Sadly staff are poorly trained and while on vacation I did not advocate strong enough, I told the…read moregal I was a European 38 in Birkenstocks however she convinced me to purchase a 37 Dansko which I'm realizing now home and not near a Beck's shoe store that clearly these are too small, they are slip on so it wasn't immediately apparent. I measured a 7.5 in store and she still put me in a 37 which is flat out wrong now that I've looked it up myself. She told me Dansko runs big, didn't even offer to have me try on the size up. Dissatisfied with a very expensive pair of shoes that are clearly too small. As a consumer I definitely realized I could have insisted on trying on the bigger size however I feel she clearly doesn't know her size conversions I should have been put in a 38. This type of establishment attracts customers for an awesome fitting with educated professionals which is not the case at this location.
