Amazing pizza, we tried Belltower, saint Stanley, simple greens, and THE WINGS. Best wings ever. Amazing dry rub and tasty homemade sauces on the side. "Hostess" intentionally split our party of 8 because our children sat at the empty family table without being "assigned". Three other tables were open and the "Hostess" assign a couple to sit at half of the family table. We ordered 5 pizzas, two orders of daily bread, one order of wings and drinks all around. The hostess then assigned half of us to sit at the 1/2 family table and then ignored the other half until we bussed our own table and brought it over. Several of the pizzas were very tasty. This is a great restaurant and exactly what you'd want in a pizza place. They are still doing take out orders and their online ordering is easy to navigate and has lots of photographs, so you know what you're getting. Items I ordered: Integrity Pizza (add pepperoni and sausage) - Quality ingredients. I love how they're using fresh mozzarella cheese and large pepperoni slices. Cooked perfectly and held together nicely. Was not droopy or hard to eat. Fried Mozzarella - Golden brown fried, with good seasoning and taste. Not soggy, which is hard to do with takeout fried food. Delicious marinara sauce. The marinara is served hot and has a very nice depth of flavor. Bread Knots - What more can I say? Seasoned bread knots to dip in ranch or marinara. My kids love these (and so do I). This is a restaurant I want to stick around. Spoke to employees while there and they were extremely friendly and passionate about their work. Every time we get done fishing on the Deschutes River we have a tradition of stopping here. After a hot day (or days) the fresh lemonade is so so good. Perfectly tart and sweet and utterly cold it sits so well. The pizza is both unique and great tasting while the beers are varied and there is something for everyone. We love this place! read more

These guys put out quality pie! First: The ingredients are top notch and more often than not, home made or purchased from quality purveyors like Olympia Provisions. The crust is the perfect combination of crispy, chewy, not too thin, not too thick goodness. For take out, their partly cookies pizzas for you to finish at home , are the way to go! And the word is, frozen pizzas ( partly cooked) are on the way - and having a sneak sample I can tell you- they are the bomb! A little pricier than your average pizza but the quality sets them apart. The friendliness of the staff and the lovely renovation of the old church along with big outdoor deck for this ( so far) mild winter in the midst of pandemic -all add up to another great local addition! Nestled in behind Proust - a premium coffee shop who know their coffee- and Kobold Taphouse, a quality family - owned microbrewery , this little pocket of Redmond is a local's little piece of gourmet heaven! read more

Not impressed. We have really been looking forward to eating there. Now we won't be going again. Took us close to an hour and half for 4 pizzas and they weren't even busy. 3 out of the 4 pizzas were missing toppings. Got a pizza that we didn't even order, so we had to wait again for the correct pizza to be made. Pizza was bland and dry....prob didn't help that all the toppings weren't there. That's not good odds when 3 out 4 are incorrect! Wasn't cheap and the service wasn't good. Beer selection was bad, and $2 more per beer than is advertised on their website. Don't bother bringing home leftovers...most leftover pizza is amazing. Their pizza tastes like cardboard the next day. Waste of money. Won't be going back. Our table wasn't the only one that they messed up on either. Not sure if we caught them on a bad day or what, but it was a rough one. read more

OK, peeps - this is one of the very best pizza joint in the US - and arguably in many places in Italy too.... (OK - may be the rosa joint in Campo Di Fiori in Rome and a little pizza joint in Venice near the Guggenheim museum). Perfect crust, simple and local ingredients. We ordered the Purist (we always order the Margherita for direct comparison with others) and the Anvil. Sublime char - the KEY, tangy sauce and gorgeous cheese... We happened to have their pizzas when they were in Austin (Stanley Farm Pizza - next to Jester King Brewery). They did not disappoint then, nor they do now! Just superb pizza.... and here is the coolest part - it is in an old church right in downtown area of Redmond, OR. They really fixed up the place beautifully and have a good outdoor facility. Stopped in on a Friday evening with my two teenaged boys. Ordered one cheese pizza (the Purist), one pepperoni pizza, a cheese plate, 2 soft drinks and a glass of house wine. Pizza is fine - the boys scarfed down one 12" pizza each (the only size option), but were lukewarm about it. The crust was not super flavorful, the sauce was fine. The cheese plate was meh - the olives were good, the cheese was okay, and the gluten free crisps were...not good. Maybe needed more gluten? Wine was ok. Dinner came to $60 ($72, including tip), which I thought was pretty expensive, considering what we got, and the fact that it's a seat-yourself-order-at-the-front kinda place. The space is really cute (if a little drafty), but if I'm going to spend that kind money for pizza, I want food that is better than meh. read more

Really cool building with lots of room and a huge deck. Super spacious. The charcuterie board was awesome and had a generous sampling of three meats and three cheeses. The Caprese salad was not on the same level. If you're going to do caprese right you need really good ripe tomatoes and quality mozzarella. The pizza place that has it all. Well worth the trip from Bend. Located in an old church, this spot has spacious indoor seating & picnic bench outdoor seating covered by a pergola. It has a decent choice of beers, which isn't surprising. It has a really nice selection of custom cocktails, which is surprising for a pizza joint. The pizzas are hand-tossed, cooked in a custom made, wood-fired oven, & served by a way above average crew, who are highly attentive to their customers needs. The pies are innovative without being hipster, with enough choices to make everyone happy. Only one size pie is offered, but that seems to work out just fine. read more

Love the addition of wood fired pizza to the Redmond pizza scene. Beautiful and spacious inside and gorgeous deck outside. We had the Anvil pizza and loved it - chewy and crispy crust (yes, it's possible!) and fresh, unique toppings. We have eaten here twice, and the pizza is as good as it gets. This new artisanal pizzeria uses all fresh ingredients, delicious and precisely chosen for each type of pizza. The wood-fired pizza oven produces a perfectly charred crust, every time. Our favorite is the Willie, which contains brisket, (first, smoked for 12 hours!), combined with fresh mozzarella, sharp cheddar, red onion, fresh jalapenos, cilantro and pickles on the side. The salad options are also fantastic - we had the Simple Green salad with fresh red apples, feta and champagne dressing - super delicious! Besides Deschutes brewery beer, and others, including wine; signature cocktails are on the menu. Well great pizza starts with the pizza oven and how it cooks the crust and after eating here twice I will say this place has nailed it-probably bad choice of words for a former beautiful church this pizzeria is in. Don't be in a rush when you come here, it may take a while but it's totally worth it-the crust is perfect tasting and has some char on it, the hallmark of a perfect wood fired oven-all whole milk mozzarella here, I like the basic cherry tomato, basil, fresh mozzarella-but all 5 of our pizzas were perfect. I think the atmosphere is great, liked the music and the Church being used as a pizza establishment is an awesome idea. Just wasn't impressed with the pizza we ordered. We dined in the Church, and ordered 3 pizzas and paid over $50. Just disappointed with the lack of toppings on the pizza. I ordered pulled pork on my pizza as an extra $2 charge and I looked at the pizza when it arrived at our table and wondered where the pulled pork was. It was the same for all three pizza's just not enough toppings for the $ paid. The taste of the pizza was good, but it's all about the toppings and there were minimal at best. read more

Great pizza served in a converted church. What a nice find in Redmond! The crust was light and crisp with just the right amount of char. We tried the Purist and I'm deducting one star for the fact that they put cold, halved cherry tomatoes on the pizza after baking it instead of roasting them first and then adding them warm to the cooked pie. I understand not cooking them on the pizza as the juices would make it soggy, but if you're going to put them on raw, they should at least be room temp. We could have used a bit more sauce on the pie as well, but that's a minor issue. Selection of beers was great. We will be back to try other pies. read more

Great for an early dinner for a family with small kids. No play area or anything, but a big space, with lots of space between tables, simple great pizza that comes quick, plenty of high chairs, and both milk and chocolate milk available. And great beer and cocktails. Oh, the simple green salad wa great too. Really light, airy setting with character, being a former church, which is a nice change from a lot of kid friendly restaurants we get stuck in. Will make it a regular stop when we pass through Redmond. And the patio looks great, but it was cold and windy. Easy parking -- a few spots of it's own on the gravel pad and lots of easy street parking. I meant to grab a picture of the pizza and the thin chewy crust, but we ate it too fast. read more
