We stopped here for dinner during a recent road trip and the food was excellent. They had nice outdoor seating which was nice but quickly became to cold to sit outside, luckily we found an empty table inside. The staff was friendly, efficient and polite. The food was freshly prepared to order and delicious. Although, they were out of pretzels which was disappointing.

it took a while for us to order and the food coming out was slow. they were busy, but not overly and the food was vary good especially the fries

Lots of board games to play

One of our favorite places to visit when we're in the area. Family friendly, great brews and solid food selections.

Great open air location for an enjoyable beer and some good eats.

Great place. Cool atmosphere. Dig the brews and food. I like the pils and they had a Japanese beer that was crushable. Thanks!!!

Friendly service, good beer, delicious food…read more Citizen 33 in Driggs is 100% worth the stop. I got a flight and enjoyed multiple beers. The favorite for me was the Mexican Lager. My wife preferred the sour. The food was great! We started with the buffalo wings, I got the burger and my wife got the Nashville chicken sandwich. All were delicious! The truffle fries were worth the up charge with the sandwiches as they were full of flavor and still crisp when they arrived at the table. The environment was pleasant! Can't beat anything in Teton Valley. If I had to nitpick the dinner came out very shortly after the wings arrived- but I truly can't complain. If we are ever back in the area it is a stop we will definitely be making!

The food came fairly quickly, delivered by someone else, and that, apparently, was the end of our dinner service. We never saw our server again. A few of us wanted second beers, and I was dying for more ketchup, but she never showed up. Finally snagged another server and asked for a couple of take out boxes and the check. Our server did show up with the check and informed us that a tip had already been added since we were a party of 6. I'm sorry, but I thought a server had to actually serve you to get a tip. Not happy, but gave four stars because everything tasted so good.

The pub isn't on the Jackson town center, so that mitigates some traffic. Nonetheless the brewery was decently crowded. Fully menu service at the bar, upstairs or downstairs. Seating is first come, first served. Nice mix of tourists and regulars assembled for football, brews and lively socializing. Fun music playlist could still be heard despite the large TV screen. The space feels both contemporary yet a Jackson Hole institution. While the menu features pub food, I shortlisted a number of gourmet contenders. Ultimately the "slash and burn trout" was irresistible. You'll love this dish if you like a variety of colors, flavors and textures. I meant to 86 the fried leeks, but they added crispy fun to the tender fish, decadent pork belly, sweet corn & roasted tomatoes & fresh radish sprouts. This plate qualifies for culinary genius.

Be prepared for it, especially during peak times. We waited about an hour just to be seated, and once we ordered, the food also took quite a while to come out. The brewery itself has a lively atmosphere with plenty of seating and a fun energy without feeling overly touristy. It's a great place to unwind after a day exploring the area. The beer selection offers something for just about everyone, and the food was good overall. Nothing completely wowed me, but everything was decently prepared. The bison burger was pretty dry and you can't pick how you wanted it cooked so that was a miss. The service was friendly throughout despite how busy they were.

Can't say much about the interior, as we sat at one of the picnic tables outside. A server came and gave us all some water and took our drink order. After the drinks (sodas) came out, she took our order. Soon after, our food was served. Hubs and I both got burgers. Each had 2 juicy, but not greasy smash burger patties with just the right amount of seasonings and toppings. That's right--juicy smash burger patties. Is that possible? It is at Melvin Brewing. My mom got the fish tacos. She said they were delicious, just messy. Too much aioli in her opinion, but she wouldn't be mad if we ate there again during our stay. Kids were going to get burgers, too, but they saw the pretzel on the app menu and each had to get one. The pretzels are huge. They came with queso and IPA brown mustard. (The kids turned their noses at the mustard, but it was a great addition to my burger.). The queso wasn't chunky, but had some spice to it, but it wasn't overly spicy. If the queso came out of a can or jar, we couldn't tell.

The smell walking up to the restaurant was puzzling but then I realized it is a brewery and I was probably smelling that process. Good location that would've had an even better view had the lake not been dried up.

This was probably the best meal we had while visiting Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks…read more We had a day to explore the area and Grok (of all things/places) recommended visiting Victor and Driggs for the day. Kids had chicken tenders and the steak and fries. Both kids enjoyed their meal. The chicken tenders were huge and kid got 3 of them. The steak was about 5oz, which was a decent size for the kid. It came pre-cut, so the kiddo didn't have to handle a huge steak knife to cut it--which was nice. Both came with a generous serving of golden French fries. Fresh cut or frozen, these fries were good! Either a second ramekin of ketchup or a larger one is definitely needed for the amount of fries served. I had the burger. It wasn't fancy--just cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions--but it was a thick patty with fluffy bun with lots of flavor. It also came with a ton of golden fries. My mom had the BLT that didn't skimp on the pork belly. I wish the stores sold thick cut bacon like that. She said it was delicious. Hubby had the lobster roll. The kids brought the purple potato chips were the neatest thing (they were good, too). The lobster roll was perfectly dressed--not too much and not too skimpy--and tasted surprisingly fresh. This place is a little more upscale than some of the other places we've eaten at this week. We were welcomed as we were--shorts and tees. Other guests were dressed casually, not overly fancy. The adjacent museum was a cool place to visit, too. It housed 3 restored Navy planes that were neat to see. Since we're headed home tomorrow, we won't be back, but if we were staying longer, we'd make the ~hour long drive just to eat there again!

However, our food experience was also mixed. We shared a soup du jour (potato bacon broth based) which was awesome. Parmesan fries app came as a generous portion and were pretty good as was our elderberry mocktail. The big disappoint was the tandoori chicken which the waitress recommended but we found to be very dry. It was described on the menu as having a yogurt marinate, which was already mixed into the dish, but we couldn't really taste it. The tabouli/rice that came with it was also dry and didn't have much taste. The waitress was nice and tried to get more sauce but when she couldn't, she brought olive oil and vinegar which was ok but at that point I would have just liked something different as it was pretty mediocre. Forage is a nice restaurant with some nice options but you should expect to spend a fair amount. I would expect the fine dining experience quality to match the price, but we had enough good food here that I would come back to try something different.
