Have a Ford SHO brought in with appointment for tire sensor alert and oil change. My service person was out sick and they were backed up. Liked the teamwork in how Jim when asked, jumped in and took care of my problem/appointment. I was on my way in less then 20 minutes. I needed a rental and needed to be on my way ASAP for another appointment- Jim made it happen. Techs found a nail in the tire, and back pads needed for brakes. I typically have great service with Gosch (formerly Rancho Ford), but the last time I took my truck in for service and t o check my trailer lights receptacle, I had a bad experience. The service was great. They took care of my vacuum pump, hydro-boost, fuel filters, and oil change. However, when it came to my trailer receptacle, they say d I needed an entire wiring harness, or I could spend some money and have the technician try to find a break in the wire. Well, that little diagnosis cost me a few hundred dollars. Now I'm no mechanic by any stretch of the imagination, but I did some "spark-chasing" and found it was only a 30 Amp relay fuse that was burned out. Geez, I spent my hard earned money on a completely inaccurate diagnosis from "certified" technicians. I could've save both time and money by just going on YouTube (as I did) I will still go to Gosch Ford for scheduled maintenance, but will be leary of anything beyond that. Gosch reached out to me (don't know the date) to speak with their Service Manager, but I barely got this message. read more

I have been bringing my '07 Explorer Sport Trac here for the past 5 years. I have been to service centers throughout Southern California, and I can say that this place is consistently proficient. They diagnose the issue, and provide honest solution recommendations for any issues. My range of service experience with them includes normal items like oil changes and regular interval maintenance, to cracked head gasket replacement. I'm not a car guy, but I grew up with an executive automotive engineer, so I know when a place is doing their job. The service advisor, Rachel Long, is by far the best service advisor that I have ever worked with. She provides honest, unfiltered information and status updates regarding work being performed on my vehicle. Also, the turnaround time for service is as expedient as possible. read more

Super easy to call and make an appointment and I love that they have a person who greets you, checks you in and takes you to your advisor. I knew I should have NEVER brought my truck back here. I only did to have the battery replaced because of warranty. The very next day my check engine light came on and they had me bring it back. I had an appointment. 6 days later my truck is still there. No call back from anyone. Left 8 messages today only to have them tell us they pulled the mechanic off my truck to do someone else's because they are short staffed. They told us it would be ready by noon. It is now almost 5 pm. Why couldn't someone call us and tell us they would have it another day so we could plan for a loaner? Bad communication, bad service and no results. I feel like they are lying and hadn't even started on my truck.I would NEVER reccomend this service dept to anyone. I would rather drive to Riverside or anywhere else. read more

engine light came on, made a appt. with Gosh Ford they called me later and told me it was egr valve if I ok the work now Mike the service writer said he could order the part now and get the part today or it would have to wait till Monday. He said it would be $450.00 I said how much is the part he said $200 and another $250 to put it in, I said ok. then I looked on line and that part sales between 63 to 111 dollars then I check You Tube and it takes 30 minutes to replace when I went back to Gosh ford to pick up my car, I asked mike how long did the job take and how much they charge an hour he didn't tell he went into a speech of how much training the service department goes through and the in line with other shops, it was double talk.. read more

On October 5, 2016 I took my 2013 Fusion for service at Gosch Ford in Temecula for service (Oil Change and Checkup). On 6/19/2016 my wife had a problem in that the dash display showed a warning for low tire inflation. When I checked all tires had only 25 PSI readings. Checking my service invoice it indicated that the tires were inflated to 35PSI. I called the Gosch service manager and after 2.5 hours without receiving a reply I called service back and spoke with the manager. He promised to investigate and get back to me. He was to determine how the discrepancy occurred and arrange to have the automobile sensor calibrated. In addition he said he would comp the next oil change (I have gone to Gosch for all my service needs). To date I have not been contacted by the service manager. I will not return to this dealer for service in the future as I have no confidence that the service they charge for is accomplished nor do I believe they are responsive to customer complaints. read more

I will be honest, this dealership is a load of bullshit. They lied about what needed to be fixed, wanting to charge me $500 for a cracked air vent. This wasn't even a problem. I took my car to separate auto body shop, they found out what was the actual issue; a dirty filter and charged my a significantly less rate, a whooping $35. This dealership is full of crap, and don't even expect to get out of there spending less then $105 because they won't even look at your car for less then this. This is the price they charge to look at any issue that you might have with your car. And if you have two problems, well expect to be charged double. I can honestly say that I will never take my car back to this place. All they truly care about is how your money will make its way into their pocket. read more

I am not sure about bad buying/selling experiences at Rancho, but I must say that their service department is top notch. I took my 2006 F150 Lariat for some service, it needed little TLC from the years of use. Friend of mine suggested that I use Ken, so I did. Ken was my service advisor and he kept me updated and informed on every step of the process. I had a lot of work done to the truck, and I am extremely happy with work they did. Truck runs like a champ! I would recommend Rancho Ford Service department (and Ken in particular) to all my friends. read more
