I brought in our 1956 concours condition Ford Thunderbird and had 4 Coker Classic wide white walls tires mounted and balanced on the vehicle. Manager Eddie Whitlock is a true gentleman who took the extra time to make sure I came in early enough so that he and his team could get the job done in a single day. We don't trust just anyone with our prized Thunderbird but the team at Grand American including Julio who did a perfect alignment on this vintage car with wire wheels (which is much tougher than on a new car, requiring shims and an in-depth knowledge of how to do this right). Frank was also super friendly and knowledgeable. And I almost forgot to mention that the price was amazing and for them to do this on a Saturday over this Memorial Day holiday weekend is nothing short of amazing! A+ highly recommended. read more

I was referred by my brother, he said that this tires service company is fantastic! I probably waited a bit too long to get my tires changed, I knew they were getting bad and suddenly I had a tire very low on air. I spoke with Eddie per my brother's recommendation. It was near closing hour, but he told me to bring the car in and he would evaluate. Of course I did for new tires, and he gave me a very good prize on four Goodyear tires! Less than $600 for all four tires mounted and balanced! That really is a great deal! Although they were closing soon, he said if it was an urgent emergency, they would get it done and probably have his workers have to stay extra time. It was not that urgent and we agreed I would come back in the morning.. I did return and his enthusiastic staff did a fantastic job! I could tell that the employee who put the tires on was proud of his work when he brought me my car he said within enthusiasm here you are you'll be safe going down the road and these are outstanding tires. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I had a nail in my tire I needed fixed. I'd been so busy I kept putting it off and then I called, brought it in early in the morning and they had it fixed in about an hour! I showed up, brought out my wallet and they didn't charge me. Eddie really knows how to take care of a customer. He's fast and knows the tire business in and out. Angel is my tire installer, and you can always trust he'll do a good job with a safe tire repair. That's very important to me as my family rides on those tires from Grand American Tires. I read some bad reviews, some customers you just can't please whatever you do. I was in the car business for 19 years, and I can tell you the customer is not always right but he is still a customer. We do the best we can and try to please everyone but that my friend is impossibe. These days everybody wants it for free yesterday. IMHO they do a good job at a fair price. What else do you want? My car, 2000 Honda civic, died in the middle of the road a few nights ago, my brother-in-law recommended this shop and I am so glad he did. Eddie created us at the front with a smile and an offer of coffee and then we met Vin who worked his magic to get my car working in short order (By that afternoon)! Vin replaced my battery and alternator, and we were able to return the faulty alternator to my previous mechanic with the help of the American Tire staff informing me of what my options were or should be. Vin was very knowledgeable and kind and efficient. All the guys there know what they are talking about and are honest, trustworthy, and work extremely hard. We loved this place so much my husband got his tires replaced and new break pads. I'll be back shortly with another car and know we will be provided with the same level of service and professionalism. It was great work and efficient service, at a reasonable price. I have never been more humiliated in my life. I was there yesterday and asked for a price for a tire repair and a rotation. The manager said they could do it and we agreed to do it. Another employee started working on my car and Eddy the manager came out of the office and screamed that my tires were garbage and told his employee to stop working on my car. He was screaming and kept repeating that my tires were garbage. His behavior was unbelievably disrespectful and humiliating. It is a shame that this place can employ someone that behaves that way. read more
