This was my first time trying Gravity Coffee. Got here around 9am and there were only about 4 cars in front of me, so I only waited around 10 minutes. I ordered a 24oz White Chocolate Mocha which came out to $8.97 before tip. Not bad, but not a price I'm willing to pay whenever I want coffee. Coffee ended up being too sweet so I had to just wait for the ice to dilute it before continuing to drink it. The baristas were SO sweet and would probably be the only reason I ever choose to return if I'm in the area again. Anyways, you're better off just going to Bigfoot Java or even Dutch Bros. I don't frequent coffee stands often, but there are so many Gravity Coffee locations now, plus I ran out of energy drinks at home this morning, so I decided to treat myself. I was the only car there when I pulled up, so I didn't wait long at all to order, pay, and get my drink. I ordered the Area 51 and it was great! The drinks are fairly expensive, which shocked me and also didn't surprise me at the same time. Most drinks anywhere are more than $6 these days. read more

The location of this coffee stand is convenient for me as it's on my way to work and my co-workers come here all the time, i occasionally come here for coffee, hot cocoa, lemonade, ect. Sometimes the coffee is really good, but more often than not it just dosen't quite meet my standards but it totally depends on the barista making your drink. It's just not a consistent quality. Today I asked for a lavender lemonade which I've gotten at many other coffee places just not here before today and a peppermint brownie muffin top to save for a little later as I was heading into work and we have hot cocoa k cups for the coffee machine at work and I wanted a treat to dip Into my cocoa. The lavender lemonade was kind of disappointing. I am someone who really loves that lavender taste and it just tasted like a really sweet regular lemonade with a gray-light purple hue. The only lavender I could taste was at the very bottom with my last sip so it wasn't stirred/shaken very well and they probably didn't add more than the tiniest drop of the lavender syrup to it. The muffin top on the other hand I'm happy to report is a completely different story! This is their special limited holiday muffin top and it was seriously the BEST muffin top I've ever had ... and that's saying something cause I've had a lot of great ones from multiple coffee stands! I almost wasn't going to write about it (cause I want them all for myself lol) but I guess I'll just take the risk of them selling out because this was so delicious! A few years back around the holiday season, Starbucks had a peppermint brownie cake pop that I was in love with that had brownie inside and was covered in white chocolate with crushed peppermint on the outside and they did away with that and this muffin top is the closest thing I have found that cake pop !!! I will seriously just go here for this muffin top and maybe a small cocoa until the end of the year... and then I'll be back next year around the holidays looking for it again so they better make this something that returns if they want my money ! read more

Price points are okay. Typical triad of coffee, energy drinks, smoothies. Not friendly toward customers with dietary/allergen restrictions. Milk alternatives are not posted on the website (that I could find) or on the outside menu. As a non-coffee drinker, there are a few other options that I like to get from the menu, but don't get excited about tea/hot chocolate options. They're basically nonexistent and not advertised. I couldn't see any hot tea selections from the menu in person, only when after I went to the website and started a fake order could I see the teas. We asked for milk alternatives. They acted clueless and said it would depend on what they had in stock but they would have to get them down and unbox them. When the other member of my party ordered their coffee, they were asked what milk they wanted. Haha okay. They asked for 2% just to be told it wasn't an option. Then freaking post your milk options. This menu's accessibility and user-friendliness really sucks, and I imagine it's just as bad for their employees. To say there are alternatives on the menu but not post them has to be the bane of every employee's existence here. Next time I'll go somewhere with more inclusivity for its customers. read more

They had a grand opening today offering free drinks. I am so impressed with their dairy alternative milks: their choices they offer are soy, hemp, almond, coconut, and I was so happy to see that each are only .75 of an additional charge. They offer other blended drinks and smoothies, and it seems like there are a lot of intricate coffee and alternative choices. Which will appease anyone in the family. I haven't been able to drink coffee since I've been postpartum, but today was the day I ordered a sea salt caramel macchiato with hemp milk. It was delicious! The ladies working here are super nice, courteous, and professional. I usually only go to coffee shops that have an open space to meet friends and use WiFi, but I will definitely be back when I need a quick espresso for drive thru in the future. read more

I ordered a hot sugar free white chocolate Americano with a bit of heavy cream. Instead I got what tastes like a regular lukewarm white chocolate mocha with heavy cream. Then it's the always leaky hot cups, but that's a manufacturer issue. But also why do they keep buying crappy hot cups. Got There around 7:55 we pulled up probably right at 8 asked for smoothies, she said she couldn't do smoothies because it was past 8 even though we have gone a couple times same time never had an issue. I contacted their Instagram was told someone would call me.. even called their manager because I did ask the girl for the number and she rolled her eyes, grunted etc. she did not care at all! Gave them my number etc. never heard. I've been going to them since they opened one of their very first ones in Tillicum. Sad to say they lost a faithful customer. I come here almost every day before work and the ladies working are always cheery even if they opened at 4 AM and help get me ready for my long work days with some great coffee and positive attitudes. I'm a coffee snob and refuse to drink Starbucks, used to only go to Forza before they closed because their espresso was the best and GC is the only fitting substitute I've found so far. The fact that the employees are also awesome is just a plus! Tried this new location for gravity coffee and it is amazing! I had the purple drink which is a new drink or something because I've never really heard of it before and it tasted really good, it was very berry like but I can't exactly point out what kind of berry it is. I love fruity drinks which makes this drink even better, it also had cheaper delivery fees then the other Gravity Coffee locations which I really appreciate because I already spend so much on delivery. All in all I would give this place a 5/5 because I would definitely order from here again if I am ever craving gravity coffee or just needed a drink in the morning to wake me up before my day gets started. read more

I went to this location to purchase a drink and some gift cards at around 7am. When the barista handed me the receipt to sign I noticed that she had over charged my debit card my total was supposed to be $30 got charged $290 which was a random amount. I told her what she did and she apologized and said that they would put the credit back within 24hrs. Checked my bank and nothing I tried calling the corporate number but no answer hangs up after 2 rings. I emailed them to let them know what my situation was. Three days had gone by and no refund. The district manager Des replied to my email letting me know to call her I left a message and no call back I called again and no answer, no call back. The store operation manager reached out through email asking what store it was I replied to her and explained the situation never heard back about my refund and finally seen back in my bank after 4 days. I have been a loyal customer since they open and to not get a call back not sure what kind of customer service is that. I'm very disappointed that they couldn't give me at least 5 minutes to hear me out and try to help with the situation. I work in customer service and no matter how bad the situation you have to hear them out and provide a solution or at least follow up with them. I can't go with the hype on this place. I've been here a few times and just don't feel like I am ever fully satisfied. The pricing is definitely not ideal. I just went for a tea and paid about 5 bucks. I also burned my tongue. Wish I would have gotten some kind of warning of how hot it was going to be and this was me taking my first sip after a few minutes. I am annoyed. I paid well over $5 for basically ice. This is a 24 ounce cup that I am guessing has less than 12 ounces of liquid in it. I could barely push my straw through. Super watered down, barely any drink. And SO EXPENSIVE. read more
