Bye bye Grassmere Sunoco, nice knowing you. So this place USED to be a full service shop, even worked on the town's police cars, and even a fair amount of cool cars. I loved going there for the occasional repair and more often to get propane. Well the place changed hands, all the bays are closed and from what I can see the plan to sell soda, snacks and not much more then that. What a shame when they have something like 8 bays. They raised the price of propane from $20 to $25, so I am going to have to take a look around at other options. No good reasons to be here anymore. read more

I've always had a pleasant experience with this Sunoco. They replaced my car brakes at a reasonable cost as well as my windshield wipers. The woman there is also very friendly. But the gas is expensive. read more

This place is a complete rip off! My sons car engine seized and "Jerry" told me the only engine he could find would cost me $4600 to replace, amazing how in his "search" for an engine he NEVER mentioned that Hyundai had a recall on the engines for that year and model. You would think a seasoned and legit mechanic would know these things and inform his customers. Luckily we did our own research and called Hyundai and got the whole engine replaced for FREE! I've had many cars repaired here over many years from minor brake work to major rebuild work. Honest and professional for sure and that's what you need in auto repair. Quotes are accurate and my car is ready when they say it will be ready. You won't find better mechanics. read more

Some of the employees are definitely men of few words but the guy who looked at my car was very thorough in his description of the problems I had. They were extremely honest with me about my car's problems and didn't feel like certain repairs were necessary or worth it which I agreed. Didn't charge me for diagnosing any of the problems where mieneke tried to charge me almost $100. I will keep coming back. read more

The owner Jerry does a great job repairing cars. He is not the most talkative but he is a very honest mechanic. They tune sports cars here so I knew that they wouldn't have a problem installing an aftermarket intake that I wanted in my coupe. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with my car at a reasonable cost in the same day. I would highly recommend them for auto repairs. read more

They " don't have time" to do thier job as asked so i guess i dont have the time or money to spend there. Asked for half a gallon of gas to mix and the rest in the tank. I was told we dont have time for science projects!!! I'm sure it wouldnt take more than a moment to watch what they were doing. I went with my fiance to have the Life Safer device installed in her car and was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. A piece of wood had better personalities then these people. Rude!!! rude isnt even the word to describe them. We sat there almost 45 mins after device was installed because the guy was on his cell phone. Then we were told "well we build motors here,what do you think were doing" And I quote that!! Like they were saving lifes, doing heart transplants or something life altering. Had to return a 2nd time , while using the restroom , they finished with the machine put it back in the car, which was in the parking lot, put the paperwork on the seat and never said a word that it was finished. I sat there for another 30 mins till I walked to the car and figured out it was done. Bottom line very rude,unprofessional and would never go back. Life Safer should be embarresed having a company like that represent them ! read more
