So much so that she wanted them to work on a very old, special piece left to me by my grandmother. For Christmas, Mom took me to meet Suzie who worked with us to redesign my Arlene Francis style diamond heart. It had a cross in it that we wanted to replace with another heart. Suzie made recommendations and was very helpful. Tony worked with us every step of the way and, with an eye toward perfection, told us he didn't think one arrangement would look as good and showed us another idea that would look better. I also asked him to repair a custom charm I had since I was a baby. When he was done, both pieces were exquisite. Big Ben's has a beautiful showroom and they are really friendly and experienced.
