Got Gophers was great to work with. We were having an issue with some underground pest in our yard eating the roots of our plants. We had been dealing with some pest for years and I never caught them with the traps I set myself. I called Got Gophers and they set up an appointment for the next day. Miguel came out and immediately identified the mounds as gopher mounds. He explained the pricing and after we agreed, set the traps then and there. I wanted to watch out of curiosity and Miguel explained what we was doing very well. Miguel came out the next week to check on the traps and found two trapped gophers. He kept the traps for another week just in case. Jose came out the next week and found a caught mole as well. Overall the process was very seamless. Then they finally came around and said they're done after catching nothing. We pointed out yard was being decimated by those vagrants. Got Gophers are the best at any type of critter trapping or prevention. I called because we had gophers eating our ground-covers - both in front and back. They came out that day, set traps underground, and boom! - our month's-long gopher problem was taken care of. When Magdaleno checked the traps the next day, they'd each caught a gopher - and though they reset new traps to make sure, it's been a month since the first visit, and we haven't had another gopher problem. But wait - there's one more thing! Raccoons were eating goldfish out of our pond in back. (We even stretched netting over the pond, and they still reached through it to grab the poor fish at night). I have always been an Avalanche of disappointments, but this time I got it right when I called "Got Gophers." I wear cameo, and It was the first time in my life that I lost a battle to an animal! This is the 2nd time that I am using Got Gophers services, and, for the 2nd time they proved to be professionals, !honest!, and provide great service at a fair price. The first time I called them was for catching a gopher that devastated my lawn. I tried to catch the bustard myself for a few weeks and failed (I caught a few gophers before! so it is not like I do not know what I am doing...). Got Gophers quickly sent over a technician and the pest was caught that same day. The 2nd time I called them was for ground squirrels that dug out ~3-4 cubic feet of soil from under the house and were ignoring my traps (again I caught ground squirrels few times before). Francisco from Got Gophers came over went down into crawl space to make sure that they did not penetrate as we were hearing noises from there. Instead, he founds rats there... I got a fair quote for dealing with both and Francisco placed bate stations for squirrels and traps for the rats. Within a couple of weeks both the squirrels and the rats were eradicated. In the process I had the pleasure to work with four individuals from Got Gophers, including Georgia the owner. One can tell that they are proud of what they do. Got Gophers did a mediocre job with addressing rodent issues for us. They did delay my ability to actually deal with my gopher issue with never returning after the first date and missed follow ups. My yard was a nightmare. None of their actions helped and eventually led to an unstable yard. Go with a better vendor if you actually want to address your gopher problem. We were being charged for monthly service with no one showing up for weeks and had a severe infestation that got gophers was not able to handle. After failing to show up or handle the problem you were requested to stop service but real professional response. Why would I be charged for a monthly service if you weren't showing up? There's no reason I wouldn't want my gopher problem handled and we did get a vendor that is doing great with resolving our gopher problem finally. That's simply a lie that we didn't need gopher removal because of construction and the other vendor continuously serviced us throughout any work we were having done. read more

We moved into our home May 2019 and immediately learned we have a huge rodent problem. Our entire backyard immediately had mole holes and plants were just disappearing. Miguel did a fantastic job for us getting rid of the voles in our back yard. Ther were at lease a dozen mounds that were showing. I was always afraid of traps because of our dogs but Miguel took the time to show me exactly how he places them fairly deep then covers with a cone or other vessel that the dogs won't get to. Within 2 days Miguel caught 2 moles and reset the traps. He came back a coup,e days later and there had been no activity so he took the traps out. It has been several days and I'm happy to say that they are gone. I know who I will call now if they come back. Excellent job and follow up. This is a long overdue review. I (and my gardener) struggled with gophers for a long time. We set traps -- of all kinds. Caught one once but that didn't help much. (I replaced my fig tree twice thanks to the gophers. And, countless plants got destroyed. Planting anything became a chore since gopher-guarding them with metal mesh became mandatory.) Georgia and her team are terrific! For the past year and a half, we've had holes coming up in our backyard. My husband was able to trap a gopher but the holes continued and this time the critter was unstoppable. Got Gophers put down a number of traps and let us know we were dealing with a mole this time. They are smaller than gophers and not as excited by the bait in the traps, apparently. When the team came back two weeks later, they had caught the mole.
