Just had a great experience here. Took my Lexus in to replace my front rotors & pads. I was able to bring my own parts and Brett was super helpful and patient with working with me. He let me know that my rear brakes also have to be replaced. I told him I will be doing at a later time and he was understanding and super cool about it, I didn't once feel pressured into anything. They instead sent us to this new bussiness that his colleague set up, Brakes and Wheels Complete Auto. I was greeted by Brett, the owner/operator. He was more than welcoming and a very authenticity honest guy. Not only did he change my oil, the next day I came back to get tires he offered to me on discount when I told him I was gonna go somewhere else. He even cleaned my headlights with his special solvent while changing the tires yesterday. He didn't even charge me for that, it was just out of the kindness of his own heart. Great service and communication. It's hard to get my car into a place on the weekdays due to work, so I was really pleased to see they had Saturday hours. Needed to have my brakes checked because I could tell it was probably time for some work to be done. They did a free brake check, and then let me know what they were seeing. Brett was very honest and didn't push me to have anything done that was not needed. Brett the owner is a great guy and wonderful mechanic. He recently repaired my wife's Sorento and went above and beyond in helping us. It needed a new thermostat and hose replacement and some fluid changes and some other things and Brett did a great job and worked extra hard to get it done for us. He also helped get a wheelchair in and out of the car as we could not lift it and even brought my wife home and picked her up. I commend him for his honestly, work ethics, great compassion, a sense of humor and just being a sincere decent person. I highly recommend him and his shop, while small but mighty ,and he cares about his customers too. We need to get him to move to simi valley as a place to live as well as work.
