The guys at this auto body shop are so helpful and as a long time customer they gave us so many extra favors.. I have a fiat 500 and it's the 2013 model. Recently, my hubby hit the side of my bumper and they fixed it so nicely.. looks totally brand new and added a paint job for the rest of the bald spots on the car. Where do I even begin with these guys. From the second I walked in, I was greeted in such a professional manner, I already knew it was going to be a good experience. This is the best auto body shop I have ever been to, by far. Literally everyone I encountered there was an amazing person who could not do enough to help me. They could not have been nicer, more competent, more understanding and accommodating. I could not suppress my glee upon getting my car back- it was the best job I could have hoped for, beyond my wildest expectations. I wish there were more stars to give, but alas five is the limit. To summarize: if you want good, honest, decent, competent, professional, conscientious, detail-oriented people and work on a car that needs body work at a very fair and extremely reasonable price- this is the place to go. I personally never seen an honest and forthright body shop for as long as I have lived in LA. These guys are just great! Their prices are so fair and they did such great job on my Mercedes SL that I couldn't believe! I mean my lease was finished and I had to return the car which had a lot of scratches and dings here and there and my husband and I showed it to 3 different places and they all were astronomical and took much longer than we expected. Paint color matching system sucks! Car parts were painted multiple times, each came with a totally different color family. Car looked horrible. I understand car paint work and they neglected to carry out common paint steps to make the job look good. This shop refused to blend, on top of that refused to admit the color wasn't even close to original. Apples to oranges type of difference. I took my business elsewhere. read more

Someone broke into my car through a window. I called Harry at G&H and he gave me a great quote right away, ordered the part and two days later, my window was fixed. I got into an accident and thought my car would not get fixed by anyone who would take an interest and doing a good job since it's an older model (03) Saturn. The front end was smooshed in and there was severe frame damage underneath. I was worried about my car not having straight lines, that I'd hear all kinds of noises after the repair and most of all, paying a high price because my car is a Saturn with high miles and parts can be hard to find for it. I've always taken good care of my car but had little hope I would be able to keep it this time. G&R took care of EVERYTHING! My baby looks brand new, the paint job is immaculate and the lines between panels are tight with no noise from the frame. The best part, even though the Insurance company totaled my car, they helped me to not get taken advantage of by the Insurance company and I ended up saving a lot for the repair. This was waaay beyond what I expected. They had my back all the way. So whether it's this car or a new one, I don't trust anyone else to fix my car except G&R on Burbank in North Hollywood.
