Gosanko may not be a mom and pop chocolatier but there's a huge variety of things to try. Coffees, truffles, gifts and I think I saw ice cream there! I was craving one of the most important food groups, chocolate, when I happened on this little spot. I believe it's a chain establishment so it's not truly gourmet but it's certainly a step above See's candy. I had a variety of truffles: hazelnut, Irish cream, Grand Marnier, caramel sea salt, fudge, and so on. Nothing really Wowed me, because these aren't experimental flavors and the quality is that of a Hershey's bar. But I did get my chocolate fix (for now).

Mostly forgettable hot chocolate and ice cream. The hot chocolate was only warmed milk with a few pumps of Ghirardelli chocolate sauce, not the real thing with real chocolate and cocoa. If I'm in the area, I would like to try the chocolate sweets and update this review. But I would definitely not drive out if my way to visit the place like I did today

Nice chocolate, candy, and fudge shop in the super mall. Not a bad little stop after walking around the mall. They have a nice selection of local treats, candied popcorn and jams, and others of the sort from companies around the area. They have freshly made fudge, truffles, and all sorts of chocolates behind the counter. They also have a very nice selection of sugar free chocolates which is a nice option to have and they are pretty tasty. They also have big peanut butter cups and chocolate covered marshmallows. There's also lunch food they serve here such as soups and sandwiches but I haven't tried any yet. Pricing is normal and service is nice. For sure a good place to swing by to quench that chocolate craving!

Delicious hot chocolate with an almond milk substitute. The chocolate flavor is more on the mild side, which I found to be delightful.

The textures were clean and the flavor development in the dark bars (bitter-sweet, with subtle fruit and spice notes) stood out. The tour guide They were excellent, personable, clearly passionate, and very knowledgeable about bean sourcing, tempering, and flavor profiling. Their demos on conching and tempering made the process tangible without getting bogged down in jargon. Some history Maeve Chocolate's shift from the Seattle Chocolate name reflects a move to emphasize craft, single-origin sourcing, and a modern identity that better represents their focus on ethical sourcing and flavor-driven small-batch production. The new name and packaging celebrate provenance and the personalities behind the beans, while preserving the company's Seattle roots and commitment to quality. Highlights Six thoughtfully curated samples showcasing a range of cacao percentages and origins. Strong preference for the dark chocolate line -- nuanced, well-balanced, and memorable. Informative, engaging guide and a concise, behind-the-scenes look at production. Friendly tasting pace that allowed time to savor each piece and ask questions. If you appreciate chocolate craftsmanship and want a guided tasting that balances technique with flavor exploration, Maeve Chocolate's tour is worth it.

We stopped by and when you enter, the smell inside is absolutely heavenly. I don't think I have ever entered such a wonderful smelling bakery. We were greeted by the sweetest female employee who was patient with us while we were trying to decide what to get. It was still really early so we weren't super hungry for sweets so we got a cream puff each. I got the pandan one while my boyfriend got the regular one. They were absolutely perfection, the filling was super yummy! I want to come back to try their other flavors. The macarons looked amazing and they have quite the selection as well as their cupcakes too. I will have to stop by more to get some more sweet treats. They have cakes too or you can order them as long as you give a few days heads up. They have a counter top to enjoy your sweets right away. They also have napkins just in case as well. They don't offer crafted drinks but had a few drinks in their fridge.
