Hip and exciting venue with great seating options. For lunch we enjoyed the RCK pizza (smoked bacon, Italian Sausage, mozzarella, caramelized onions) with the addition of pepperoni. So delicious! I love pizza! I love specialty pizza even more! Graffitio is located on the riverfront within the JW Marriott property. There is indoor and outdoor seating. We started with the melon and prosciutto and it was out of this world! They fried the prosciutto like bacon and the saltyness paired perfectly with the fresh melons and mint. The honey and balsamic was also a perfect touch! For pizza, we split the quatro formaggi and it was a mushroom lovers dream! So much flavor and the crust was crisp but still fluffy. read more

This place is popular! We came here on a Saturday evening and had about a 45 minute wait but we had a party of 6. The location is perfect! Right in the heart of the plant riverside district. Once we got seated we ordered the Focaccia Genovese as an appetizer and holy cow this was delicious. It was focaccia bread with basil pesto tomatoes mozzarella and garlic. I would have been fine with another order of that it was that good. We then split the IL Giardino pizza. It was alright but I think I would try something different next time. Stopped by for a quick lunch. The location is great, being right on the river and the ambiance was nice. It was pre-lunch so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Ordered the pepperoni pizza to share since we knew the kiddos would eat that. One review mentioned that it reminded him of Anticos.... um, I guess the dough is similar and even that's a stretch. The toppings slid off, making it nearly impossible to actually have toppings and crust in one bite, and the dough itself was thin but hard to cut. I thought it was a bit too greasy for the portions. Came here for a light meal around 4 pm- right along the river. I had seen it the last time I was in Savannah but didn't get to try, so I was excited to come back! The ambience is really nice- a mix of rustic and modern with cartoony and trendy. My bf and I ordered the white wine flight and the Sicilian pizza to share, and everything was delicious. The pizza crust was perfectly thin, and the flavor of the sauce and toppings paired together perfectly. They also had some amazinggg house made ranch- and I am a big sauce queen so this matters to me. Our server was also quick and friendly. Wonderful, fast service and fabulous appetizers. The location at Plant Riverside is lots of fun! We shared the meatballs. Really tasty and the homemade ricotta cheese with the grated Parmesan on the plate was perfect. We ordered the "Sicilian" pie. Neither of us had eaten all day so we enjoyed it immensely. It had a beautiful charred and wood-fired crust, but it wasn't squishy in the middle like a Neapolitan-style pizza normally is. My only gripe were the cannolis. The pistachio filling was A+, fabulous, and whoever makes the ricotta and mascarpone is a genius, but the shell was way too thick and over fried for me to enjoy. I spent a summer in Philadelphia and the corner bakery with the Italian Nonna spoiled me. If the ingredients are good quality and fresh, no extra bling is required and this personal rule includes desserts. Next time I will try the tiramisu instead. read more

Sunday morning of St.Patrick day we tried to walk in at 11:03. The door was locked and an older woman with short red hair, unlocked the door staring at us and walked away. we could finally get in the restaurant and she was so unpleasant and rude that we came in it felt as if we should just leave. To have someone with this kind of attitude be the person everyone has to walk by and be greeted by is absurd. the food was amazing 4/5 stars despite the horrific experience with the hostess. read more

Generally was alright. The service was wonderful. Our server was attentive and nice although he did forget to give us silverware which was kinda necessary for the salady app dish. He was quick to notice we weren't eating and asked what was up and we got it ASAP. Water and drinks were refilled in reasonable time. We never felt like we were waiting for him... just waited awhile for our table though. The flavors were there. However, it felt like the skimped on the cheese on both dishes. My friend and I got a burrata app and margarita pizza to split. We each got 2 small bites of burrata. It was good, but mostly tomatoes. Maybe don't call it burrata then? The pizza dough was tasty, good chew. Sauce also good. However the cheese was really lacking. As in, not there. It was 6 slices of pizza and some barely had any cheese and one slice just had ZERO cheese. None at all. Just bread and sauce. I was not pleased as this slice was on my half the pizza. It was enough food for a quick dinner, sort of. We probably should have gotten something a little heartier as it was dinner and I was really hungry again within 2 hours. Reasonably priced but again we basically paid for bread and tomatoes.. and a tiny amount of cheese. read more

We ordered two pizzas (we were told each pizza would easily feed two people) and one 'large salad,' (antipasto) which was $15. Once the salad arrived, I reluctantly had to ask the waiter if a mistake was made on the salad due to it's size. He said 'no' and that was that. They made a mistake on one pizza (no problem) and mistakenly put sausage on the entire pizza, instead of half. We were told of the mistake when they brought our other pizza out and asked if I still wanted the pizza while they remade the other. I asked if there would be no charge on the pizza they made a mistake on and he said 'yes there would be' so I said, 'no thank you.' The waiter came back 5 minutes later and said 'we decided to give you the pizza we made a mistake on at no charge' and delivered to the table. We received the pizza we originally ordered shortly after and that was that. Our waiter handled everything just fine and the pizza was good (not great). Bottom line, if you're looking to get the most bang for your buck and your hungry I would recommend looking for larger portions for your money. With the pizza they made a mistake on and the additional 2 pizzas we originally ordered, and the 'large' salad we still left feeling unsatisfied. Note: We are not a family that overeats by any means, however going out is a treat for us and we prepare with hungry bellies that deserve to be filled (and 99% of the time we are). $63 total (including a 20%+ tip and not including the free pizza) I hope this review helps my fellow man! We started with the Italian chopped salad, which was made with such fresh ingredients. We then split the spicy calabrese pizza and I couldn't recommend more. It had just the right amount of heat without being so overly spicy you can't taste the rest of the ingredients. The crust was great - thin + crispy. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our table (for 2) but there is a lot to do in the area. If the weather is nice, you can walk along the river. We also stopped to grab a drink at the Biergarten right outside of the restaurant (which had heaters). Overall, the price was reasonable, especially given the location along the riverside. read more

I visited Graffito with a couple of friends during the Thanksgiving weekend when we stopped at Savannah during a road trip. It wasn't crowded when we visited and they had outdoor social distance seating. This was great and made us feel safe. For the four of us we ordered a Margherita pizza, large Caesar Salad, and a Burrata to share. The pizza was yummy, and typical of what you'd expect a classic Margherita to be. The Caesar salad was also good, but very very over dressed. Though I did appreciate that it had real, whole anchovies. I expected the Burrata to come with bread, but it was more like salad vibes. It was DELICIOUS!!! The pistachio flavor was amazing and really unique. The sauce was creamy and sweet and reminded me of pistachio ice cream I used to eat as a kid. Out of the items we got I would 100% recommend this. The others items were typical, and though they were good, they weren't anything too special. Service was very fast and friendly. The food was a tad overpriced for what it is, but perhaps worth it for the great location on Riverstreet. read more

Our second trip to Savannah and tried Graffito tonight. Delicious! We're from NJ and used to the "good stuff" as far as pizza goes and this is by far the best pizza we've had since moving south. Got the chopped salad too and swapped the vinaigrette for the creamy garlic dressing...so good!!! Will definitely be back....maybe tomorrow lol! read more

I'm an avid pizza lover and search far and wide for the best pizza in town. We went to this place to get kids some pizzas before adults had some random eats along the outdoor restaurants by jw Marriott. We ordered two Margherita pizzas. They both only come with a few quarter size pieces of fresh mozzarella (it was basically tomato sauce pie) and both pies had different sauces on them. One tasted like pizza sauce and the other pie tasted like they used pasta sauce. That pizza was also pretty badly burnt on the bottom. The kids wouldn't even touch that pie. Then onto service- it was horrible! We at outside, our waiter hardly came outside or was attentive towards our table and even forgot refills for water and drinks. And on top of that after I told him about the pizza sauce being different and the burnt pizza-HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!! All he said was sorry and didn't really even mean it and to me that was not good enough. Will never eat here again and definitely don't recommend the place. read more
