Great breakfast / lunch joint in the midst of the downtown area. Went with a group and was promptly seated in an area off the main dining room. Service from the waitress was incredibly quick and friendly, and it took almost no time to receive our orders. This place has a good range of items for the first half of the day. I ordered Chicken Fried Steak, while the rest of the table ordered a mix of breakfast and lunch items. I wasn't disappointed in my entrée, and sampled their cinnamon roll french toast. Wow. I must come back again. It's one of the few places I actually want to attempt to try the remainder of the menu. The food is quite good, and the service is as well. A 20 minute wait for Sunday Brunch is a good thing-it speaks to how good it is inside. It's a no-frills diner vibe, but the food is excellent. We had the Chunky Monkey pancakes (with bananas and chocolate), and the Country Eggs Benedict (a souped-up version of biscuits and gravy). Both were ample and delicious. The food was okay I ordered the Breakfast Quesadilla, I recommend splitting it with someone it was plenty. The customer service was awful, the hostess barely spoke and basically left us when she was showing us to our table. Our waitress failed to introduce herself and never asked us how we were doing, she did not enjoy her job. The environment could use some tiding up as well. read more

Best breakfast in Stillwater! Not that there's much to compare it to, but Granny's is amazing. My sister and I discovered it after attempting to venture to IHOP one Saturday morning at 11:30...with a line out the door and not-so-great service we are accustomed to there, we knew it'd probably be a couple of hours before we got any food. So we ventured to Granny's and it's now my go-to breakfast spot in Stillwater! Even when they're on a wait, it's never too long. The food is awesome and the service is super friendly. Most recently, I had the California omelette with bacon, tomatoes, avocado and Jack cheese served with sour cream. It was delicious. I was skeptical of sour cream with an omelette but it was great! My boyfriend had the country benedict, served with sausage patties and topped with gravy. One of his eggs was overcooked, but the other was a perfect runny poached egg. I still have to give five stars though because I LOVE Granny's. :) If you're in town for anything, definitely go here. The wait will be shorter than IHOP and the food is a million times better. read more

Very busy place, so allow time to not be rushed. Pricey, but not the usual breakfast items and most people will get two meals (or more) from their order. read more

This is a great local restaurant that you should try to stop in at if you're very hungry. They have a great mix of breakfast fare, the bacon was a little light on our plates ( only 2 strips) but the ham and potato portions were good. I had a hot and spicy skillet that was good, but a little bland. The biscuits were homemade, thick and dense, your common OK biscuit making it perfect for biscuits and gravy. read more

Visiting Stillwater on business and was searching for a breakfast stop. So glad I chose this one. The environment is very casual and the staff was super friendly. Definitely a lot of locals frequent this quaint establishment. The furniture and dining area is nothing special but effective use of limited space. Absolutely FABULOUS!!!! Every single part of our experience here was wonderful! It was our grandmas 85th birthday and the whole staff went above and beyond to make it so special for her!!!! Unexpected surprise in Stillwater. The décor inside is lacking (that's being kind) but don't let that distract you from the good food and friendly people. The Cinnamon Roll French Toast is fantastic but is limited based on how many rolls they have that day. The owners seem to have graduated from the Eskimo Joes School of Marketing. Their cups, mascot, and even menu art resemble that restaurant on Elm Street. read more

Good place for brunch (though they don't have booze, so no mimosas or bloodies - boo). Huge menu & huge location. The wait is never very long. The service is hit or miss. The kitchen always seems to be out of something and the servers don't know about it until after you order, which can be a bummer. The plates are gigantic and shareable (they do offer smaller plate options too). The prices are reasonable & a good value for the massive amounts of food you get. Food was amazing, especially the cinnamon roll french toast which my son ordered. Food portions were very large and satisfying, even took some home for later.
