Great service and was good for my large family of 16. Food came out hot and fresh, and all that we ordered was delicious. A good amount of heat and spice to the arancini. Nice variety of pizzas. Great view of the river, and a green space in front of the restaurant so that the kids can run out and let some energy loose while you sit inside the air-conditioning while watching from a distance. The hostess was incredibly rude to us. We were offered bar seats but opted to wait for a table. 20 minutes later we were paged for our table. The hostess attempted to seat us at a bar area. Highly recommend this pizza place! Everything is so fresh and you can really tell! The Bruschetta appetizer was perfectly balanced. The bread served with it was warm and crispy.. the bruschetta was cold and briny..they complimented each other very well. Margarita pizza could have used a little more cheese for my liking, but the sauce was very well seasoned. If you get the chance, ask if you can sit at the chef bar. You get to watch the chefs make your food from start to finish. Definitely a cool experience! read more

Right on the River walk, this spot is super convenient for indoor dining or to go orders. I was extremely impressed with the resilience of the staff, specifically Brittany and Nae. They were understaffed and overwhelmed on a holiday week yet they still managed to serve with a smile and great attitude. I personally don't know how they did it I would of gone crazy with the demand in this place. The pizza was delicious and very unique! We had the pollo pizza. So first time visit on the waterfront in Savannah's historic River St. We just drove into town from about 11hrs away and my daughter was dying for pizza. We arrived around 9pm on a Wednesday evening and there were only a few people at the bar and maybe two other tables with customers. The hostess said we could sit at the bar if we wanted which is accented by a very cool artistic graffiti painting. After getting waters and menus from the bartender we were ready to order. only to then be told we couldn't be served at the bar because my daughter was underage. No big deal, but could have been made aware of that when we sat down. So we went back to the hostess and waited. She sat us at a table and we waited... and we waited... and waited. There was maybe 3-4 waitstaff on duty, two bartenders and only two tables sat. The wait staff seemed more concerned about cleaning up and chatting with each other. I would understand if we walked in at closing time but they were open for another hour. Eventually we were served and things got a lot better. The food is truly epic here! Hats off to the senior chef who designed the recipes and insists on fresh made ingredients. It shows! We both got pizza and were well satisfied with our meals. I tried to like this restaurant. Day one: I popped in for lunch. The restaurant was empty but they told me it would be a 25 minute wait to be seated. I said, there is nobody in here, she said, we only have two servers, I cannot seat you. I left. Second try: popped in for dinner. Just me. She said I could sit at the bar, or wait 45 minutes to an hour for a table. I did not want to sit at a bar to have my dinner. I said, there is an empty table for two right there, may I sit there? She said, there is a list of people waiting for that table, so I added my name for it and I waited 10 minutes. Eventually a seat opened at the bar, so I reluctantly went there. It was getting late. The entire time I sat at the bar, that table for two behind me remained opened. At the time I was leaving they seated somebody there. It wasn't somebody who had been waiting. This had been 45 minutes after I'd arrived. Really strange. While seated at the bar, the bartender was SLAMMED. She was obviously the busiest person in the place, and she was doing her best. We all waited quite a while for any request, or to even just to make requests and place orders. Oddly, she did card me for a beer. I'm 45. Another woman came over and sat down next to me and ordered a glass of wine. She got carded also, and she announced that she was 50. She didn't have her ID so they turned her away. Neither of us look anywhere near 21 or younger. Maybe it's a city thing, given the location. Who knows. It affected the customer experience nonetheless. There were dirty plates in front of guests at the bar who were waiting for them to be cleared. At least 3 stations. Others at the bar were waiting on checks (with their dirty dishes), one couple waited forever for their drinks. They just kept glaring at the bartender confused by all the drinks she was making, but sending away. We all kept looking at each other like, what is going on in this place? At one point the assistant manager, Eric, brought over two pizzas for some guys sitting at the bar, but hadn't cleared their dirty dishes before setting the pizzas down. After setting the pizza down, he took the used plates. He also took their forks, used with appetizers, and never brought them new cutlery. He did the same thing with me. Eric, if you clear, be sure to mark prior to bringing fresh food out. People need something to eat with. Clear, then fresh cutlery goes down, then the food. He was also clearing empty tables to the side of the bar where nobody was seated, while those of us at the bar waited for somebody to clear our plates and check on us. Eric, pay attention to the customers currently dining. Empty tables can wait a minute. Don't disservice those currently dining by keeping them waiting. Chime in and see how it's going, clear anything not being used. You kept walking by the bar and looking at the dirty plates but never once, until I said something, did you think to clear them. You had two empty hands, and all you were doing was walking back to your station to check receipts and look at your phone. Grab some dishes on your way back and drop them off in the bus bin. Maximize your time. Also, get a paper towel to wipe off the top of the red pepper dispenser. It is against food safety regs to use your hand. Yes, I watched you do that. You hadn't even washed them after clearing, serving, and using your phone. Lastly, be mindful of the blind eye you currently have to what's going on in the bar section. That position needs support. Where is the barback? You need one to support the bartender. You also need to keep an eye on your team and have a proper pulse for what's going on in that place so that you can jump in and pick up the slack where needed. You do not. The customer feels it. You need to take leaps and strides in the customer experience department. You really come across as though you do not know what you're doing. The food was not bad. Mostly tasty, but it's definitely not worth coming back for, given the current standard of customer service in that place. From what I could tell, if anybody seated was experiencing good service it was the result of hiring the right servers who had experience. They knew service protocols and had their eyes on the right things, the assistant manager did not. read more

You have to eat here! I literally fell in love with the pizza. I have never ever sat and ate my entire entree before at any restaurant. The food is straight from Italy and puts the American version of pizza to absolute shame. This restaurant is very well kept and has a outstanding staff! The cocktails are a wonderful addition as well. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Our server keshawn was very informative. EXCELLENT! This place is located in the new riverside plant district. Everything in the district has been truly amazing and this place certainly did not disappoint. The pizza was some of the best I've ever had. My fiancé and I sat at the bar. The place itself has a really cool vibe. The bar tender was super personable and provided excellent service. He told us about different places in the new district to try out for drinks and what not after dinner. He also noted that the pizza ovens they use are imported from Italy! So cool. The pizza came out very quickly. To accompany the pizza I enjoyed a delicious Italian wine and my fiancé had and IPA-- all excellent. Highly recommend this place! read more

I really liked the Fungi pizza. It had a lot of flavor and was unique. The pizzas are smaller, but they seemed to be made from scratch in brick stone ovens. I could be wrong though. It is worth eating there especially with most of the food being fried around the River St area. read more

This place was a savior on Wednesday and Thursday nights while staying in Savannah. Most places were closed at 9, luckily Graffito is open until 10pm. We ate there both nights. Staff was friendly and accommodating despite us walking in around 9:30 both nights. The pizza is excellent. Coming from the east coast where some of the best pizza places exist, this pizza can stand up to any of them. We shared the Sicilian and tre carne, both were excellent. One night we tried the meatball appetizer which was also very good. The pizzas aren't huge but easily enough for two people to split. The toppings are generous and reasonably priced. If you are looking for midweek food after 9 this is a must stop. read more

My hubby are currently having a bought in town celebrating our 20th anniversary, staying at the JW Marriott and decided to stop by for a little something to eat... W-O-W! My husband got the calzone and I got the RCK Pizza, Borge are absolutely amazing. The entire staff has been nothing but friendly and courteous, and service was prompt.
