostess took us to our seats, she brought us to an intimate table upstairs. The downside was there was no view to the open kitchen so we asked to be moved. They accommodated our request immediately and we got a prime table in the middle of the dining room. It was perfect because it had a great view and was just far enough that you didn't get the heat from the kitchen. We started with the wagyu meatballs. Plenty of sauce and flavor. The polenta croutons were a neat addition. For my entree I ordered the braised short rib. It was melt in your mouth good. My only complaint is I wish it had more wine demi-glace. The delicious yukon potato cake soaked up all of it. My husband's entree was the roasted chicken. Surprisingly, the parsnip purée and apple au jus made the dish too sweet so he did not really enjoy. At the end of our meal we were delighted to receive a complementary slice of the sticky toffee cake! This was so kind of the staff to remember I had noted a special occasion was being celebrated in the reservation. We were disappointed there wasn't more of an experience during the dinner service. The kitchen staff wore the blue and red bandanas but no entertainment at all. Our server also confirmed no one was actually on the show working at this location, they are all local hires. This was a great dinning experience from start to finish. The food, service and ambiance all get a chefs kiss. I was most surprised about the great service because normally miami restaurants lack that aspect but the staff here was so welcoming, professional and friendly. Came here on a Sunday at 7pm and even though we didn't have reservations we were promptly seated upstairs, which I didn't even know they had. The upstairs dinning area is huge but the only downside is you don't have that direct view of the kitchen as you would get downstairs. Our waitress was nice and the service was fast. The food was great and very flavorful. I had the risotto, meatballs, braised short rib and the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Everything was so good. The meatballs were a must have as well as the braised short rib. What a great experience! My boyfriend is a fan of the show and I'm a big foodie and this was perfect for both of us. They had enough homage to the show and fun elements for fans while delivering top notch food that doesn't disappoint. Service was so friendly and great! Better for us, since we wanted a quick Miami Spice lunch (last day). Turns out our cold salad took 30 minutes- 40 minutes later our main course arrives- Three burgers - did not include the chopped pickles as described but included fries (nothing as advertised) the 4th dish, a medium rare Beef Wellington. Parking at the valet area is $28. The downside of this was that it took 20 minutes for us to get our car back. We made a reservation online and came around 30 minutes early and they seated us closer to our reservation time, so come close to your reservation time. A "Hell" of an amazing experience at Gordon Ramsey's kitchen to celebrate a dear friend's birthday. Our group of 8 dined on a Monday evening, which made for a much less than crowded atmosphere and extra attentive staff. The bartender mixed us all perfectly eloquent drinks from the espresso martini to their old fashioned they were all delicately prepared. The dishes exceeded everyone's expectations. We all got to sample and savor from each other's plate. I unfortunately didn't get to snap pics of all of them but what stood out to me the most was the grilled octopus, waygu meatballs, baked mac and cheese, elotes and the branzino, all wonderfully prepared. Someone ordered the beef wellington (first time trying it) and said they thoroughly enjoyed it being that they've never had what is considered the UK's origin dish. No chance of any dessert shots as all the forks attacked my picture party but what everyone enjoyed was the sticky toffee pudding with dulce de leche ice cream. Outstanding! I was a little skeptical to go because usually these celebrity restaurants are overrated. But I have been proven wrong! The service from our waiter Mauricio was exceptional. Professional, knowledgeable and gave us outstanding recommendations. The cocktails were great! Presentation and taste were exceptional. The ambiance is great. Such a nice enjoyable vibe and they definitely try to bring the television show experience to the look of the restaurant. Every plate of food we ordered was outstanding!! I highly recommend you order a few of the sides because each one is a must try! The brussel sprouts are amazing!! The elote is exceptional! We had the short ribs and of course the Beef Wellington which did not disappoint ! You must try the appetizers especially the octopus and lobster risotto. The lobster and octopus were so tender and delicious!! Not many places can make this happen. Save room for dessert cause it is worth every bite!! read more

This review is solely for the Miami Spice Menu and regular menu cocktails! Made our reservations and our way here for Miami Spice Months. Definitely do not come here without reservations. We came in on a Saturday and the place was full. But the ambiance and the staff are so pleasant. It makes it all the better. Before we hop in to the menu, lets talk about the cocktails. WOW WOW WOW!!! If you go here just for drinks at the bar, you will not be disappointed!! We were a table of 4 and we each got a different cocktail so we could try different ones and I can't say I had a favorite. I loved them all!! Lets break them down: Notes from Gordon: Gin based drink with lemongrass and other refreshing flavors. Very light and delicious. Comes with a little note from Gordon. (The most hilarious notes) Meet your Maker: Bourbon based drink with apple, mint and cinnamon. Sounds super weird, but it tastes amazing! The combination of those flavors meshes so well with the bourbon. It is sweet and the bourbon is not overpowering. Fear and Loathing: Mezcal based drink with maraschino liqueur, blood orange, pineapple and lemon. You faintly pick up the smoke of the mezcal, but the other flavors combine for the perfect sip. Not overwhelming at all. Good starting place for someone wanting to try Mezcal cocktails. Smoke on the Water: Whiskey based cocktail with aperol, amaro, and vermouth. 10/10 presentation! Comes in a smoked box where it's being infused with Cherrywood smoke. They open the box and you get to pull out your drink! So cool!! This drink is freaking amazing. I don't even like whiskey and this was delicious. All the flavors blend together in such a magical way. It was great! This Miami spice menu is available for all of August and September. We did the dinner menu which is a $60 3-course menu. For appetizer I went for the truffle risotto which comes with crispy onion on top. It was delicious! You get the umami of the truffle without it being too overwhelming. The waitress also explained you have the option to add upgrades to your risotto. You can add a lobster tail or freshly shaved truffles on top for an additional price. For entrée I went with grilled branzino which comes plated on some swiss chard, with an almond gremolata and roasted cherry tomatoes on top. It doesn't have any sides. But you can always add sides from their menu if you like. I did not add any cause I get full pretty quickly and there was still dessert to come! The fish was perfection! It was grilled to perfection. And the gremolata on top had olives and pickled onions which gave it the perfect kick of acidity. In my opinion, the swiss chard served as a good side and didn't take away from the glory of the fish. I was definitely full at the end of this course. You do also have the option of getting the coveted beef wellington as an entree for an upgrade charge of $14 which I totally think its worth it!! Keep in mind their usual price fixe menu is $115... My hubby go it and omg it is the best! (that one does come with a smear of potato puree similar to what you see on the show) So go for it! For dessert I got the vanilla cheesecake and my hubby got the sticky toffee pudding. The cheesecake was good but nothing really special. If i were to go again I would go for the sticky toffee pudding. It has such a unique flavor. It's served warm with a toffee sauce and a nice cool scoop of vanilla ice cram on top. Absolutely delish! I came for the Miami Spice Brunch menu and didn't like what I picked at all ( burger and pancake), although the Greek yogurt parfait & beef Wellington were the better choices, the food didn't wow me. This is definitely more of a novelty experience and since I was here for a private party the service was impeccable. The brunch prixe fix menu needs lots of work and the course offerings weren't cohesive. Pancakes were the texture and moisture of tire, and the burger was well done although I ordered medium rare, the over easy egg was cooked all the way through. I did also feel that the ambiance wasn't impressing me. I'm generously giving this restaurant two stars for the five star service. A little truffle oil and parmesan on the unseasoned fries would have done wonders, caramelized onion on the burger, and a sauce selection less elementary than basil aioli & plain maple syrup might have passed the test. read more
