It is not too spacious so there seating is quite limited. Service was very attentive and friendly. Menu has a good variety of burgers, salads, appetizers, desserts, and cocktails. Pricing was a little pricey BUT for a GORDON RAMSAY restaurant, it's not too unreasonable! Expect to pay at least $25+! The 24 Hour Burger ($33.99) was one of the best and most expensive burgers I've ever had! It was HUGE and loaded with braised short rib which was very flavorful and cooked at a perfect medium rare. I had to definitely try since I'm on vacation and because it's one of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants. I don't like the meat patty of burgers, so every time I go to a burger place, I always order a veggie burger. I ordered the Viva Vegan Burger with a side of fries. I also got to try some of the Street Corn Dip and the Beer Battered Onion Rings. I feel like the burger itself is a solid burger. Nothing crazy or special, but when I think of a burger, this is what it's supposed to look, feel, and taste like as well as the fries. The street corn dip was good! Could've just passed on the onion rings. The espresso martini was also good! It was not sweet which I liked, it was more on the bitter stronger side which I liked. Our server was fun! One of the best burgers we've ever had! Honestly, we were a bit worried that the place was overhyped and wouldn't live up to our expectations, but our whole group of 10 people was blown away by how good the food was. I ordered their most popular Hell's Kitchen Burger for $26.99 -the meat was tender and juicy, the bun just melted in my mouth, and the amount of spice was perfect. But be careful if you're not used to spicy food - I had tears in my eyes (not sure if from the pepper or from happiness). Just keep in mind that you'll need at least two hours here because the service is quite slow. They told us burgers take 35 minutes to make, but ours came after 55. We only had 10 minutes left to eat since we had to rush to a Cirque du Soleil show. We even told our waiter we had to leave by 8, but unfortunately he couldn't really help us out, so we were super anxious we wouldn't get our food in time. Ended up basically inhaling our burgers and running out. The atmosphere inside is nice - not too loud, so you can actually talk and enjoy your company. As a local, I had to take advantage of the 25% of your bill from Caesar's restaurants from 9/23 to 10/31, so decided to make Gordon Ramsay Burger the first trial! We got the kettle chip nachos to share, the fish n chips burger, Hells Kitchen burger, GFC and sticky toffee pudding ice cream sandwich (of course). The best, of course, is the sticky toffee pudding ice cream sandwich. Honestly, the difference between a standard sticky toffee pudding at Gordon's other restaurants and this one is the ice cream ratio. This one has more ice cream, but the taste and texture are similar, and equally delicious. Must order at each Gordon restaurant. Ok, moving on to the burgers and actual food. The kettle chip nachos were delicious, the short rib was tender, savory, paired with the pickled shallots and cheese sauce, so wonderful. Love that they used kettle chips instead of the usual tortilla chips, but they are smaller so you cannot put as much stuff on it when you eat it. The kettle chips themselves are not very salty at all so overall a great appetizer to share. Out of the 3 burgers we ordered, I liked the fish n chip burger the most. It had tangy (from the cabbage slaw that was more like sauerkraut), extra crispy from the shoestring fries, and the fish was fresh and delicious. The HK burger was good, but nothing too out of the world; the patty could use a bit more salt. The GFC was very average; the sauce was more like buffalo sauce. The fries that came with the burgers were average; we had both the Parmesan truffle fries and the normal fries. Truffle fries are totally not worth the extra money. The best fries were the shoestring fries from the fish n chip burger. Anyway, not bad, maybe I will come back, but definitely the 25% off made the bill less painful to my wallet.
