Installed several windows several years ago. Windows are now leaking, so called Jerry. Jerry made an appt., but never showed up and does not return calls. Jerry did same to another family member who had similar issue. Made appt; but never showed up and doesn't return calls. Windows being repaired by another party, who found windows were improperly sealed and not insulated. read more

This company is absolutely terrible. They installed doors at my parents house which were completely damaged. My parents, being in their 60's, hadn't noticed at all until I pointed it out to them. I emailed the company showing them pictures that I've attached here, but no response. My parents will never buy from this company again. They may be cheaper than the average home improvement place in the neighborhood, but there's a reason for that. To anyone reading this - save your money and buy better quality. I am very unhappy with this company. I have called on numerous occasions about a couple issues with my sliding glass door and one of my windows. They never return my calls despite the fact that they installed my windows and doors. Very poor customer service and I have a window that now has moisture between the panes. read more

Great company very professional and clean, I've had them do everything from wardrobe doors garage doors and all the windows and sliders throughout my house!!! Had to call them on emergency garage door service problem and they were at my house before 7 AM..... They always have a smile and they always say thank you!!! read more

We had to take the owner Jerry Anker to the Contractor Board. They did a inspection and found all my complaints valid and sited him for the violations . Which he had to refund my money for incomplete work and for work done wrong . Windows installed wrong causing them to leaked ,Our patio leaked from pieces being installed wrong , ceiling fans not installed but charged me for them and installation which never got done and 3 outlets not installed . So sad to have to take a grown man to the labor board to get the work you paid for done. The Board made him refund the money now we have the work done right.All this is on file against his contractor License. . read more

Our new windows and doors are beautiful; most definitely, increasing the value of our home. Windows were installed with such a tight seal that we have reduced noise, less dust and insects. Additionally, our house is cooler due to the special glass coating which decreases the intensity of the sun's rays. Jerry came to our home, displayed his product and with special financing, we were able to purchase these windows and slider with ease. In two days, his crew professionally installed the windows and sliding glass door, taking care of every detail; the finished product is streamlined and attractive. Here is a Consumer Warning about a company called "GPA Doors Glass Windows" located in Corona, CA. I have lived in Corona for over 20 years and I've used GPA services 4 times over this timeframe; however, the last job Jerry Anker and his company did for me was terrible! First, he quoted less than a week lead time and 2-to-3 days to install all new window glass in my home. It took several weeks to get the glass in and over three weeks to complete the install. He sent a crew of four workers and after the install there was broken glass And debris all around my home, and when I confronted Jerry Anker regarding the broken glass he denied that the workers did sloppy work. Additionally the final three decorative windows were delayed beyond the schedule and there was no communication between the office and the workers resulting in the glass being removed in two of the three windows without the replacement glass being available. As a result the workers had to board up the windows in the front of my home and we had to call them back because there was a large gap left between the board and the house. It made my home look I was living in the ghetto. However, the worst trick Jerry Anker tried to pull was to overcharge me for a door. Jerry gave me a verbal quote of $450.00; however, when I received the invoice the door was $890.00. Almost double the quoted price. During the three weeks that GPA was doing the work at our new home Jerry Anker rarely showed up and would not return phone calls or texts. When we questioned the invoice Jerry again disappeared only to resurface after he had already contacted a company that threatened to put a lean of our property. However, we had already paid GPA just to get them out of our lives. You have been warned about "GPA Doors Glass Windows". There are much better window & door companies in Corona, we don't need companies like GPA in our lovely city. read more
