We picked mild which was a little too spicy for us bc it turns out we are still wimps to spice but still delicious. 4/5 Next we had the chicken biryani in mild spice level-- the chicken thigh meat was very tender and the rice well spiced. Large portions! It fed us both until we were stuffed and I'm eating it again today as leftovers -- still pretty good. It also came with cucumber raita (cucumbers in yogurt sauce) which was yummy as well and helped bring down the heat level and balance everything. 4/5 But the amazing standouts that really made Guras spice house a 5/5 overall was the incredible onion naan and malai kofta. They were DELICIOUS. This is the best naan I've ever had and it came in as a large flat bread cut into 4 quadrants -- with perfect texture and the onion flavor bursting forth. It tastes AMAZING when dipped into the malai kofta sauce -- which mind you was perfectly dreamy and creamy with a nice balance of tomato flavor. The homemade paneer dumplings were also so soft with a great texture, pairing perfectly with the sauce. Value: 5/5 - The total came out to be $42 or so for all this food and we were stuffed with plenty of leftovers. In summary, get the malai kofta and onion naan!!
