WOW. If you are looking for a healthy meal service that tastes good, this is it! Like many people, I have the working out part down but not the nutrition part and now I do with Gourmet Gains! The meals are reasonably priced and delicious. Personally I use the meals for lunch and I switch up between the lunch and breakfast menu for my at work lunches. They have photos of what each meal looks like with detailed nutrition information as well as ingredients. They offer a customization options with each meal which is awesome; plus paleo and keto options for each meal. Honestly this services is LIFE changing. I've been using Gourmet Gains personally since 2019! I have also been referring my clients as a personal trainer to help them with sticking to their macros or cleaning up their diet. Alex has always been accommodating to both my clients and I needs. All of a sudden, I found myself eating foods that I thought I would only eat on cheat days. From delicious protein waffles, to awesome Mexican bowls with rice. With the nutritional information posted, it is so easy to tailor your nutritional needs based on your goals. The company makes it so easy as you simply put in your orders prior to or by Friday and it gets delivered to your door by Sunday. I've been using their service for the past two months and I've lost 17lbs while packing on muscle. My fiance and I did the math and if you buy in bulk, each meal comes out to about $6.50. The food was delicious and fresh, and easy to order online. The price is affordable. I love that it's local and it delivers! The communication with the company was easy everyone was very nice. Our order was messed up by 5 meals but we were ok with it because we got to try different meals they offered to correct it but we decided it was fine. We ordered the salmon, tri tip, Mexican bowl, meat loaf, salmon( my personal favorite, actually they all were to hard to decided) and Cajun shrimp. Everything was so tasty not to salty well seasons! Items warmed up nicely (1.5mins is all you need). I recommended them to a couple friends as well. The only down fall was I don't think that macros list online were correct I weighed everything individually on my scale and it didn't add up to what was posted. Also it didn't say per item what the macros were or how much they weighed, just the the total for the meal. Also I would of liked to switch out the veggies, but I didn't ask so maybe you can. I can't confirm. So that was a big down fall for me especial since I was monitoring my macros very strictly.
