This was my second trip to Gordon Ramsay Burger. I had friends tell me it had gotten better, so I decided to try it again. The people I went with were just as disappointed as I was on my first trip and so was I. This is not high quality burgers. It is overpriced burgers with a celebrity name on it. The 4 of us in our group went around the table and asked how they would rate the burgers. All around 3 stars. Edible yes, but for $130 for 4 burgers I expect more, including tasty French fries. I recommend going elsewhere for a good burger on the strip. Also note there is no kids menu. So little ones don't have options to for smaller meals.
Service was amazing The only confusion I had was when we got sat on the table there was a shift change and by the night we ended with three different servers that we had seen, and we don't know who to ask for additional items. Food: burgers was very bland in taste it Could have more flavor but it was fulfilling . The most disappointing part was when I got my onion rings. I receive them very oily and greasing, and when I spoke to the server, he apologize and offered me another option in which I went for the salad FYI: I still got charged for the onion rings on top of the salad I had ordered because I did not want a new batch of onion rings .
We've all been there, falling for the "You HAVE to eat there!" This was me as I trudged to the restaurant of one of my favorite celebrity chefs while visiting Las Vegas. I basically gave all my food money to GR while attending a conference recently, seeking that mind-blowing foodie experience. It didn't happen. Juicy, yes. Well-seasoned, yes. Did I eat it all? Mostly. But as a self-proclaimed foodie who loves to write about delicious food-- "It's just a good burger." The onion rings were yummy, however, weird dipping sauces. And worst of all, this is a Pepsi joint. No Diet Coke in sight. There really should be a sign on the door! It would have saved me the expense of a $38 lunch.
We sat at the bar and ordered and had a great experience. We got all American burger, wings and Parmesan fries, lemon drop martini and strawberry cheesecake milkshake. Every single bite and sip of drink was gone when we left. The bar tender was very attentive and we enjoyed talking to him while watching the soccer game. Everything was clean and not noisy for a bar area at all. Would totally eat here again.
An expensive burger that isn't that special/unique to reflect the price point. It was nice they provided free dessert for our friend's birthday though. Service felt rather slow too. Would say having Ramsey's name for this joint is probably the thing that ropes people in, but I don't really see his quality reflected here unfortunately.
We stopped at Gordon Ramsay Burger in Planet Hollywood for a quick dinner before EDC. Part of our group wanted a lighter dinner, so we split the chicken wings and dessert between 2 people instead of getting a full burger. There were about 6 wings total, but while they were flavorful, they were each very small. With dipping sauces, it ends up being more filling than expected. We chose the Sticky Toffee Pudding Ice Cream Sandwich for dessert. This was ok, but I kept picking up on a burnt plastic note in the toffee. For $14.99, I'd recommend passing on this dessert. Overall, this was a decent meal. I would have liked the experience more if I had tried a burger instead. Service is quick and attentive and since we went during early dinner hours (5-6 pm) it wasn't too crowded and there was no wait.
Gordon Ramsay Burger in the Planet Hollywood is just the same as any other premium end burgers. Nothing really special that differentiates it from other burger joints. Burger itself was great, fries could've been more crunchy as some of them were soggy. Real highlight is the Oreo Crème Brûlée was really good. Our Server unfortunately was on the slower side of things and when we needed a check, she wasn't around for like 10 minutes.
What are you?! An idiot sandwich!!! So, we went because my kids are obsessed with Gordon Ramsay. The restaurant's fire display is impressive and the inside has sports bar vibes. Our server took great care of us, and was observant to our needs. He even changed the monitor by our table to a NHL game because he noticed our kid craning his neck to watch a game. Naturally, we ordered the idiot sandwich. Also, the truffle and BBQ burger. At first, I thought the prices were pretty steep for a mere burger with a side. Then came the burgers, and they are loaded. All the burgers were incredible. Although, the truffle burger was a little on the greasy-side, it was still incredible. After wards, we were so stuffed that the walk back to our resort was painful.
This was not my first time here, but my first time not ordering a burger. Idiot Sandwich?! Sign me UP. I was so sad I got stuffed by the end of it and couldn't finish it, I really should have taken the rest to go. Looking forward to returning in the future and getting it again (on a fully empty stomach!) My husband got the truffle burger which has always been a favorite of mine! I do miss that the burgers used to not come with fries for a little less cost , but I'm sure most people prefer the fries coming with the meal
Came here for the first time in many years for lunch on a Friday morning. Had arrived around 1120a , it was already quite busy. We were seated fairly quickly after arrival. While we were in front of the restaurant, we saw a sign showing a "3-Course Pre-Fixe Lunch Special at $39.99 per guest" available Mon - Friday 10am - 3pm. We had asked about this special and the waitress told us you can order almost ANY burger EXCEPT the "LUXE ROYALE BURGER" which was an additional $20, comes with a STREET CORN DIP, and a STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING ICE CREAM SANDWICH (both app and dessert in an "individual" size). We ended up all just getting the HELL'S KITCHEN BURGER (which includes JUST FRIES, +$4.99 for Truffle Parmesan Fries or Beer Battered Onion Rings, or a side salad at +$1.99) The HELL'S KITCHEN BURGER includes asadero cheese, roasted jalapenos, avocado, roasted tomatoes, and japapeno aioli. For a GORDON RAMSAY establishment and how he "rages" on TV about things being not seasoned, the patty was quite underseasoned, quite dependant on all the other stuff inside. Was expecting this burger to have some heat as well but couldn't even note of any spiciness. Today's prices for the HELL'S KITCHEN BURGER, is at $26.99. In 2022, it was $18.99. In 2017, it was $15. I remember back then thinking a $15 was expensive already.... Was it a decent burger? yeah. Was it worth the price? no.
Came here for a friends birthday, service was amazing! They were so nice and friendly, definitely caught on to my friend's humor. It's pretty nice inside, looks very elegant. The food was amazing! I got the southwest burger, honestly a little spicy. My friend got the brunch burger, super flavorful even tho it was later in the day it was still a delicious burger. My other friend got the steak dinner burger, it was incredible and fulfilling. The tater tots were amazing and the friends were good, better without the truffle parmesan in my opinion. Drinks were also so good and I loved the glass it was served in.
I came here for lunch and there was no wait to be seated. I got the idiot burger, truffle fries and hellfire chicken salad to share. The burger was super yummy and it was cooked perfectly. My favorite was the truffle parmesan fries with the truffle aioli sauce. The hellfire chicken salad was also good with no cheese and hellfire sauce on side. Overall, the food was delicious even though it is pricey. The food did awhile to come out but it was totally worth the wait!

Meh! Nothing special. Onion rings were soggy, burger was dry, salad was way overdressed. Only good thing were the fries and iced tea. I expected a lot more but it didn't deliver. Service was ok. Ambiance is what you'd expect at a casino restaurant. read more

We enjoyed ourselves here because we came knowing exactly what it is -- casual spot, burgers/fries, nothing fancy but simple stuff well done. That's exactly what we got. Please get the reservation the line gets long even for lunch! Heads up for vegetarians: the veggie patty here is the impossible burger. If you don't like the impossible burger and you are veg you can just Get a burger without a Pattie you just have to ask (our server was very accommodating). Brown butter old fashioned: good but great, not worth 25. Raspberry rebel: sweet and sour well balanced. Easy to drink if that's your thing. Still not worth 25 Hellfire chicken sandwich: excellent. Juicy chicken, not dry but not undercooked. Flavorful patty and sauce. Fluffy bun seals the deal. Well worth it. Truffle fries: delish. Perfect truffle to fry ratio. My husband was raving about the Gordon Ramsay Burger restaurant, so I had to visit for myself! First, it took our waiter 10 minutes to come to our table and greet us, so that was my first impression. Although the restaurant is a very big space and packed with a lot of people, we did feel like the customer service was slow. I personally ordered the blue cheeseburger which was very tasty with the blue cheese, arugula, and fig sauce. I thought it meshed well together, but I did think the patty meat felt a little dry. My husband ordered the truffle burger with onion rings, and when I tasted it, I expected the truffle to be more than just a truffle sauce. I don't know what I expected, but it wasn't as tasty and juicy as I thought it'd be. It was a great experience tasting the famous Gordon Ramsay Burger, but I do not see myself putting this restaurant on my list every time I visit Vegas. read more
The food was good but not what i expected, when you think of gordon ramsay you think "I'm gonna taste something i've never had before but it was a pretty standard burger. The service was good waiters were nice and were pretty quick considering it being a casino restaurant. Seating is a little tight and there's some spots where you eat where people walking around the casino can watch you eat, it didn't bother me but if this is something that messes with you its something to consider. read more

We've eaten here on other occasions, but this late February '26 visit topped them ALL! Two individuals went all out to ensure an unforgettable dining experience! Victoria, hostess, was the sweetest, most genuinely personable hostess on the Strip. Paul Bauer was an exquisite server all the way around. The burgers were prepared to perfection, and having Victoria to guide us to a table near the glass wall fire set the perfect tone. BRAVO, Gordon Ramsay, and especially Victoria and Paul! read more

I always come here and I love the way they do their customer service. Luckily, I was here on their opening day and was the very first customer. Since then, I've visited many times and their service is always top notch. The manager, Dennis is so nice he always comes over to talk to me and greet me, which makes me really happy. The servers are also very friendly. I've tried all of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants and each has its own specialty like Ramsay's Kitchen and Hell's Kitchen but this burger place is special to my heart because I was their very first customer. Whenever I come to Vegas, I make sure to visit this restaurant at least twice. One of the highlights is their pink burger bun for the chicken burger, which I've tried a couple of times and absolutely love. You also need to try their Hell's Fire Wings they're incredibly good! And the dessert shakes are just top-notch. Overall, I truly love this place. I've tried everything here the food, the service and the hospitality and everything is number one. If I could, I'd give them 100 out of 100 read more
This restaurant is located at Planet Hollywood (walking distance from the Horseshoe Monorail). It's one of Ramsay restaurants (other than Gordon's Fish N chips) that don't require reservation. Expect to wait it comes to it). Inside is big and plenty to tables and booths. Menu consists of variety of appetizers, hot dogs, burgers and desert/drink menu. There are specialty burgers and it's worth it. Order the 24-hour burger, street corn dip and Oreo crème brûlée shake and friend order truffle fries. All burgers comes with regular but can substitute for something else for additional cost The 24-hour burger is amazing (server recommend medium) and it's very flavorful but it's up to you. Street corn dip is amazing and the cheese is not grocery store cheese. Fries are crisp and fried to perfection. Oreo crème brûlée shake is out of this world. Wanted to try to the sticky top pudding sandwich (its shape as burger but it's a mini ice cream sandwich). Overall, service was excellent and the food doesn't disappoint. The burgers were good but I really expected it to be a bit more tender and flavorful? We got the chicken and the most popular beef. The truffle fries on the other hand were very crispy and the sauce was great. The wait time takes quite awhile. This one is in planet hollywood so it's a bit open and loud. This was somewhere I needed to try but purely based on my fandom for Gordon Ramsey. Prices aren't too bad for Vegas but I wasn't blown away here. My burger was rare, when I ordered medium, and everyone else's was the same with varying preferred cooks for all 5 of us. Flavor was really good and it wasn't over filling. They do only give you about 10-15 fries, but again, it's Vegas, it's just the way it is. Won't go back but glad I tried it! read more

We showed up at 10am on a Sunday and were the first ones seated! It seemed to only get busy starting 11am. Hell's Kitchen burger: B+ Solid burger. Loved the jalapeno they included since it was a whole pepper sliced in half and grilled. The bun is visually pleasing and had a great texture. The burger holds up well and is not soggy/greasy at all. I requested medium for the burger and it ended up being medium well. For close to $30, it's not the best Burger I've had in this price range but it does taste good! Truffle Parmesan fries: A Loved these fries, totally worth the upgrade if you enjoy truffle flavor. The sauce has a ton of it and it's fantastic. Their fries are consistent with how they were at Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chips. Steak cut fries that are crispy. Service was fast and efficient once we sat down. They're supposed to open at 10am but appeared to not be ready to seat anyone until 10:10am since they were setting up late. read more

My husband and I had a grand experience. The server was so kind and we were celebrating our 1 year anniversary! The server gave us a complimentary dessert too. It was the sticky pudding toffee with vanilla ice cream. The Hell's Kitchen burger and the deluxe Royale burger were both tasty! The fries were ok. Hot tip is to get reservations the line gets wild! Planet Hollywood is huge so I would recommend going earlier than planned. The fire in the background is a nice touch! It was cool to see. read more

Was so anticipating going here, actually planned my whole trip around here and Hell's Kitchen. The good: picked s perfect time to arrive there (about 4pm) no line got right in and seated, as we sat the line grew incredibly fast The bad: seated promptly and ordered from our very friendly waitress, but after we ordered, then we endured the 59 min wait. Which she did come to the table to inform us that they just changed shift and the incoming crew got really behind. Eventually the manager came by and again apologized and offered dessert for free, but since we didnt get our food yet we said to hold off because the burgers look huge and didnt think we would have room for dessert, the then said he would take 20% off the bill for the wait- which he did (thank you). The ugly: the fries, wife got the standard fries and i got the truffle fries, both really hard like they been cooked a while before and sat in a heating tray? Not really edible unless you like them crunchy, like break your teeth crunchy- no thanks The burgers was just ok, wife said she enjoyed hers, i ate about half In conclusion: location is ideal, just in the beginning of a casino, large layout with many tables, (for the massive amounts of people dinning there), very stylish and modern, wait staff is properly trained and do their jobs well, its just the food that was a let down- i guess Chef Ramsay would have been yelling had he been there- luv you Gordon Ps was brought the wrong order at first, was taking pics so luckily didnt take a bite yet, but did they give it to whom ever ordered it after being put on our table read more
Yum. My cousin went here on her last trip and said it was good so we made the trip here. My mom wanted a small sandwich so she ordered the fish, well glad I asked the waiter how big it was because we shared it. It was huge like over a foot long. Bread was toasted and tasty. The fish was fried well. They also put some thin potato fries for crunch. Only negative is that it's not easy to eat by hand. Luckily, they give you a fork and knife. I've come a few times over the years, the food and service have always been consistent. Their burgers are great (my favorite is the Luxe Royal Burger) and they are able to do modifications (sub bun for lettuce wrap or chicken/veggie patty). Their milkshakes are good, but my favorite is the toffee ice cream sandwich. The cookie shell is very soft and it's a good dessert to share to finish the meal on a sweet note. I'd suggest making a reservation to avoid waiting. read more

Was hungry for a burger around 830 pm. At the flamingo, so I decided to try Gordon Ramsay Las Vegas burger. Restaurant was spacious and inviting and offered a seat at the bar. Got to watch end of MLB all star game in massive large screen tv's. Menu was basic pub fare, variety of burgers, chicken sandwich, fish and chips, salad offerings and his signature sticky pudding desserts and other choices. I had the southwest burger, which had avocado, cheese, tomato, onion and a mayo aioli. Cooked pink perfectly and delicious served with fries. A little pricy at 26 dollars, but flavorful and juicy. Went for a second time and holy hell what a decline since a year and a half ago. I again purchased the chef experience and being that this time we were a party of two, they sat us at the bar, corner seat next to the servers path directly in front of the kitchen. Everything was vile. The dirty floor, the dirty tiles, the water and moldy stained roof over the food, the service. I ordered the same thing I did last time, 24 hour burger, my husband a chicken salad. My burger came with the shallots which I had requested to be removed and the bottom bun was so unbelievably soggy I couldn't even pick it up. Being I like my hamburger between bread, we asked for another bun. Our server rolled his eyes and brought one over on a dirty plate. I still only managed 2 bites because it was rare. My husband's salad looked unappetizing with wilted lettuce and chicken that we literally watched sit on a warming tray for 15 minutes before it got thrown on top and served to us. Our server asked us if we wanted desert because "I must still be hungry" since I didn't eat any of whatever they put in front of me. Yeah...we will pass. The "chef's experience" was the executive chef saying hello to us and then turning his back to us and not acknowledging us again until we stood up to leave. "Thanks for coming!" Whatever. He literally did nothing the entire hour we were there, just stood there twiddling his thumbs. It was NOTHING like last time when I gave 5 stars. Gordon should be embarrassed and placed on his own Kitchen Nightmare show. I can't even watch it anymore knowing he's out there screaming at people for cleanliness when his own restaurant is so effing nasty. read more
Probably one of the best burger I had in my life! That is a statement. I had the hell's kitchen burger. It was created simple but packed with flavor! There is something I can't explain but it was very delicious. The fries is so good and very addictive. We also had the footlong hotdog sandwich and it was also good. Also in our order was the idiot sandwich. Oh men very delicious but the burger really stands out the most. Their side salad was so appetizing. Very fresh and clean. Service was excellent. Excellent crew they got there. The place is so clean and classy. It's like a Burger fine dining restaurant. The only thing that threw me off is the price. It's quite pricey $26 for a burger and $33 for that idiot sandwich, lol! But with the quality of food you're getting? it's worth it! Giving it 5 stars regardless of the price. read more
Believe I got the Stout Burger with Just Fries combo. You are definitely paying for the name. This is one of those one and done places that you have to visit while in Vegas if you're a fan of Gordon Ramsay. We waited quite awhile in line to be seated and then another half an hour for them to grill our burger. Needless to say, the burger was pretty good since I was starving, but I don't think I would put myself through this a second time unless I had money and time to spare while in Vegas. read more

Made a reservation for 5 online for a Friday night. We got there early since we know it's at planet Hollywood but not exactly where. The entrance to the restaurant is next to the entrance of the hotel. There was a long line to the side but with reservation I was able to walk straight to the hostess and get seated at my reservation time. Our food took 30 minutes to come which our server did warn us about. The burgers were about $30-$50. The food and fries were very very filling and they were the best burgers I've ever had! The truffle burger which has blue cheese and mushrooms was so good even though I normally don't like those ingredients. The meat in all of the burgers was so soft and juicy. Definitely recommend this restaurant even if you don't care much about celebrity restaurants and just looking for a good kinda expensive burger. read more

Good service , great vibe . But the food was terrible, the burger was such a let down , I got the one topped with braised short rib and it was the driest most stringy short rib ever . Only thing this place is good for is robbing a 2 top for 100+ on lunch and sending you back to your hotel room with diarrhea read more

Our first stop after landing in Vegas. It did not disappoint!! Long lines and wait staff indicated an hour long wait for those without reservations; however, waited less than an hour. Restaurant spacious and full of customers. Our waiter was pleasant and updated us on the status of our order. Food took longer than usual and the burger, while cooked to our liking, was not hot, temperature wise. We think it must have been sitting on the counter for a while. My Truffle Burger was savory and the truffle not too overpowering. Enhanced the flavor of the meat. Portion size was perfect; however, Truffle fries and onion rings small. Definitely recommend trying when in Vegas!! read more

Had the opportunity to check out Gordon Ramsay Burger with a reservation. It's everything I imagined it to be when associated with Ramsay and Hells Kitchen. Enter through planet hollywood. Thought the burning flames enclosing was fun to have in the background. Since we were here, I had to try something you can't always get-- the truffle burger! Staff was really nice, we were able to put our order in soon after getting seated. Food came out in a timely manner. Really tasty burger! It was juicy and cooked perfectly. Of course it's pricey, but standard in comparison to other foods on the Strip and still really good quality food. read more
Gordon Ramsey is one of my favorite celebrities & so, I was sooooooo excited to visit his restaurants in Vegas. This was also my very first Gordon Ramsey restaurant.... and unfortunately... really disappointing , which kind of breaks my heart to say!!! Fries were oily and not crispy, onion rings were literally stuck together in an oily glob (legit you pick up 1 and the whole thing is stuck), and the burgers were just... ok. The best part of the meal were the wings which definitely were some of the better wings we had. Bill came out to over $100 for 2 burgers, 2 sides, and wings... left underwhelmed and really sad. My second time here and it was a good experience as it was the first time came. I was with some business friends who were visiting and they chose this place and I was all good for this choice. I like the vibe of this place it has a very lively charm about it. Kristen was our waitress- she took care of us and made sure to check in every so often to make sure we had everything we needed. Two of us had the backyard burger with fries. Very good and nicely seasoned and cooked the way I like it. I'm a fan of the Gordon Ramsay restaurants here in Vegas and been to every one of them. I hope you come here with some good friends and family and have a great experience. Njoy! read more

The burgers and fries are sold separately. When I went with my family (there's 5 of us) we each got a burger and just shared 2 sides (truffle fries and regular fries) to save some money

What is the wait time generally like?
Can be up to an hour depending on what time of day and night you show up. It is just first come first served restaurant, so plan ahead and be prepared to wait

You don't, you stand in line :)
Do they sneak an extra charge on the bill for a service charge? I think it's called the Covid-19 fee or something like that?
No - They want you to tip. Service is great
Do they still take reservations?
No. They are first come first serve with a wait during busy times.
