The tandoori dishes arrive on sizzling platters and the meats are perfectly cooked. Vegetarian entrees are plentiful, great portions and delicious. Samosas made in-house with flaky, crisp outsides and creamy insides. Everyone's favorite Chicken Tikka Masala is creamy, lots of tender chicken and heavenly when eaten with perfectly prepared basmati rice. The naan... the naan is light airy cloud like and made for dipping into all the entree sauces. If this doesn't send you there in a hurry, consider the kind and efficient staff and the owner. They work so hard to make your dining experience memorable and truly care about your experience and time with them. Their lunchtime buffet is epic I hear, but my experience has been only with the dinner service. It is truly a hidden gem in plain sight.

Now that I know, I know to stop again and sample the variety of buffet offerings. A fellow customer told me the buffet dishes change every day so you have to come back multiple times to sample all of the different dishes. I will! Really clean and modern on the inside with entrances on N. 3rd St. and through Strawberry Square. Naan was tasty and crispy as were the samosas and onion rings. Really good saag paneer and chicken vindaloo (not spicy due to buffet) and an amazing Tika Masala, a (to me) boring dish, but this had a very rich and delicious flavor. All sauces i tried were amazing! I was too full to try dessert. Next time!

When you're seated, you get a smallish metal bowl and a piece of paper. On the paper, you write your name, your table number and you choose your carb base: rice, fried rice, lo mein noodles or udon. Now take your bowl to the hibachi bar and LOAD UP THAT BOWL. You get one chance at this so mound that sucker up. It's cheap veggies up front and some really good protein choices closer to the drop off point. Really tasty stuff. For the proteins, I recommend the pork, the shrimp and the bay scallops. In the veggie zone, listen to me, load up on the sliced garlic cloves. When you get to the drop off point, add some of the spices they've got chilling on the rack there. My boys liked the curry powder. I really liked the Montreal Chicken seasoning. The servers will bring your completed hibachi bowl to the table. While you wait, hot the hot bar and and the sushi. Something to keep in mind: you can take your hibachi "leftovers" home. You cannot take buffet items. For me, the buffet highlights were the fried sweet potatoes (kind of an odd item, but really tasty!), the chicken wings were really crispy and good, and the coconut shrimp were a delightful surprise, especially if you get them when they first hit the buffet. I didn't try too much of the sushi. it's not really my thing. There's also some cool sashimi and other small Japanese nibbles like edamame. The dessert selection is pretty amazing. There's a wall of Hershey ice cream cups and novelties. The Dessert Station at the front of the restaurant is a revelation. At the bottom, you'll find salads and dressings like you'd get at a more traditional hibachi spot. On the shelves, tasty little mini desserts with actual flavors. These are worth trying. I really enjoyed this place and hope they stick around. The food is fresh, flavorful and reasonably priced.

The hibachi was horrible and considering that is the food they pride themselves on, you would think it would be something to write home about. The seafood was over cooked and rubbery, while my daughter's pork was raw. There was no flavor, but whatever seasoning they used on the meat. It's dry and bland. The "buffet" portion is very small. The best thing on it was the dumplings. The sushi options were plentiful, but the quality was questionable. The dessert was the only thing that was good. Service was non existent, other than being sat and drinks gotten. It is LOUD and the tables are stacked on top of each other. Like barely get out of your seat stacked. I would not recommend this place.
