    Yummy croissant!
    Madison G.

I had a delicious breakfast croissant with perfectly cooked and crispy bacon! We also got a yummy chocolate chip pumpkin bread! This place was very nice after the sunrise hike on Haleakalā. My friend got the hash loco and the hash wasn't cooked or seared, so it was the only not so good thing from there that I'd stay away from. The coffee was decent. Recommend the croissant for sure!!

Great spot! Delish coffee. A local upcountry staple. Perfect a lot to hit up after the Haleakalā sunrise.

    Bullseye

Food ** Ambiance **** Service *** My Bullseye has overcooked spam, mushy rice and very little corned beef hash. Not anything like I had the last time I was there a couple of years ago. My friend's Upcountry Omelet looked tasty.

If you're cruising upcountry Maui, you have to stop at Grandma's Coffee House. This cozy little green building has been serving fresh Maui coffee and ono food for generations - and it's such a vibe. Here's what we ordered: Special Weekend Eggs Benedict - served on cornbread toast, topped with a lemon hollandaise, green onions, paprika, and (yes!) crispy bacon.Bullseye Plate - corned beef + spam, sunny-side-up eggs, on toast with a ketchup drizzle. Total comfort food! Iced latte to keep it all going. The inside feels like visiting tutu's house -- wood tables, local art on the walls, and fresh flowers everywhere. Perfect stop after a Haleakalā sunrise or exploring Upcountry. Kula, MauiRating: 5/5Pros: Awesome food, live entertainment. Cons: Gets busy, hardly any seats. Horrible parking. Tip: Go on Saturday or Sunday to try the weekend-only Eggs Benedict!

Yes, another historical business in Kula. Fresh baked goods, tasty menu items, souvenirs, well crafted bevs, fresh juices, ample seating indoors and coveted seating out in the lush lanai. We visited twice...great hot chocolate, mocha, guava juice, and lilikoi cheesecake. Decent on weekdays, crazy busy on weekends. Pleasant staff too.

Chili cheese omelette with white rice and a bullseye.

We have been going here for years and it has remained consistent over time. The only difference is there are more people these days. I remember going here years ago when it was a lot slower. Still definitely worth the wait. On our last visit i ordered the chili cheese omelette with white rice and my other half had the bullseye that has white rice , spam, corned beef hash and eggs over easy. The service is good and fast for a small kitchen and the steady pace of people coming in they do a good job. This is one of the few places that remind me of what Maui used to be like and they have good food and good prices and it's still a locally owned business. I enjoy sitting out on tha patio and having breakfast and now they have music on some days. Definitely recommend stoping by if you are in the area. Even just to get some coffee and a pastry or cookies.

One of our favorite local breakfast places in Upcountry Maui. We like the Bullseye Breakfast. It comes with Spam but we order with bacon instead. It's shareable for those who don't eat big breakfast. We usually get one of the bakery pastries too. There are plenty of other options on the menu. They have good mocha here. Service is good. They are nice and friendly. You can sit indoors or outdoors. There is a small view of the ocean from one of the tables. Recommend if you are in Kula. They do not have a restroom. You have to go at the park nearby so use before after.

Locally owned and adored by all! Every time i'm upcountry I try to get to Grandma's for brunch :) never had a bad dish but I especially love the eggs Benedict and loco moco! Cozy, laid back atmosphere that makes you feel like you're sitting right at Grandma's house. They're onto something here

    Dirty chai latte
    Gabrielle B.

This coffee shop is tucked away and full of amazing treats and coffee! I tried a dirty chai latte here which was amazing and gently spiced. I couldn't help but notice the amazing selection of patties- the banana bread looked especially good. There was also a selection of breakfast items and it seemed like a popular place to dine in. There is indoor seating and covered outdoor seating with an amazing Mountain View.

    loco moco aka seared ahi

I asked for a loco moco and got seared ahi instead. The meat and eggs tasted plain. The only thing that gave it flavor was the gravy and onions.

    Chicken Salad Sandwich

Absolutely delicious. We had the carrot cake muffin, Ham and cheese omelette, chicken salad sandwich, and Almond Coconut Latte. Quaint and relaxed atmosphere with prompt and kind service.

Finally made it to Grandma's Coffee House for the first time with my neighbor, and it was such a treat! The Upcountry atmosphere is so relaxing and authentic. We loved the views and the cozy, historic feel of the place. It's definitely a new favorite spot for a morning catch-up. Highly recommend the trip up the mountain!"

Quaint little house turned into a small breakfast and lunch spot. Small staff size so there will be a wait to order and get your food depending on how busy it but they move and groove as best they can. Traditional home cooking with fresh made pastries and coffee. Good sized portions. Certainly worth a stop off the beaten path.

I took my parents for their 44th Anniversary and we all love outdoorsy activities so I knew we'd all enjoy this! We were asked to arrive at 10:30 am for the tour and it lasted until 1-1:30 pm. Arrive with good walking shoes, SPF, light sweater and hat (it can get either a little chilly or hot from the direct sunlight), and well hydrated if possible. We were greeted by our friendly and knowledgeable tourguide, Kate from Maryland! She shared with us so many facts about the locally grown produce from herbs, vegetables, fruits, to the friendly worms, to compost and facts about the Farm and the hardworking staff! It was interactive because we got to sniff the herbs, taste the locally grown lettuce, carry a chicken (as seen in the photo with my mom), and even pick the Cherry coffee! After the 2 hour tour, the last hour takes you back to this beautiful seating area in a garden like setting for your 4 course lunch! Each course, the chef comes out and shares details of each course. First course was a Medley of Greens grown on the farm with Tangerine vinaigrette. It was a generous portion for our party of 3 and tried to eat it throughout. There was spiraled carrots and radish with julienned snap peas. Second course was Pan Seared Ono (their proteins are all locally sourced) with Mamaki Tea and Lemongrass Rice with Bok Choy, Collared Greens and Cabbage. Third course was my favorite! I'm usually a big fan of fish but the chicken was so savory and that rub was delish! It was an Organic, Cage Free Chicken with Coffee Cherry Citrus rub with Caramelized Coffee Honey Hash of Carrots, Parsnips, Rutabaga and Celery Root. The spread was a Turmeric and Parsnip puree. Last course of dessert was the O'o Freshly Brewed Coffee with Milk and Simple Syrup with a Dessert Platter of Fresh sliced Pineapple, Tangerine and Apple with Homemade Chocolate Truffles. The meal left us full and nourished! What a wonderful anniversary gift to give my parents. We truly enjoyed it and even made some new friends, both local and visiting.

My son enjoyed the mahi mahi tremendously, which for a kiddo who only eats chicken normally, is a huge compliment! I thought the tour was very informative and interactive as well. Our guide Molly let us pick, smell, and explore a lot of the plants they have growing on the grounds. She also very nicely picked a tangerine for my son because he really wanted one. Overall, worthwhile experience, despite the long drive from Lahaina. I would do this again, whether it is the brunch + coffee tour or the lunch tour!
