You know this is the very first review that I listed it as a maybe. We had to stop up at the PA bakery in Camphill and decided to stop here at noodles and Company for a late lunch. Early dinner, the location is very easy to find. It's in a strip mall with plenty of open parking. When we walked in, we are cheerfully greeted by an older gentleman at the cash register who provided outstanding customer service and was very attentive to detail, if we were able to give the service we received 10 stars we would that was really the shining star of this dining experience . We ordered the potstickers and order of Korean meatballs two large fountain drinks ordered the crispy bacon Alfredo with the Parm chicken and the Rosa rigatoni with the Parm chicken as well. Our food came out fairly quick, which would be normal, but it was lukewarm. It wasn't served hot and that went for all of the food we were served. It looked really well and it was really well presented, but again it was lukewarm at best. On the crispy bacon Alfredo dish what drew this down to a three star was the broccoli on a dish like this you would figure that the broccoli would be cooked. However, it was almost raw broccoli that was put on this dish let alone the noodles and chicken were lukewarm I think more attention needs to be given in the kitchen area and to whoever was cooking our dishes. You really wanna have these food serve hot to the table and ensure that everything else is cooked properly and not just raw broccoli which was a real turn off for noodles and Company in general. Beyond ambience was very nice. It was very well presented inside the building. The counters were very clean. The floors were very clean. They have nice digital displays. I usually love noodles and company buttered noodles and Mac n cheese. Today however it was the most disappointing meal I've ever had!!! I saw an add on of cabbage!! I was so excited thinking back to childhood cabbage and noodles! $27 later I got buttered noodles with red cabbage shreds that go in a salad!!!!! I was floored, and taken aback literally so for $7 more I got .50 shredded red cabbage but NOT ACTUAL cabbage and noodles to say disappointed is an immense understatement! We got the last table. The lady taking my order was very friendly. The dining area was organized and clean. Much like Panera Bread and Bonbon Cafe, you order and pay at the counter and the server brings the food to you. We order 3 Noodle dishes: - Spicy Korean Beef Noodles $8.69 - Steak Strogenoff $8.79 - Alfredo MonteAmore $8.59 We put the number placard on the table, and within 5-10 minutes our noodles were served. The Korean Noodle was good, very spicy, but that little bit of tangy-ness got old near the end. My wife's Strogenoff was OK. My son loved the Alfredo though a bit too cheesy he said; chicken was nice and tender. All noodles were cooked al dente, good texture on each bite. They gave generous amount of proteins for all 3 dishes. I thought the prices were very reasonable. I'm from NYC, and recently moved here. I understand that this is a noodle place, and not a Thai place. I get that this is central PA and you get what you get based on the area you're in. But this Pad Thai was straight garbage. The noodles were hard- you'd think In a place With noodles in the title they'd have good noodles. There's large pieces of scrambled eggs in with it. The lime was rubbery, the green onions and cilantro were few and far between. The saving grace was the sauce (how little there was of it) on top Also had the Thai chicken soup, and it was decent. Take that as you will, but idk if I'd come back. If I do, I'd probably get something not Asian. read more

My grandson says we could have gone to the grocery store, bought a bag of noodles and a stick of butter and paid far less than what he was served. I've been wondering when this chain would make it to the Central, PA area. We stopped in there a few months ago. Food was as expected. I wish there were more spicy options. However, they do have hot sauce you can use. The wide variety of options make it great for a family with diverse tastes. One person can get Asian flavors while another gets Italian flavors. There's even mac and cheese. I really like that they offer salads. So, if you're avoiding this place because you eat a low carb diet, please know they offer something other than noodles. A few times, at this location, they've not used enough sauce so the dish tastes very bland. If you find yourself in the same boat, let them know and they'll make it right. Unless it's busy, the food comes up pretty quickly. It's a good place for a quick bite, at a decent price, with decent portions, and with enough options to make even the pickiest eater happy. For real, they even offer a butter noodles option. I'm pretty sure they'd even give you just plain noodles if you asked. read more

I ordered the Thai Green Curry w/Sauteed Shrimp and Thai Chicken soup. My son ordered Japanese Pan noodles with chicken and Tomato Basil Bisque soup. The portions were not too big. The noodles and soup was half the bowl size. The noodles which looked like linguini was undercooked and not al dente. The snap peas were tough, not cooked and not chewable. The shrimp tasted boiled not sauteed. The Thai Chicken soup was decent. My son's Japanese Pan noodles was much better than my Thai Green curry noodle dish and a little spicier. Tomato Basil Bisque soup was not good at all. My son and I both agreed that it tasted like tomato sauce. I had lunch at the new Noodles and Company yesterday at the recommendation of my daughter. It is located in the Camp Hill Shopping Center. It is so new that Yelp is fighting me because they don't know about it. Get with the program,Yelp! It i indeed there and it is very good. Judging from the stream of customers I observed, other people know about it too. Briefly: the basis of the menu is..NOODLES!! The rest of the dish depends on what you want with the noodles. The dish can be Eastern, Asian, American, eclectic, probably some I missed, with several different add-ons: chicken, tofu, shrimp, beef, pork, etc. all in a large bowl. Drinks are available from the "one-size-fits-all" beverage machine. I chose Pad Thai with shrimp, which was great, and a drink. It came out to $9.01, which was very reasonable. The cashier/server, Eileen, was very personable and informative and gave me a take-with-you menu so I could study it later for next time. I was very pleased and will be back again. read more

But the chicken used was what I'd consider a fairly processed patty that was cut into sections and added to the bowl. I am calling it a patty because it has curved edges and was rather flat. I did not like that part of the meal at all. Service was friendly though it took the better part of ten minutes to have my bowl made, even thought it didn't appear to be busy.
