Between my husband and I, we had to call SIX times to get ahold of a manager/owner. It took 7 hours to get hold of the manager/owner Kevin -- who was apparently grocery shopping for 7 hours according to his staff. Initially I was only asking for the extra $20 the waitress had taken from me back but after having to disrupt my entire day and deal with this horrible experience for subpar food, we asked for a full refund. I woke up this morning (8/21) to a $0.00 credit being returned to my card. LOL We own a restaurant and have a combined 30+ years experience in food & bev. This experience has been shameful on Homestead's part. The subpar guest experience was not enough to complain about on its own but it has been INCREDIBLY frustrating to take time out of our busy schedules trying to get ahold of someone to fix this issue. While the tip refund is appreciated, we are in the right to ask for a full refund. At this point, we will be disputing the entire charge with our bank and will never return.
