Just took my Highlander in for an oil change service. Matt and Angela are fantastic. They were so awesome up front with communication, scheduling, estimates etc. They gave me a heads up and estimates for my next standard service with plenty of time to plan for it. As well they gave me a clear estimate on my next brake job upcoming. Service was efficient and smooth. I was able to email and text as needed which is a huge plus in my book. I recently had an upstream Nox sensor go out in my Ram 2500. the Engineer who had the job of designing the location of this sensor must of had a wager with his colleagues because he couldn't have put in a worst location! After a grueling 4 hours of busting my knuckles and trying to become a contortionist in the rain I knew I needed to find a mechanic. My local auto shop don't specialize in diesel trucks and thought of paying a dealership made me want to puke. Then I remembered seeing Grahams garage advertising on facebook so I thought I would give them a call. From the moment I talked to Matt I knew I had the right guy to trust taking on this nightmare I was dealing with. i dropped my truck off thursday night late because the wife had a hair appointment. Matt was nice enough to wait around for me. we chatted it up and he treats you like an old friend you've know for years. He told me he would try his best to get to it on Friday and quoted me 3 hours to complete With a price $580. to me that was a great quote and off I went. Well we wound up having a freak snow storm Friday morning that brought down a few trees around the neighborhood. I called Matt around 3pm to get a update and he apologized for Not getting to it yet because he was helping remove the trees with trackers so his neighbors to get out And he was just getting started on it. To my surprise He called back 2 hours later and told me he had just finished the impossible. I drove down to go pick the beast up and was thankful I had found a honest mechanic that less time and half of what he quoted me.
