I live in Bellevue, this is my favorite place to get coffee on my way to pick up Grandkids in Orting

Visited on May 27, 2026, and the barista was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude during the entire interaction. I still tipped, even after paying for an overpriced white chocolate Americano, because I try to support local businesses. Customer service matters, especially in a community setting, and I hope management works on hiring friendlier staff and creating a more welcoming environment. read more

Stopped in today- sun was out and shining but when I got to the window you could tell there tension between them which ultimately was taken out on me as a She was short rude and very impatient. We all have bad days I get it. That doesn't mean anybody that comes to your window has to as well. read more

I would zero stars if I could. I ordered an iced mocha, little ice, half chocolate syrup, and whip cream. Staff was unfriendly, seemed confused about half the chocolate. When I got my order no whip, lots of ice and was drowned in chocolate. They didn't listen t a thing I said. To top it off it was $7.17 for a 16 Oz coffee. Needless to I will NEVER go their again. All the places I go it is $5.25 for this coffee. read more

This place use to be great. The people that worked here prior were awesome. Friendly and seemed like they wanted to be there. I could be wrong but I think they replaced them with younger people who just don't seem to care. They seem unfriendly and the quality has gone downhill within just a few months. I've tried giving this place a chance several times but my drinks are always off. It's hard to justify paying $8 for a drink that has about a 70% chance of not being made correctly. It really sucks seeing your favorite place go downhill this fast. There is another coffee shop in town I think I'll end up going to instead. read more

I've bought coffee here since they opened in orting, they make it just how you like it, if there's something I haven't liked in the past they fix it. The coffee is good, the shop is cute and the girls are nice, what more can you want? The only thing I'd recommend is a way to contact someone. I left my debit card there one day and had to drive 45 minutes back just to see if I left it because they don't have a phone in the coffee shop, so it makes it really hard to get ahold of anyone in there. I called a couple gravity's in the area and left voicemails and no one got back to me so I ended up driving all the way and luckily my card was with them. I'm a local who just moved here in Feb of 2020 and was recommend to try the coffee stand from my husband. So we tried a few things to find our liking's. Good thing we did because we absolutely love this location. We came almost everyday if not everyday then it's every few days. Please keep it up guys. I really enjoy coming and getting coffee here. Went there last weekend for the first time and it is by far one of the best coffees I have ever had. I usually frequent small, local coffee shops as opposed to SB purposely as I believe strongly in supporting small and local. I would also like to mention I have been a coffee drinker for many years and appreciate a good tasting cup of java. We were in the area this morning & wanted to give them a try. I can tell you that we are definitely glad we did! We ordered a few drinks, mine was a 24oz redbull, the wife had a 16oz nonfat white chocolate caramel mocha & the 7yr old had a kids cotton candy frap. All 3 drinks were made quickly and all of them were very good! I'm easy when it comes to my drinks, in my opinion you can't really screw up a redbull drink. The wife however is very picky & she was completely satisfied with her drink. After every sip it was "wow this is good". The 7yr old sucked his down almost instantly so I'm assuming it was good as well. The girls inside were very personable & friendly. They thanked us multiple times for stopping by this morning. The line wasn't long so we appreciated the fact we didn't have to wait. We have friends that live in the area & we also frequent the golf course just up the road so we definitely have an excuse to come back. read more

First, I just want to say that this location was LOADS better when Havi still worked there. Now... why the heck do they BLAST music at 6:00AM? Since when is serving coffee supposed to be a party? Maybe if they turned the music down, they wouldn't burn my coffee over and over again. Not even exaggerating, I'd say that 6 out of every 10 coffees I used to get there would be poured right out when I got home. Sometimes, they just straight-up would not mix my drink. It would taste horrible, I'd get it home, stir it myself and wallah, all good. Sure, I could go back and have them replace the really bad ones, but you could be waiting in line for god knows how long. On more than one occasion, I was in line there for over 20 minutes when there were only three cars ahead of me (and I never saw them hand out more than 1 - 3 drinks to each vehicle). And sometimes when you're waiting forever, take a look at who they're assisting at the time, because many times, I've noticed that it's moving slowly because they allow patrons to just chat at them about EVERYTHING and even go as far as to sit there and look at pictures on a patrons cell phone while other people are still waiting in line. I know that's more the customer than it is the employee, but come on Gravity, implement some sort of time-constraint. I don't want to wait around an extra two minutes AFTER someone gets their coffee because they want to show your employee pictures of their kids from Halloween. Then you get up to the window and they don't even apologize for the wait. Lastly, I'm tired of pulling up to the drive-thru, sitting behind a car for anywhere from 1 to 2 minutes that's at the window, to then have that car receive no drink and just drive around to the second window to continue their chat. As in, the person in the car is not a customer. They are a friend of a Gravity employee and is there to visit them at work. They sit there, they chat, I get behind them and nobody notices, then when they do, they just drive to the other side and continue their conversation. Can we at least be a tiny bit professional? This has happened to me four times that I can think of off the top of my head. read more

Disappointed in the new stand and the old girls are gone. I've asked for whipped cream twice on 2 different stops recently, didn't get whipped cream either time. Had to hand the drinks back, slowing the line down. The girls need to just be themselves and not try so hard to be over the top. read more

I have had coffee here several times, and because of convenience of location have tried very hard to like this place... But I just can't. The girls are very nice, but their coffee is horrible. I always get an Americano with extra cream- without all the sugar and frills you can taste quality coffee... Their roast is just bitter and burnt. So I will continue to drive into pew all up to my favorite coffee stand. Hopefully they will find a new roaster. And then I will give them a try again. read more

I have never had a bad experience of Gravity before. But today upset me. The lady making my drink made it wrong and I didn't notice until I drank some of it on my way to Seattle. The second thing that upset me was I gave the girl my money and did not even receive my change back. She blew me off about it when I asked. So she gave herself a free $4 tip. Every time I go here the other girls are always accommodating and make sure my drink is right. Today was horrible. I'll just go to the one in Puyallup from now on. read more

3 Stars because the ladies working there are very nice and helpful and understanding. If it wasn't for them it would be 1 star. They remove your rewards points, and 99.9% of the time the reward system is down. If your reward system is constantly down, why even offer rewards points. I feel punished for frequenting this place when I have a free one and they say, I can't use it because their system isn't working. Their customer loyalty program needs work. There's no incentive for being a loyal customer and it feels more like a punishment. I wouldn't have posted this review if it's just a few times, but it feels like every time I go there it's down. read more

Stopped and grabbed a coffee from here because my normal stand had a huge line and gravity did not. Not only did they mess my order up (a simple sugar free vanilla americano, no cream) but I paid more than I usually do. If anyone has ever gotten an americano you know you can't drink it for a few min because it's scalding hot. When I finally took a drink it was definitely not sugar free and it had cream so I had to throw it away. Such a bummer! read more

Normally, I'd give Orting's Gravity a 4 or 5 star. This day, I ordered a 12 oz mocha breve. If I had a scale to weigh the cup of mocha/half-half, and there was more than 3-4 oz of the drink in the cup, I'd retract my review. But most of the volume was FOAM. I even took off the lid to check to make sure there was ANY brew in the cup. I will definitely continue ordering from Orting Gravity-- but I will insist on LESS foam and MORE of what I'm paying $5.58 for: a cardboard cup, sleeve, a lid and SOME liquid. read more

WORST. COFFEE. OF. OUR. LIVES! Just drove away with what we thought was an Americano (wanted drip coffee but they didn't even have it) vanilla almond milk latte. What we got was burnt and watery crap (Americano) and burnt, watery flavorless water with something in it (latte). We've had burnt espresso before, but this was a seasonal forest fire. Fantastic coffee and great service!! My partner and I just moved to Orting and this place was our first stop. The baristas are knowledgeable and courteous, and are full of smiles. They offer a punch-card system (10th coffee free) that can double as prepaid card for a quick java-jump-start in the morning. Oh, and they have white coffee: score!! Highly recommended!! read more

Sad I have to give this place one star. I like it a lot but a tip was added to my purchase that I did not authorize. I've already taken it up with my credit card company. Very frustrating to have this happen by the local coffee place. Won't ever be back. read more
