My family & I took our ski break at this location. Service 5/5 From the start the service was amazing. My sister twisted her ankle during this trip & Mateos one of the servers took his time to help her down the steps! It's the kind gestures that make an impact. Beer 5/5 We had a couple of the beers on tap and all were delicious (recommend the Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Things &the Deshutes Fresh Squezzed IPA). Our server Haylie was attentive & quick! Starters We had a very simple order of fries & chili and it was good.

Nice view sitting outside for lunch. Maybe a little bit short staffed need several minutes before being seated. Ordering/paying are done thru QR code. Once ordered drinks and food come quickly. Staffs are friendly.

A strong 3.75, considering there is always a stigma for hotel/resort food! Allen and I came around 2:30 pm, and the place closed fairly soon after. Despite that, the service was still great and everyone was fine with us staying late to finish our meal. We were quickly seated next to a window with a great view of the slopes, and were quickly brought waters. Menu: pretty standard American dishes, with different categories. Pricing: pretty standard! Everything was pretty affordable, and what I expected. ($$) We ended up ordering: 1) Burger with fries ($17) : Unfortunately the cheese costed an extra $3!! (???) Not worth it in my opinion, since the burger itself came with lots of flavor. The fries were delicious, and they gave a ton! 1) Steak and fries ($21) : yes, yes...we were super extra LOL. The steak was good, but looked really dry. Luckily, the sauce was yummy, and the fries were perfect! It was probably about 4-5 oz. of meat. Overall, had a good time! I would come here again and order their burger.

Came this afternoon. Placed an order (2 cocktails & garlic fries) at 11:20. Order was promised for 11:40. Drinks came out fast and were awesome. Food came out later than promised. A little after 12 PM. Side of cheese not included (not a huge deal). But no one checked on us until after we asked where our fries were. We had to overhear a server tell the table next to us that the tickets for orders were not printing correctly. For a restaurant that has you order on your phone from a QR code, you think they'd might want to check up on guests when they're aware of technical issues. I understand technical issues are inevitable at times, but like I said, no one checked on us until after we got their attention. Wouldn't have even know about tech issues if we hadn't overheard the server. Was honestly glad we did not order any other food. Hoping for a better experience next time around.

The food is excellent! Innovative dishes with delicious ingredients perfect for a ski lunch. Service likewise excellent. On a busy ski day, be prepared for a substantial wait: 30-60 minutes. If you decide that the wait is too long, you can always go to the buffet cafeteria next door which uses the same kitchen. Also, the sun can be quite bright on a sunny day, reflecting off the snow and the sun will move substantially during an hourlong lunch: so your seat in the shade may be in direct sunlight in a half-hour. Bring your sunglasses.

The best sandwich in my opinion is the club sandwich! They don't skip on the meat, which is appreciated! All of the sandwiches are toasted and plenty of drink options in the store as well as ice cream. The shop can get busy during peak hours, but service was quick !

The place itself is quite small with limited parking, but everyone is nice and kind and they have little buzzers to notify you when your table is ready :) I got the French toast with strawberries and oh my goodness it was DELICIOUS. The French toast was a perfect blend of fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The bread itself was amazing. I opted in for some fresh strawberries, but you can get other fruit or a fruit syrup as well. The French toast also comes with warm maple syrup, and I can attest it was definitely warm. It made the whole eating experience feel luxurious, and I had a delightful time eating it all up. If I ever come back to Lake Tahoe for holiday, I will definitely need to swing by this place to experience this French toast again. So good!

We started with the lobster small dish as an appetizer and our 7 year old devoured most of it. It was so delicious. They were incredibly accommodating for my gluten-free and dairy-free needs. I was impressed with how they had special menus for each of my diet restrictions - the items to avoid were crossed off (see pic) which made it super easy to follow. My black cod was AMAZING, cooked perfectly, just the right amount of complimenting flavors and ingredients, in addition to great broccoli. Lastly, the fact they had even one gluten-free/dairy-free dessert option was mind blowing. I was so pumped. It was a smooth and super flavorful coconut passion fruit house made sorbet. I was in heaven. This isn't your typical dining establishment and their food definitely showcases that. And the views do too, holy smokes. Talk about a wag to enjoy the beauty of Lake Tahoe! Absolutely gorgeous. We're so thankful we got to spend an evening here, in our most favorite vacation spot. Way to go owners, staff and chefs!

Our server, who was from Brazil, was so bubbly, friendly and made the experience more fun. She seemed to be taking care of almost the entire place and still made everyone feel seen. We ordered the lobster roll and the duck bánh mì, and both were good. My only note is that the lobster roll seemed to be mostly shrimp, so at $33 it felt a little overpriced. You are really paying for the view! One of our orders did take a while to come out, but our server was super apologetic and comped the dish, which we really appreciated. Overall, good food, warm service, and an unbeatable view.

We ordered the fish and chips which were good. The fries were a bit cold, but the fish was hot and crispy. We also got the elk burger and it was good, but didn't notice a huge difference in the taste. The bbq sauce had a berry flavor and it was good, but not sure if I would enjoy it on the burger. The ambiance was chill and it cleared out pretty good by the time we finished. The service was quick and friendly but unfortunately the food was lacking in flavor. Our burger was well done and dry even though we ordered it medium. The beer battered fish in the tacos was hard to find. *I'd come back purely for the outdoor ambiance and the beautiful patio setting near the river. Maybe just drinks and apps next time?!
